Exploring the links between gut microbiome changes and irritable bowel syndrome in Han populations in the Tibetan Plateau

The gut microbiome shows changes under a plateau environment,while the disbalance of intestinal microbiota plays an important role in the pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS);however,the relationship between the two remains *** this work,we followed up a healthy cohort for up to a year before and after living in a plateau environment and performed 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)sequencing analysis of their fecal *** evaluating the participants’clinical symptoms,combined with an IBS questionnaire,we screened the IBS sub-population in our *** sequencing results showed that a high-altitude environment could lead to changes in the diversity and composition of gut *** addition,we found that the longer the time volunteers spent in the plateau environment,the more similar their gut microbiota composition and abundance became compared to those before entering the plateau,and IBS symptoms were significantly ***,we speculated that the plateau may be a special environment that induces *** taxonomic units g_Alistipes,g_Oscillospira,and s_Ruminococcus_torques,which had been proved to play important roles in IBS pathogenesis,were also abundant in the IBS cohort at high ***,the disbalance of gut microbiota induced by the plateau environment contributed to the high frequency of IBS and the psychosocial abnormalities associated with *** results prompt further research to elucidate the relevant mechanism.

目的分析高原环境下肠易激综合征(IBS)患者的肠屏障损伤指标、神经递质及炎性介质变化,探讨IBS的潜在发病机制。方法81例男性汉族健康志愿者自平原进入西藏拉萨并完成1年前瞻性队列观察,其中诊断IBS(罗马Ⅳ)13例(IBS组),并随机抽取11例健康者为对照组(NC组),另随机抽取从平原进入拉萨1周内且未发生急性高山病者11例为NC早期组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清二胺氧化酶(DAO)和肠脂肪酸结合蛋白(IFABP)、5羟色胺(5-HT)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17A及脂多糖(LPS)水平;随访末月,IBS中9例行肠镜检查及肠黏膜病理活检,NC组中4例行肠镜检查。结果高原环境下IBS患者肠镜及病理结果提示肠黏膜轻度炎症表现。与NC早期组比较,NC组进入拉萨后3个月时5-HT、DAO、I-FABP、IL-6、IL-17A和LPS水平及6个月时5-HT、I-FABP、IL6和LPS水平均升高,IBS组3、6个月时6项血清学指标均升高(P<0.05);与NC组比较,IBS组3个月时5-HT和LPS水平降低,6个月时DAO、I-FABP、IL-6、IL-17A和LPS水平升高(P<0.05)。NC组6个月时6项血清学指标均较3个月时降低(P<0.05);IBS组3个月与6个月时血清学指标差异均无统计学意义。结论肠黏膜屏障损伤指标、神经递质及炎性介质可能参与高原环境下IBS的发生。

Microstructure and Oxidation Behavior of ZrB_(2)-SiC Ceramics Fabricated by Tape Casting and Reactive Melt Infiltration

ZrB_(2)-based ceramics typically necessitate high temperature and pressure for sintering,whereas ZrB_(2)-SiC ceramics can be fabricated at 1500℃using the process of reactive melt infiltration with *** comparison to the conventional preparation method,reactive synthesis allows for the more facile production of ultra-high temperature ceramics with fine particle size and homogeneous *** this work,ZrSi_(2),B4C,and C were used as raw materials to prepare ZrB_(2)-SiC via combination of tape casting and reactive melt infiltration herein referred to as ZBC *** sample of ZrB_(2)-SiC was also prepared using ZrB_(2) and SiC as raw materials through an identical process designated as ZS *** analysis of both ceramic groups revealed smaller and more uniformly distributed particles of the ZrB_(2) phase in ZBC ceramics compared to the larger particles in ZS *** sets of ceramics underwent cyclic oxidation testing in the air at 1600℃for a cumulative duration of 5 cycles,each cycle lasting 2 *** of the oxidation behavior showed that both ZBC ceramics and ZS ceramics developed a glassy SiO_(2)-ZrO_(2) oxide layer on their surfaces during the *** layer severed as a barrier against *** ZBC ceramics,ZrO_(2) is finely distributed in SiO_(2),whereas in ZS ceramics,larger ZrO_(2) particles coexist with glassy SiO_(2).The surface oxide layer of ZBC ceramics maintains a dense structure because the well-dispersed ZrO_(2) increases the viscosity of glassy SiO_(2),preventing its crystallization during the ***,some SiO_(2) in the oxide layer of ZS ceramics may crystallize and form a eutectic with ZrO_(2),leading to the formation of ZrSiO_(4).This leads to cracking of the oxide layer due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients,weakening its barrier *** analysis of the oxidation resistance shows that ZBC ceramics exhibit less increase in oxide layer thickness and mass compared to ZS ceramics,su

