The Ti substrates of IrO 2 -Ta 2 O 5 coated anodes were treated by solid-solution and aging, stress relieving annealing, and recrystallization annealing, and the coatings were prepared by thermal decomposition of a mixture of H 2 IrCl 6 ·6H 2 O dissolved in hydrochloric acid and TaCl 5 dissolved in alcohol. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, cyclic voltammetry （CV）, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS）, and accelerated life test （ALT） were employed to study the microstructure and electrochemical properties of the anodes. Compared with the anode without heat treatment, the anodes with heat treatment are of higher electrochemical activity and longer accelerated life; especially, the anode with recrystallization annealing treatment has the best electrochemical properties and the longest accelerated life.

Effect on serum metabolomics of rats with premature ovarian insufficiency by Zhibian(BL54) through Shuidao(ST28) acupuncture

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the serum metabolic targets of the "Zhibian(BL54) through Shuidao(ST28)" acupuncture technique in cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced premature ovarian insufficiency(POI) model rats and to elucidate the potential molecular mechanism of acupuncture in improving POI. METHODS: We used an intraperitoneal injection of CTX to establish the POI rat model(POI group) and compared serum hormone levels and ovarian histopathological changes to evaluate the effect of the Zhibian(BL54) through Shuidao(ST28) technique(ZS + POI group) on ovarian function. Then, nontargeted metabolomics was performed using rat serum by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS). RESULTS: After acupuncture intervention, the serum hormone levels and ovarian pathological morphology of POI rats were effectively improved. Moreover, UPLC-Q-TOF/MS results showed that the ZS+POI group showed a significant reversal of the levels of 6 differential metabolites. Among them, the levels of four serum metabolic markers, divanillyltetrahydrofuran ferulate, trans-ferulic acid, tryptamine, and neuraminic acid, increased significantly. Further analysis of biological effects showed that all metabolites were involved in the regulation of reproductive hormone levels and antioxidant and antiapoptotic effects. CONCLUSIONS: The "Zhibian(BL54) through Shuidao(ST28)" acupuncture method may improve the ovarian function of POI rats by regulating serum metabolite markers to exert antioxidant and antiapoptotic effects, which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of POI.

目的:评价本维莫德在临床研究中治疗掌跖脓疱病的安全性和有效性。方法:选择2021年3月一10月于天津地区多中心应用本维莫德治疗的掌跖脓疱病患者,进行为期8周的治疗及停药后4周的随访,评价患者用药前、后掌跖脓疱病面积和严重程度指数(PPPASI)评分和皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分,并观察不良反应。结果:治疗8周后,所有患者PPPASI评分与DLQI评分较基线均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,所有患者中痊愈4例、显效4例、有效8例、无效5例,有效率为38.1%。疗程中患者不良反应少且轻微,1例患者出现皮肤肥厚、干燥、脱屑。随访4周,痊愈、显效及有效患者皮损均未复发。结论:本维莫德有望成为治疗掌跖脓疱病的一种有效选择,且不良反应轻微,值得临床进一步研究及应用。

Forage supply has been stressed due to the rapid increase in China's livestock ***,the long-term dynamics of the relationships between forage demand and multi-sourced supply are not ***,we examine the annual forage demand,or practical carrying capacity(PCC),and supply,or theoretical carrying capacity(TCC)from 2000 to 2019 in *** construct a forage supply-demand index(FSDI)to represent the forage supply pressure using MODIS-derived net primary productivity products and provincial statistical datasets,and we consider two ***,natural grasslands are the sole source of ***,natural grassland forage supply is supplemented with straw *** find an increase in PCC in northwestern China's major pastoral and agropastoral provincial regions,including Inner Mongolia,Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai,at rate of 0.24-3.59 million sheep units(SU)a *** the primary source of forage,the theoretical carrying capacity of natural grasslands(TCCgrass)expanded at a rate of 3 million SU/yr *** straws fed 126.58 million SU nationally in 2019,which accounted for 11.3%of the total practical carrying capacity and alleviated the forage supply pressure by reducing FSDI by 26.56%.During 2000–2019,the theoretical carrying capacity of straw crops(TCCcrop)increased rapidly from 76.5 million SU to 126.6 million SU,which accounted for 10%-15%of the total forage supply at the national *** also discovered large carrying capacity gaps(TCCgap)in the northwestern pastoral provincial regions of Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Gansu,and some agricultural provinces such as Shandong and Henan,when we considered forage supply from both natural grasslands and straw *** findings showed a large forage gap in the traditional pastoral regions,and we also discussed green fodder as a potential solution for balancing the supply of and demand for forage,which may shed light on crop and forage planning.
