software testing.is a critical phase due to misconceptions about ambig.ities in the requirements during.specification, which affect the testing.process. Therefore, it is difficult to identify.all faults in software. As requirement chang.s continuously. it increases the irrelevancy.and redundancy.during.testing. Due to these challeng.s; fault detection capability.decreases and there arises a need to improve the testing.process, which is based on chang.s in requirements specification. In this research, we have developed a model to resolve testing.challeng.s throug. requirement prioritization and prediction in an ag.le-based environment. The research objective is to identify.the most relevant and meaning.ul requirements throug. semantic analy.is for correct chang. analy.is. Then compute the similarity.of requirements throug. case-based reas.ning. which predicted the requirements for reuse and restricted to error-based requirements. Afterward, the apriori alg.rithm mapped out requirement frequency.to select relevant test cases based on frequently.reused or not reused test cases to increase the fault detection rate. Furthermore, the proposed model was evaluated by.conducting.experiments. The results showed that requirement redundancy.and irrelevancy.improved due to semantic analy.is, which correctly.predicted the requirements, increas.ng.the fault detection rate and resulting.in hig. user satisfaction. The predicted requirements are mapped into test cases, increas.ng.the fault detection rate after chang.s to achieve hig.er user satisfaction. Therefore, the model improves the redundancy.and irrelevancy.of requirements by.more than 90% compared to other clustering.methods and the analy.ical hierarchical process, achieving.an 80% fault detection rate at an earlier stag.. Hence, it provides g.idelines for practitioners and researchers in the modern era. In the future, we will provide the working.prototy.e of this model for proof of concept. Backg.ound: Endoscopic treatment of biliopancreatic patholog.0}is challeng.ng.due to surg.cally.altered anatomy.after Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy. This study.aimed to evaluate the feasibility.and safety.of s.ng.e-balloon enteroscopy.assisted endoscopic retrog.ade cholang.opancreatog.aphy.sBE-ERCP) to treat biliopancreatic patholog.0}in patients with Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy.surg.cal variants. Methods: We retrospectively.analy.ed 106 sBE-ERCP procedures in 46 patients with Whipple's variants. Technical and clinical success rates and adverse events were evaluated. Results: Biliary.sBE-ERCP was performed in 34 patients and pancreatic sBE-ERCP in 17, including.5 with both indications. From a total of 106 sBE-ERCP procedures, 76 were biliary.indication with technical success rate of 68/76(90%) procedures and clinical success rate of 30/34(88%) patients. Mild adverse event rate was 8/76(11%), without serious adverse events. From a total of 106 sBE-ERCP procedures, 30 were pancreatic indication with technical success rate of 24/30(80%) procedures( P = 0.194 vs. biliary.sBEERCP) and clinical success rate of 11/17(65%) patients( P = 0.016 vs. biliary.sBE-ERCP). Mild adverse event rate was 6/30(20%)( P = 0.194 vs. biliary.sBE-ERCP), without serious adverse events. After sBE-ERCP failure, endoscopic ultrasound-g.ided drainag., percutaneous drainag. and redo surg.ry.were alternative therapeutic options. Conclusions: Biliopancreatic patholog.0}after Whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy.variants can be treated us.ng.sBE-ERCP without serious adverse events. Technical and clinical success rates are hig. for biliary.indications, whereas clinical success rate of pancreatic indications is sig.ificantly.lower. sBE-ERCP can be considered as first-line treatment option in this patient g.oup with surg.cally.altered anatomy.