新基建与城市体育耦合协调发展测度及动力机制研究

基于抽样调查法以及企业征信网、统计年鉴等,运用GIS技术和耦合协调发展度模型等对江苏新基建与城市体育耦合协调发展度进行测度。结果表明:江苏13个地级市新基建(均值0.360)和城市体育(均值0.324)整体发展水平偏低;新基建三大子系统中融合基建发展水平最高(均值0.636),创新基建发展水平次之(均值0.435),信息基建发展水平最低(均值0.342);城市体育出现不连续发展“断档”现象;新基建与城市体育耦合协调度均值偏低(0.540),属于磨合阶段勉强协调类型;新基建与城市体育耦合协调具有明显空间自相关性,苏南5个城市均处于磨合阶段及以上水平,而苏中和苏北城市中除南通外均处于拮抗时期及以下水平;就耦合协调关系而言,62%的城市属于新基建发展领先、体育发展滞后型;实证检验发现,对外开放、产业结构、消费和市场水平等均显著正向影响新基建与城市体育耦合协调发展,政府干预负向影响融合基建与城市体育耦合协调发展。

Utilization of the body’s regenerative potential for tissue repair is known as in situ tissue ***,the use of exogenous growth factors requires delicate control of the dose and delivery strategies and may be accompanied by safety,efficacy and cost *** this study,we developed,for the first time,a biomaterial-based strategy to activate endogenous transforming growth factor beta 1(TGFβ1)under alkaline conditions for effective in situ tissue *** demonstrated that alkaline-activated TGFβ1 from blood serum,bone marrow fluids and soaking solutions of meniscus and tooth dentin was capable of increasing cell recruitment and early differentiation,implying its broad ***,we engineered an injectable hydrogel(MS-Gel)consisting of gelatin microspheres for loading strong alkaline substances and a modified gelatin matrix for hydrogel click *** vitro models showed that alkaline MS-Gel controllably and sustainably activated endogenous TGFβ1 from tooth dentin for robust bone marrow stem cell *** importantly,infusion of in vivo porcine prepared root canals with alkaline MS-Gel promoted significant pulp-dentin regeneration with neurovascular stroma and mineralized tissue by endogenous proliferative ***,this work offers a new bench-to-beside translation strategy using biomaterial-activated endogenous biomolecules to achieve in situ tissue regeneration without the need for cell or protein delivery.

Effect of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides on streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in rats

OBJEVTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of Cyclocarya paliurus(***)polysaccharides on streptozotocin-induced diabetic nephropathy in ***:Rats were divided into 6 groups,including group of normal control,group of diabetic control,group of metformin treatment,low-dose group of *** polysaccharides treatment,middle-dose group of *** polysaccharides treatment and high-dose group of *** polysaccharides *** analysis of kidney was analyzed using hematoxilin and *** of blood glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid were determined by ***-oxidative enzymes were measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Advanced glycation end products(AGEs)and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)level was measured by ***:Abnormal changes were observed in the group of diabetic control characterized by atrophy of the renal glomeruli with hypercellularity,congestion of glomerular tufts,dilation of the renal spaces,and degeneration of renal *** with that of normal group,blood glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid level was significantly increased in the group of diabetic *** dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase level was significantly decreased,but AGEs and TGF-β1 level was significantly *** contrast,administration of *** polysaccharides and metformin could reverse the above-mentioned results of the group of diabetic control,especially in the high-dose group of *** ***:Our findings suggest that *** polysaccharides may play a protecting role for nephropathy of diabetic rats by lowering glucose,creatinine,urea,uric acid level,enhancing the antioxidative ability,and reducing AGEs and TGF-β1 expression.

