In plant,WRKY transcription factors play a crucial role in plant growth,development,and response to abioticand ***(Vigna unguiculata) is an important legume ***,cowpea Fusarium wilt(CFW),caused by Fusarium oxysporum ***(Fot),poses a serious threat to its *** this study,we systematically identified members of the cowpea WRKY(VuWRKY) gene family and analyzed their expression patterns under cowpea wilt disease *** results revealed that a total of 91 WRKY transcription factors were identified in cowpea genome,and VuWRKY genes can be classed into three groups based on their conserved WRKY *** synteny analysis indicated that the expansion of VuWRKY genes in cowpea is mainly dependent on recent duplication *** data from cowpea roots inoculated with Fo showed differential expression in 31 VuWRKY genes,with 27 upregulated and 4 downregulated genes,indicating their significant role in the cowpea response to CFW *** selected differentially-expressed WRKY genes were used for downstream functional *** localization revealed that all four VuWRKY genes were localized in the cell *** blot analysis demonstrated successful expression of these genes in *** ***,yeast one-hybrid assays indicated that VuWRKY2 can bind to the promoter region of the Catalase(CAT) gene,suggesting their potential involvement in transcriptional *** study establishes a foundation for further exploration of the role and regulatory mechanisms of VuWRKY genes in response to CFW stress.

Root pullout property of plants was of key importance to the soil reinforcement and the improvement of slope stability. To investigate the influence of soil moisture on root pullout resistance and failure modes in soil reinforcement process, we conducted pullout tests on alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.) roots at five levels(40, 30, 20, 10 and 6 kPa) of soil matric suction, corresponding to respectively 7.84%, 9.66%, 13.02%, 19.35% and 27.06% gravimetric soil moisture contents. Results showed that the maximal root pullout force of M. sativa decreased in a power function with increasing soil moisture content from 7.84% to 27.06%. Root slippage rate increased and breakage rate decreased with increasing soil moisture content. At 9.66% soil moisture content, root slippage rate and breakage rate was 56.41% and 43.58%, respectively. The threshold value of soil moisture content was about 9.00% for alfalfa roots in the loess soil. The maximal pullout force of M. sativa increased with root diameter in a power function. The threshold value of root diameter was 1.15 mm, because root slipping force was greater than root breaking force when diameter >1.15 mm, while diameter ≤1.15 mm, root slipping force tended to be less than root breaking force. No significant difference in pullout forces was observed between slipping roots and breaking roots when they had similar diameters. More easily obtained root tensile force(strength) is suggested to be used in root reinforcement models under the condition that the effect of root diameter is excluded as the pullout force of breaking roots measured in pullout tests is similar to the root tensile force obtained by tensile tests.

为挖掘普安大厂茶(Camellia tachangensis ***)的价值,丰富普安茶产品类型,分别以普安大厂茶群体种春梢独芽、一芽二叶、一芽三叶及单叶为原料,参照白茶“萎凋→干燥”的基本工艺设计3种不同萎凋方式制作普安大厂茶白茶。对所制白茶样品进行感官审评及主要内含成分检测,并通过主成分分析评价其综合品质,以确定普安大厂茶白茶加工的最适原料及工艺参数。结果显示,以独芽原料所制的白茶感官品质较好,表现出鲜醇、花蜜香、甜果香的品质,优于其他嫩度原料。白茶内成分含量在不同嫩度原料及不同萎凋方式下均有差异,但变化没有明显规律。利用白茶感官品质得分、内含成分含量及儿茶素评价指标进行主成分分析,筛选出白茶综合品质最佳的组合为W12,即以独芽为原料,采用“日光自然”复式萎凋所制白茶芽头细长、绿黄带褐较润,汤色绿黄尚亮,清香纯正,滋味鲜甜;茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、可溶性糖含量较高,水浸出物含量适中,可作为普安大厂茶白茶加工的优选模式。

High/medium entropy alloys(H/MEAs)are generally possible to exhibit chemical short-range order(SRO).However,the complex role of SRO on mechanical properties from nano-scale to meso-scale is still challenging so ***,we study the strengthening mechanism and deformation behavior in a model body-centered-cubic HfNbTa MEA by using atomic-scale molecular dynamics,micro-scale dislocation dynamics,and meso-scale crystal plasticity finite *** SRO inhibits dislocation nucleation at the atomic scale,improving the flow *** SRO-induced ultrastrong local stress fluctuation greatly improves the micro-scale dislocation-based strength by the significant dislocation forest ***,the Ta-rich locally ordered structure leads to an obvious heterogeneous strain and stress partitioning,which forms a strong strain gradient in the adjacent grain interiors and contributes to the strong back-stress-induced strain hardening.

Objective： To investigate the effects of rosiglitazone, a synthetic ligand of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor gamma （PPARγ）, on the expression of acyl-coenzyme A： cholesterol acyltransferase-1 （ACAT-1） in phorbol myristate acetate （PMA）-pretreated THP-1 cells after the inducement of advanced glycation end products （AGEs）. Methods： After THP-1 cells were cultured in the presence of 0.1 μmol/L PMA for 72 h to induce phagocytic differentiation, the obtained THP-1 macrophages were treated with rosiglitazone for 4 h at different concentrations （1, 5 or 10 μmol/L） and then exposed to AGEs-modified bovine serum albumin （AGEs-BSA） for 24 h at a concentration of 200 mg/L. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and Western blot analysis were performed to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of ACAT-1 respectively. Results： Administration of AGEs-BSA （200 mg/L） into the THP-1 macrophages resulted in up-regulation of ACAT-1 at mRNA and protein levels when compared with the expressions in macrophages incubated with serum-free RPMI1640. Pretreatment of rosiglitazone inhibited significantly the increased expression of ACAT-1 induced by AGEs-BSA in a concentration-dependent manner. Conclusion： PPARy activation by rosiglitazone down-regulates ACAT-1 expression induced by AGEs in THP-1 macrophages, which might provide a new way for treating atherogenesis in diabetic patients.
