It is of significance to construct continuous multiphase percolation channels with fast lithium-ion pathway in hybrid solid electrolytes.3D ceramic nanostructure frameworks have attracted great attention in this field.Herein,the three-dimensional perovskite Li_(0.33)La_(0.557)TiO_(3)nanotubes framework(3D-LLTO-NT)is fabricated via a facile coaxial electro-spinning process followed by a calcination process at 800°C.The hybrid polymer electrolyte of 3DLLTO-NT framework and poly(ethylene carbonate)(3D-LLTO-NT@PEC)shows improved ionic conductivity of 1.73×10^(-4)S cm^(-1)at ambient temperature,higher lithium-ion transference number(t_(Li)^(+))of 0.78 and electrochemical stability window up to 5.0 V vs Li/Li^(+).The all-solid-state cell of LiFePO_(4)/3D-LLTO-NT@PEC/Li delivers a high specific capacity of 140.2 mAh g^(-1)at 0.1 C at ambient temperature.This outstanding performance is attributed to the 3D ceramic nanotubes frameworks which provide fast lithium ion transfer pathway and stable interfaces.

The bile acid-responsive G-protein-coupled receptor TGR5 is expressed in monocytes and macrophages,and plays a critical role in regulating inflammatory response.Our previous work has shown its role in promoting the progression of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),yet the mechanism remains unclear.Here,using Tgr5-knockout mice,we show that TGR5 is required for M2 polarization of tumorassociated macrophages(TAMs)and suppresses antitumor immunity in NSCLC via involving TAMsmediated CD8+T cell suppression.Mechanistically,we demonstrate that TGR5 promotes TAMs into protumorigenic M2-like phenotypes via activating c AMP-STAT3/STAT6 signaling.Induction of c AMP production restores M2-like phenotypes in TGR5-deficient macrophages.In NSCLC tissues from human patients,the expression of TGR5 is associated with the infiltration of TAMs.The co-expression of TGR5 and high TAMs infiltration are associated with the prognosis and overall survival of NSCLC patients.Together,this study provides molecular mechanisms for the protumor function of TGR5 in NSCLC,highlighting its potential as a target for TAMs-centric immunotherapy in NSCLC.

聚合物薄膜表面的微纳结构具有独特的光学性能,在柔性电子和显示器件中有潜在的应用前景。而空间电场是构建表面形貌的有效手段。本研究以光固化聚氨酯(PU)为对象,用comsol软件模拟了空间电场作用下PU预聚体的介电常数、黏度、表面张力、电压对形貌的影响。进一步通过实验,在600 V空间电场制备出高度为327μm的柱状阵列微结构PU透明薄膜。该薄膜在380~750 nm波段,其出光效率提升了18%,且微结构对色温没有影响。

Solar energy is one of the most promising forms of renewable energy for solving the energy crisis and environmental problems. Dust deposition on photovoltaic mirrors has a serious negative impact on the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar power stations. In this paper, the influence mechanism of the dynamic and static liquid bridge forces on particle deposition behaviors on solar photovoltaic mirrors is investigated. In addition, the expression and physical meaning of the particle critical separation velocity are proposed. The research results show that the static liquid bridge force can be the primary deposition force causing dust particles to adhere to photovoltaic mirrors. However, the dynamic liquid bridge force can act as a resistance force for the particle motion process and even make dust particles roll along and finally stay on the mirror. The contact force is the primary separation force that causes dust particles to flow away from the mirror. Whether dust particles adhere to the mirror depends on the relative size of the deposition and separating forces. The particle critical separation velocity describes the relative size of the collision-rebound effect and mirror adhesion effect and is expressed in Eq. (16). These research findings can provide theoretical guidance for mirror cleaning methods in the operation process of photovoltaic mirrors.

