Stiffening-ribbed-hollow-pipe cast-in place reinforced concrete girderless floor is a new-style hollow girderless floor system. Model experimental researches of simply-supported floor and four-corners bearing floor have been done on this new kind of floor system in this paper. The experiment results show that the floor system has good mechanical property such as high bearing capacity, big rigidity and good tensility. A theoretical method is presented in this paper that the stiffening-ribbed-hollow-pipe girderless floor can be analyzed by being converted equivalently to orthotropic solid slab. It is indicated that the method is correct and reasonable according to the contrast between theoretical calculated results and experimental measured results. The theoretical results coincide with the measured results well.

Securing a comfortable, wearable compact frequency beam scanning antenna(FBSA) with robustness to deformation, low specific absorption rate(SAR), and good coverage of the surrounding environment for Internet of Things(IoT) applications, such as on-body navigation and wireless communication is an emerging challenge. In this work, a robust textile-based spoof plasmonic frequency scanning antenna utilizing higher-order modes is presented, which is also robust to deformation caused by the activities of the human body. The innovative design of the element ensures the high-efficiency transmission of the fundamental mode of spoof surface plasmon polaritons(SSPP) structure, providing the potential of being a multifunctional composite device in the compact on-body network. Besides, an artificial magnetic conductor(AMC) is designed underneath the SSPP structure, obtaining a low SAR value(0.113 W/kg), which ensures the safety of users. As a practical realization of this concept, a textile-based spoof plasmonic antenna was fabricated in the microwave regime and the performed experimental results show the proposed antenna has a single-beam radiation characteristic with a 70° beam scanning angle range when the frequency is 4.7–6.0 GHz with a high average realized gain of 13.15 dBi. And it still maintains a steady performance when faced with structure deformation, which proves its robustness. Wireless communication quality experiments are performed to demonstrate the proposed antenna can measure the angles of targets and realize wireless signal transmission to specific targets as the frequency varies, it may find great potential in the field of on-body IoT applications.

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) are recognized as effective means for delivering emergency communication services when terrestrial infrastructures are unavailable. This paper investigates a multiUAV-assisted communication system, where we jointly optimize UAVs’ trajectories, user association, and ground users(GUs)’ transmit power to maximize a defined fairness-weighted throughput metric. Owing to the dynamic nature of UAVs, this problem has to be solved in real time. However, the problem’s non-convex and combinatorial attributes pose challenges for conventional optimization-based algorithms, particularly in scenarios without central controllers. To address this issue, we propose a multi-agent deep reinforcement learning(MADRL) approach to provide distributed and online solutions. In contrast to previous MADRLbased methods considering only UAV agents, we model UAVs and GUs as heterogeneous agents sharing a common objective. Specifically, UAVs are tasked with optimizing their trajectories, while GUs are responsible for selecting a UAV for association and determining a transmit power level. To learn policies for these heterogeneous agents, we design a heterogeneous coordinated QMIX(HC-QMIX) algorithm to train local Q-networks in a centralized manner. With these well-trained local Q-networks, UAVs and GUs can make individual decisions based on their local observations. Extensive simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm outperforms state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of total throughput and system fairness.

It is challenging for aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs)to achieve comparable low-temperature(low-T)performance due to the easy-frozen electrolyte and severe Zn ***,an aqueous electrolyte with a low freezing point and high ionic conductivity is *** with molecular dynamics simulation and multi-scale interface analysis(time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry threedimensional mapping and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method),the temperature independence of the V_(2)O_(5)cathode and Zn anode is observed to be ***,dominated by the solvent structure of the designed electrolyte at low temperatures,vanadium dissolution/shuttle is significantly inhibited,and the zinc dendrites caused by this electrochemical crosstalk are greatly relieved,thus showing an abnormal temperature inversion *** the disclosure and improvement of the above phenomena,the designed Zn||V_(2)O_(5)full cell delivers superior low-T performance,maintaining almost 99%capacity retention after 9500 cycles(working more than 2500 h)at-20°*** work proposes a kind of electrolyte suitable for low-T ZIBs and reveals the inverse temperature dependence of the Zn anode,which might offer a novel perspective for the investigation of low-T aqueous battery systems.

Hyperlipidemia is a major risk factor for erectile dysfunction(ED).Oxidative stress and phenotypic modulation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells(CcSMCs)are the key pathological factors of ED.N-acetylcysteine(NAC)can inhibit oxidative stress;however,whether NAc can alleviate pathological variations in the corpus cavernosum and promote erectile function recovery in hyperlipidemic rats remains unclear.A hyperlipidemia model was established using 27 eight-week-old male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats fed a high-fat and high-cholesterol diet(hyperlipidemic rats,HR).In addition,9 male SD rats were fed a normal diet to serve as controls(NC).HR rats were divided into three groups:HR,HR+normal saline(NS),and HR+NAC(n=9 for each group;NS or NAc intraperitoneal injections were administered daily for 16 weeks).Subsequently,the lipid profiles,erectile function,oxidative stress,phenotypic modulation markers of ccsMCs,and tissue histology were *** experimental results revealed that erectile function was significantly impaired in the HR and HR+NS groups,but enhanced in the HR+NAC *** lipid levels,over-activated oxidative stress,and multi-organ lesions observed in the HR and HR+NS groups were improved in the HR+NAC ***,the HR group showed significant phenotypic modulation of CCSMCs,which was also inhibited by NAC *** report focuses on the therapeutic effect of NAc in restoring erectile function using a hyperlipidemic rat model by preventing CcSMC phenotypic modulationand attenuating oxidativestress.