Resonance mechanism of flapping wing based on fluid structure interaction simulation

Certain insect species have been observed to exploit the resonance mechanism of their *** order to achieve resonance and optimize aerodynamic performance,the conventional approach is to set the flapping frequency of flexible wings based on the Traditional Structural Modal(TSM)***,there exists controversy among researchers regarding the relationship between frequency and aerodynamic *** that the structural response of wings can be influenced by the surrounding air vibrations,an analysis known as Acoustic Structure Interaction Modal(ASIM)is introduced to calculate the resonant *** this study,Fluid Structure Interaction(FSI)simulations are employed to investigate the aerodynamic performance of flapping wings at modal frequencies derived from both TSM and ASIM *** performance is evaluated for various mass ratios and frequency ratios,and the findings indicate that the deformation and changes in vortex structure exhibit similarities at mass ratios that yield the highest aerodynamic ***,the flapping frequency associated with the maximum time-averaged vertical force coefficient at each mass ratio closely aligns with the ASIM frequency,as does the frequency corresponding to maximum ***,the ASIM analysis can provide an effective means for predicting the optimal flapping frequency for flexible ***,it enables the prediction that flexible wings with varying mass ratios will exhibit similar deformation and vortex structure *** paper offers a fresh perspective on the ongoing debate concerning the resonance mechanism of Flexible Flapping Wings(FFWs)and proposes an effective methodology for predicting their aerodynamic performance.

Copper slag assisted coke reduction of phosphogypsum for sulphur dioxide preparation

The reduction of phosphogypsum(PG)to lime slag and SO_(2)using coke can effectively alleviate the environmental problems caused by ***,the PG decomposition temperature remains high and the product yield remains *** adding additives,the decomposition temperature can be further reduced and PG decomposition rate and product yield can be ***,the use of current additives such as Fe_(2)O_(3)and SiO_(2)brings the problem of increasing economic ***,it is proposed to use solid waste copper slag(CS)as a new additive to reduce PG to prepare SO2,which can reduce the cost and meet the environmental benefits at the same *** effects of proportion,temperature and thermostatic time on PG decomposition are investigated by experimental and kinetic analysis combined with FactSage thermodynamic calculations to optimize the roasting ***,the reaction mechanism is *** is found that adding CS to the coke and PG system can increase the rate of PG decomposition and SO_(2)yield while lowering the PG decomposition *** example,when the CS/PG mass ratio increases from 0 to 1,PG decomposition rate increases from 83.38%to 99.35%,SO_(2)yield increases from 78.62%to 96.81%,and PG decomposition temperature decreases from 992.4℃to 949.6℃.The optimal reaction parameters are CS/PG mass ratio of 1,Coke/PG mass ratio of 0.06 at 1100℃for 20 min with 99.35%PG decomposition rate and 96.81%SO_(2) *** process proceeds according to the following reactions:2CaSO_(4)+ 0.7C + 0.8Fe_(2)SiO_(4)→0.8Ca_(2)SiO_(4)+ 0.2Ca_(2)Fe_(2)O_(5)+ 0.4Fe_(3)O_(4)+2SO_(2)+ 0.7CO_(2)Finally,a process for decomposing PG with coke and CS is proposed.

Finite-time Prescribed Performance Time-Varying Formation Control for Second-Order Multi-Agent Systems With Non-Strict Feedback Based on a Neural Network Observer

This paper studies the problem of time-varying formation control with finite-time prescribed performance for nonstrict feedback second-order multi-agent systems with unmeasured states and unknown *** eliminate nonlinearities,neural networks are applied to approximate the inherent dynamics of the *** addition,due to the limitations of the actual working conditions,each follower agent can only obtain the locally measurable partial state information of the leader *** address this problem,a neural network state observer based on the leader state information is ***,a finite-time prescribed performance adaptive output feedback control strategy is proposed by restricting the sliding mode surface to a prescribed region,which ensures that the closed-loop system has practical finite-time stability and that formation errors of the multi-agent systems converge to the prescribed performance bound in finite ***,a numerical simulation is provided to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the developed algorithm.
