Rapid and accurate detection of glucose is of great significance for diabetic *** sensitive glucose sensors promise to achieve noninvasive detection technology,enabling more convenient and efficient means for large-scale screening and long-term dynamic monitoring of diabetes *** this work,we demonstrate a sensitive glucose electrochemical biosensor through the synergetic labelling strategy utilizing PbS colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)and Au nanospheres(AuNSs).The PbS CQDs/AuNSs/glucose oxidase(GOx)mixture could be stably immobilized on the carbon electrode surface via the onestep dip-coating *** electrochemical biosensor employing PbS CQDs/AuNSs/GOx-modified electrode integrates the functions of specific molecule recognition,signal transduction as well as signal *** sensor is capable of transducing the glucose enzyme-catalyzed reaction into significant current signals,exhibiting a good linear response in the glucose concentration range of 0.1μM-10 mM with the limit of detection being 1.432 nM.

Objective To clone the cDNA of rat α-Syn gene, investigate its prokaryotic expression and produce purified recombinant rat α-Syn protein. Methods Rat α-Syn cDNA was amplified from the rat brain total RNA by RT-PCR and was cloned into pGEX-4T-1, a prokaryotic expressing vector. The recombinant plasmid containing rat α-Syn gene was transformed into E. Coli BL21 to express a fusion protein with rat α-Syn protein tagged by glutathione-S-transferase （GST）. The fusion protein was then cleaved by thrombin during passing through the GST-agarose 4B column to release the recombinant rat α-Syn protein. The recombinant rat a-Syn protein was further purified using Superdex S200 gel filtration. Results DNA sequencing confirmed that the cloned cDNA contained 420 base pairs encoding 140 amino acids, which was identical to the reported amino acid sequence of rat α-Syn. After transformation, the recombinant plasmid pGEX-ra-Syn expressed a soluble protein that was inducible by IPTG. The purified recombinant protein was shown to be single band on SDS-PAGE, with a molecular size of around 18000, which was identical to the reported molecular size of rat α-Syn. Western blot analysis demonstrated that the recombinant protein was recognized by specific antibody against α-Syn. Conclusion The rat α-Syn gene was successfully expressed in prokaryotic expression system and highly purified rat α-Syn recombinant protein was produced.

Brain metastases are common intracranial tumors, and their occurrence not only represents a high degree of malignancy, but also often is the major factor in treatment failure and poor prognosis. Primary site of brain metastases often occur in lung. P-glycoprotein is a member of the （ATP binding cassette） transporter superfamily,which is closely related to the development of lung metastases. It is the main reason for influencing the drug through the blood_brain barrier into the brain tissue, and it also is an important factor affecting the treatment of brain metastases. According to the theory of traditional chinese mddicine, the pathogenesis of brain metastases is due to phlegm, poison, stasis, virtual and so on. The principle of treatment is to promote blood circulation, remove phlegm turbidity. In recent years, the impact of Chinese herbal medicine on P-glycoprotein is increasing. This paper analyzes the mechanism and components of the relevant Chinese medicine on P-glycoprotein. It provides a reference for clinical rational drug use.

We theoretically investigate the spin resolved Friedel oscillation （FO） and quasiparticle interference （QPI） in graphene induced by an Anderson *** the impurity becomes magnetic,the resulted FO becomes spin dependent,which gives rise to a local magnetic moment oscillation with an envelop decaying as r-2in real space in the doping ***,at half filling,the electron density and local magnetic moment will not oscillate but decay as *** spin resolved FO has both sublattice and spin ***,the local magnetic moment decay at half filling only occurs at one sublattice of graphene,which is quite like the phenomenon observed in the STM experiment (***ález-Herrero et al.,Science 352,437 （2016）).We further give an analytic formula about such spin dependent FO based on the stationary phase ***,we study the interference of quasiparticles around the magnetic impurity by calculating the spin dependent Fourier-transformed local density of states （FT-LDOS）.Our work gives a comprehensive understanding about the local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene.

This paper comes up with a cost rate function （CRF） aimed at the problem of hidden function systemmaintenance interval optimization of civil aircraft, and studs to propose the optimal preventive maintenance policymodel and solution in ＂Overhaul period＂ based on Weibull distribution, which finally achieves the best optimiza-tion objectives of the maintenance task intervals of hidden failures （non-safety effects） of civil aircraft system. Fi-nally, the paper delivers the practical research by the reliability data of filter indicator pops of hydraulic system onB737, and proves the effectiveness and applicability of the optimization model and solution.