Pancreatic cancer is among the most malignant cancers,and thus early intervention is the key to better survival ***,no methods have been derived that can reliably identify early precursors of development into ***,it is urgent to discover early molecular changes during pancreatic *** aberrant glycosylation is closely associated with cancer progression,numerous efforts have been made to mine glycosylation changes as biomarkers for diagnosis;however,detailed glycoproteomic information,especially site-specific N-glycosylation changes in pancreatic cancer with and without drug treatment,needs to be further ***,we used comprehensive solid-phase chemoenzymatic glycoproteomics to analyze glycans,glycosites,and intact glycopeptides in pancreatic cancer cells and patient *** profiling of N-glycans in cancer cells revealed an increase in the secreted glycoproteins from the primary tumor of MIA PaCa-2 cells,whereas human sera,which contain many secreted glycoproteins,had significant changes of glycans at their specific *** results indicated the potential role for tumor-specific glycosylation as disease *** also found that AMG-510,a small molecule inhibitor against Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)G12C mutation,profoundly reduced the glycosylation level in MIA PaCa-2 cells,suggesting that KRAS plays a role in the cellular glycosylation process,and thus glycosylation inhibition contributes to the anti-tumor effect of AMG-510.

The rise in breast cancer diagnoses among Chinese women has necessitated the use of X-ray breast screening,which carries a radiation *** study aimed to provide a dosimetry protocol for the Chinese female population to replace the traditional standard that utilizes simplified breast models,for the accurate estimation of the mean glandular dose of a patient undergoing digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT).The first set of detailed Chinese female breast models and representative breast parameters was *** backscatter radiation and computational efficiency,we improved the combination of these models and the Chinese reference adult female whole-body voxel *** acquisition for four commercial DBT systems that are widely employed in China was simulated using the Monte Carlo method to obtain the normalized glandular dose coefficients of DBT(D_(gN)^(DBT))and the glandular depth dose(D_(g)^(dep)(z))for different breast characteristics and X-ray *** calculated a series of D_(gN)^(DBT) values for breasts with different percentage mass glandularities(5%,25%,50%,75%,and 100%)and compressed breast thicknesses(2,3,4,5,6,and 7 cm)at various tube potentials(25,28,30,32,35,and 49 kV)and target/filter combinations(W/Rh,W/Al,Mo/Mo,Rh/Rh,and Rh/Ag).The parameter dependence of the breast characteristics and beam conditions on D_(gN)^(DBT) in detailed breast models was *** D_(gN)^(DBT) results were 14.6-51.0%lower than those of the traditional dosimetry standard in *** difference in D_(gN)^(DBT) was mainly due to a decrease in the depth of the main energy deposition area caused by the glandular distribution along the depth *** results obtained in this study may be used to improve breast dosimetry in China and provide more detailed information on risk assessment during DBT.

Mechanically interlocked polymers(MIPs)are promising candidates for the construction of elastomeric materials with desirable mechanical performance on account of their abilities to undergo inherent rotational and translational mechanical movements at the molecular ***,the investigations on their mechanical properties are lagging far behind their structural fabrication,especially for linear polyrotaxanes in ***,we report stretchable poly[2]rotaxane elastomers(PREs)which integrate numerous mechanical bonds in the polymeric backbone to boost macroscopic mechanical ***,we have synthesized a hydroxyfunctionalized[2]rotaxane that subsequently participates in the condensation polymerization with diisocyanate to form *** from the peculiar structural and dynamic characteristics of the poly[2]rotaxane,the representative PRE exhibits favorable mechanical performance in terms of stretchability(∼1200%),Young’s modulus(24.6 MPa),and toughness(49.5 MJ/m^(3)).Moreover,we present our poly[2]rotaxanes as model systems to understand the relationship between mechanical bonds and macroscopic mechanical *** is concluded that the mechanical properties of our PREs are mainly determined by the unique topological architectures which possess a consecutive energy dissipation pathway including the dissociation of host−guest interaction and consequential sliding motion of the wheel along the axle in the[2]rotaxane motif.

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common malignant liver disease in the ***(PLTs)are known to play a key role in the maintenance of liver homeostasis and the pathophysiological processes of a variety of liver *** is the most classic antiplatelet ***,the molecular mechanism of platelet action and whether aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet activity need further *** To explore the impact of the antiplatelet effect of aspirin on the development of *** Platelet-rich plasma,platelet plasma,pure platelet,and platelet lysate were prepared,and a coculture model of PLTs and HCC cells was ***-8 analysis,apoptosis analysis,Transwell analysis,and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)were used to analyze the effects of PLTs on the growth,metastasis,and inflammatory microenvironment of ***-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the effects of platelet activation on tumor-related signaling *** was used to block the activation and aggregation of PLTs both in vitro and in vivo,and the effect of PLTs on the progression of HCC RESULTS PLTs significantly promoted the growth,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,and formation of an inflammatory microenvironment in HCC *** PLTs promoted HCC progression by activating the mitogenactivated protein kinase/protein kinase B/signal transducer and activator of transcription three(MAPK/AKT/STAT3)signaling ***,aspirin inhibited HCC progression in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting platelet *** PLTs play an important role in the pathogenesis of HCC,and aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet *** results suggest that antiplatelet therapy has promising application prospects in the treatment and combined treatment of HCC.
