Networked-guarantee loans may cause systemic risk related concern for the government and banks in *** prediction of the default of enterprise loans is a typical machine learning based classification problem, and the networked guarantee makes this problem very difficult to solve. As we know, a complex network is usually stored and represented by an adjacency matrix. It is a high-dimensional and sparse matrix, whereas machine-learning methods usually need lowdimensional dense feature representations. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a binary higher-order network embedding method to learn the low-dimensional representations of a guarantee network. We first set vertices of this heterogeneous economic network by binary roles (guarantor and guarantee), and then define high-order adjacent measures based on their roles and economic domain knowledge. Afterwards, we design a penalty parameter in the objective function to balance the importance of network structure and adjacency. We optimize it by negative sampling based gradient descent algorithms,which solve the limitation of stochastic gradient descent on weighted edges without compromising efficiency. Finally, we test our proposed method on three real-world network datasets. The result shows that this method outperforms other start-of-the-art algorithms for both classification accuracy and robustness, especially in a guarantee network.

The effect of alloying element (Ni, Co, Mn) on P doped Fe 5 3° low angle grain boundary (GB) embrittlement was investigated by the Recursion method. The model of dislocations was used to construct the atomic structure for the P doped GB. The result indicated that the role of impurity and alloying element segregation to GB can be studied with BOI and the difference between their segregation energies at GB and at free surface (FS) (Δ E=E gb seg - E fs seg ). The BOI results showed that P leads the 'loosening' of the 5 3° low angle GB and decreases the cohesion strength of P doped GB when the alloying element (Ni, Co, or Mn) is added into the P doped 5 3° low angle GB. The Δ E value reveals that the alloying element Ni, Co and Mn have higher energy at P doped 5 3° low angle GB, indicating it serves as a GB embrittler. The BOI results and Δ E calculation were comparable with each other, and they are also consistent with the experimental results, which confirm the embrittling effect of alloying element (Ni, Co, Mn) on P induced GB embrittlement.

Nanosized Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4) ferrite was prepared by chemical co-precipitation *** samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field-emission transmission electron microscopy(FETEM),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and network *** analysis indicates that the diameter of as-prepared powder is about 20-30 *** saturation magnetization of nanosized Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4) ferrite is 74.01 mA·m^(2)·g^(−1).The complex permittivity and complex permeability of the Co-Zn ferrite were measured by vector network analyzer in the frequency range of 2.0-18.0 GHz,and the reflection loss(RL)was investigated according to the wave transmission *** results show that the maximum reflection loss reaches−13.7 dB at 6.8 GHz and the bandwidth of reflection loss less than−10 dB reaches 3.8 *** as-prepared nanosized Co_(0.5)Zn_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(4) ferrite can be potentially used as an excellent microwave absorber in the C-band.

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of schisandrin B(Sch B)in the treatment of cerebral ischemia in *** The cerebral ischemia models were induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)and ***-Dawley rats were divided into 6 groups using a random number table,including sham,MCAO,MCAO+Sch B(50 mg/kg),MCAO+Sch B(100 mg/kg),MCAO+Sch B(100 mg/kg)+LY294002,and MCAO+Sch B(100 mg/kg)+wortmannin *** effects of Sch B on pathological indicators,including neurological deficit scores,cerebral infarct volume,and brain edema,were subsequently *** apoptosis was identified by terminal transferase-mediated dUTP nick end-labeling(tuNEL)*** protein expressions involved in apoptosis,inflammation response and oxidative stress were examined by immunofluorescent staining,biochemical analysis and Western blot analysis,*** effect of Sch B on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)signaling was also *** Sch B treatment decreased neurological deficit scores,cerebral water content,and infarct volume in MCAO rats(PtuNEL staining indicated that Sch B also reduced apoptosis in brain tissues,as well as the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio and caspase-3 expression(P<0.01).Sch B regulated the production of myeloperoxidase,malondialdehyde,nitric oxide and superoxide dismutase,as well as the release of cytokine interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-18,in MCAO rats(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Sch B promoted the phosphorylation of PI3K and *** the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway with LY294002 or wortmannin reduced the protective effect of Sch B against cerebral ischemia(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions Sch B reduced apoptosis,inflammatory response,and oxidative stress of MCAO rats by modulating the PI3K/AKT *** B had a potential for treating cerebral ischemia.

Because of their unique chemical and physical properties, long-lived rare krypton radioisotopes,85Kr and 81Kr, are ideal tracers for environmental samples, including air, groundwater and *** trap trace analysis (ATTA) is a new laser-based method for counting both 85Kr and 81Kr atoms with the abundance as low as 10?14 with micro-liters (STP) krypton gas. The entire system for rare radio-krypton measurement built at Hefei is presented, including the atom trap trace analysis instrument and sampling apparatus of gas extraction from water and krypton purification. Atmospheric 85Kr concentrations at different places in China were measured, showing a range of 1.3–1.6 Bq/m3, consistent with the northern hemispheric baseline. As a demonstration of the system, some shallow and deep groundwater samples in north and south China were sampled and dated.

Influence of heat treatment on microstructures and micro-hardness of n-SiO2/Ni composite coating

The n-SiO2/Ni composite electro-brush plating coating was prepared on the 1045 steel substrate. SEM and TEM were utilized to analyze the surface and cross-section morphologies or the microstructures of the composite coating before and after heat treatment, as well as a micro-hardness tester was used to measure the micro-hardness before and after heat treatment. The results show that the entrance of nano SiO2 particles into composite coating makes the micro-hardness higher. After heat treatment, due to the obstruction to growth of Ni crystals from nano particles, the composite coating still possesses a higher micro-hardness than that of common Ni-base coating.

Agricultural Market Name Geo-Locating System Based on an Administrative Ontology and Web Search Engine

The problem of associating the agricultural market names on web sites with their locations is essential for geographical analysis of the agricultural products. In this paper, an algorithm which employs the administrative ontology and the statistics from the search results were proposed. The experiments with 100 market names collected from web sites were conducted. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm proposed obtains satisfactory performance in resolving the problem above, thus the effectiveness of the method is verified.
