墨西哥湾盆地东南部区域构造演化过程探讨

墨西哥湾盆地东南部位于北美板块与加勒比板块碰撞交汇区域,是墨西哥湾地区构造最为复杂区域。涉及两大板块,北美板块和加勒比板块;两个二级板块,尤卡坦板块和巴哈马-佛罗里达板块。在总结前人研究成果基础上,结合深海钻探计划(DSDP)钻井资料以及最新二维地震数据,通过地震相特征识别,分析研究区构造演化过程,探讨板块之间相对运动对墨西哥湾盆地东南部区域的控制作用。结果表明:(1)墨西哥湾盆地东南部现今包含北古巴前陆盆地以及盆地北部被动大陆边缘的不规则中央裂陷区;(2)该区域经历多期构造活动,早侏罗世至中侏罗世中期南美板块与北美板块之间背向分离,白垩纪加勒比板块逆冲北美板块,晚白垩世早期海平面上升以及尤卡坦台地与佛罗里达台地抬升,白垩纪末期加勒比板块北侧古加勒比弧与北美板块碰撞拼合;(3)在早白垩世晚期,由于北美板块内部尤卡坦板块与巴哈马-佛罗里达板块之间的张裂运动,发育大量张性断层,产生NW-SE走向的地堑、半地堑构造样式。

The encapsulation of individual pairs of plasmonic nanoparticles(NPs)in liposomes is introduced as a new strategy for utilizing plasmon coupling to monitor interactions between co-confined NPs in a nanoconfinement that ensures high local NP *** apply the approach to monitor transient binding contacts between noncovalently tethered 55 nm diameter gold NPs,which were functionalized with cytosine(C)-rich DNAs,in acidic and mildly basic buffer *** pH=8,a rich spectral dynamics indicates DNA-mediated transient binding and unbinding of co-confined NPs due to weak attractive interparticle interactions.A decrease in pH from 8 to 4 is observed to favor the associated state for some co-confined NPs,presumably due to a stabilization of the bound dimer configuration through noncanonical C-C^(+)bonds between the DNA-functionalized *** nanoemitters whose spectral response switches in response to chemical cues(in this work pH)represent optical transducers with a rich application space in chemical sensing,cell analysis and nanophotonics.

Background: Although the frequencies of getting drug naive type 2 diabetes patients among all the diabetic patients are very low, nowadays it claims more attention in the treatment procedures of drug naive diabetic patients. But in Bangladesh, we have very few research-oriented data regarding the demographic, clinical and biochemical characteristics of drug naive type 2 diabetes patients. The aim of this study was to determine the demographic clinical and biochemical characteristics of drug naive type 2 diabetes patients of Bangladesh. Methods: This was an open label observational real-life study which was conducted in the chambers of the investigators in several places of Bangladesh as outdoor setting during the period from August 2020 to December 2020. In total, 250 patients with drug naive type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled as the study population. Proper written consents were taken from all the participants before starting data collection. A pre-designed questionnaire was used in patient data collection. All data were processed, analyzed and disseminated by MS Office and SPSS version as per need. Result: Two hundred and fifty (250) participants were selected as study population. The male-female ratio of the participants was 1.4:1. The highest number of participants was from 51 - 60 years’ age group (31.20%). The highest number of participants (41%) was with overweight (BMI: 25 - 30 kg/m2). Majority (65%) of the patients of this study suffered from diabetes for ≤5 years. The mean (±SD) SBP of the participants was 137.25 ± 17.50 mmHg and the mean (±SD) DBP of the participants was 85.16 ± 13.39 mmHg. Multiple pometacarpal （CMC） joints volar dislocations of car- are uncommon and have been reported rarely. A 25 years old male presented with injury to his left hand 6 days following a road traffic accident. Clini- cal examination revealed gross swelling of the hand and diffuse tenderness over the carpometacarpal area. His ra- diographs of the hand showed volar dislocation of the second, third and fourth CMC joints in association with anextra-articular fracture of the base of thumb metacarpal. He was treated by open reduction and percutaneous fixation using Kirschner wires. The functional results were excellent at one year follow-up.

Objective ： To analyze the data of patients with spinal cord injury （SCI） induced by road traffic crashes in southeastern Iran for better understanding the pattern of these injuries and therefore for better designing health system planning. Methods ： In this historical cohort study, the patients who had been transferred to Level I trauma center in southeastern Iran due to road traffic accidents with radiographic documented SCI were evaluated. Results： Among 64 patients with SCI, 38 patients （59.4 %, 36 males and 2 females, aged 27.42 years ± 9.44 years on average） were injured by road traffic accidents. Car and motorcycle accidents were responsible for 26 cases （68.4%） and 12 cases （31.6%）, respectively. And 31patients （81. 6%） had complete SCI. Conus medularis （T12-L2 ） was the most affected level. Conclusions： Results are discussed in terms of preventive measures, specifically those concerning the use of restraint and helmet and driving behavior. This study should be extended nationally to gain a larger case series so that the SCI risk of particular vehicle configurations, considering other crash factors, can be more precisely quantified and the characteristics for low occurrence of SCI can be more precisely identified.

Background: Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a new viral disease that has caused a pandemic in the *** to the lack of vaccines and definitive treatment,preventive behaviors are the only way to overcome the ***,the present study aimed to determine the preventive behaviors from the disease based on constructs of the health belief ***:: In the present cross-sectional study during March 11–16,2020,750 individuals in Golestan Province of Iran were included in the study using the convenience sampling and they completed the questionnaires through *** scores were calculated using the confirmatory factor *** effects of different factors were separately investigated using the univariate analyses,including students sample t-test,ANOVA,and simple linear ***,the effective factors were examined by the multiple regression analysis at a significant level of 0.05 and through Mplus 7 and SPSS ***: The participants’mean age was 33.9±9.45 years;and 57.1%of them had associate and bachelor's *** regression indicated that the mean score of preventive behavior from COVID-19 was higher in females than males,and greater in urban dwellers than rural ***,one unit increase in the standard deviation of factor scores of self-efficacy and perceived benefits increased the scores of preventive behavior from COVID-19 by 0.22 and 0.17 units *** the contrary,one unit increase in the standard deviation of factor score of perceived barriers and fatalistic beliefs decreased the scores of the preventive behavior from COVID-19 by 0.36 and 0.19 units ***: Results: of the present study indicated that female gender,perceived barriers,perceived self-efficacy,fatalistic beliefs,perceived interests,and living in city had the greatest preventive behaviors from COVID-19 *** interventions were necessary among males and villagers.