Grain essential amino acid(EAA)levels contribute to rice nutritional quality.However,the molecular mechanisms underlying EAA accumulation and natural variation in rice grains remain unclear.Here we report the identification of a previously unrecognized auxin influx carrier subfamily gene,OsAUX5,which encodes an amino acid transporter that functions in uptake of multiple amino acids.We identified an elite haplotype of Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) that enhances grain EAA accumulation without an apparent negative effect on agronomic traits.Natural variations of OsAUX5 occur in the cis elements of its promoter,which are differentially activated because of the different binding affinity between OsWRKY78 and the W-box,contributing to grain EAA variation among rice varieties.The two distinct haplotypes were shown to have originated from different Oryza rufipogon progenitors,which contributed to the divergence between japonica and indica.Introduction of the indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) genotype into japonica could significantly increase EAA levels,indicating that indica-type Pro::OsAUX5^(Hap2) can be utilized to increase grain EAAs of japonica varieties.Collectively,our study uncovers an WRKY78–OsAUX5-based regulatory mechanism controlling grain EAA accumulation and provides a potential target for breeding EAA-rich rice.

近年来,红外微光学器件由于在红外传感与成像、红外探测等领域中具有重要的应用价值而得到了飞速发展,直接在硬脆材料衬底上制备的红外微光学器件更是在苛刻环境应用领域中具有不可代替的作用。针对此需求,已经有研究人员提出了多种高精密制造方法。其中,飞秒激光加工由于真三维加工等独特优势已经被广泛应用于各种复杂三维微纳结构的制备,也为解决硬脆材料红外微光学器件的制备问题提供了新的思路。从飞秒激光加工技术、常用红外光学材料以及基于飞秒激光加工的硬脆材料红外微光学器件的制备和应用方面入手,梳理了近些年此领域的发展情况,重点介绍了折射器件和衍射器件等红外微光学器件以及飞秒激光加工技术在红外传感与成像、红外探测等领域中的应用,并对飞秒激光加工硬脆材料红外微光学器件的发展趋势进行了展望。

Impact of Model Bias Correction on a Hybrid Data Assimilation System

Hybrid data assimilation combines a conventional 3-D or 4-D variational system with background error covariance(BEC)generated from ensemble forecast systems.In order to achieve better BEC,three perturbation schemes,namely,the random combination of multiple physical paramterization schemes(referred to as MP),the MP plus stochastical perturbation on physical process tendencies(MP-SPPT),and the unified perturbation of stochastic physics with bias correction(UPSB,proposed by the authors of this paper in a previous work),were first used in a regional ensemble model,i.e.,the Global and Regional Assimilation and Prediction System-Regional Ensemble Prediction System(GRAPES-REPS),and the BECs thus obtained were compared for 7-day ensemble forecasts.The results show that UPSB,which is in fact an MP-SPPT but with the systematic model bias removed,has a better consistency,i.e.,the ratio between root-mean-square error(RMSE)and ensemble spread is much closer to 1,especially at low model levels,compared to the other two schemes.Moreover,the BEC derived from UPSB captured more reasonable distributions of forecast errors.Second,performance of a hybrid data assimilation system(the GRAPES-MESO hybrid En-3DVar)was evaluated by using the BECs from the three perturbation schemes for 7-day hybrid data assimilation forecasts,and thus disclosing the effect of the model bias correction(assuming that the random stocastical features are in general offset in the three perturbation schemes)on the hybrid system forecasts.A covariance weight of 0.8 was prescribed,and this value was determined through sensitivity experiments.The forecast results from the hybrid data assimilation system show that UPSB reduced the false correlation between distant points.The quality of analysis fields of the UPSB scheme shows visible improvement,i.e.,the analysis fields produced by UPSB have much smaller RMSEs than those of the other two schemes,at all vertical model levels.The quality of the hybrid data assimilation forecast fields was also improved by this schem

Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a novel class of endogenous noncoding RNAs that play important roles in gene expression regulation.This study aimed to evaluate the potential role of circRNAs in decidual tissue of patients with early recurrent miscarriage(RM).We constructed circRNA expression profiles in decidual tissue using microarray data.A total of 123 differentially expressed circRNAs,including 78 upregulated and 45 downregulated circRNAs were detected in the early RM group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis also revealed the enrichment of specific circRNAs.The verified circRNA-targeted miRNA-mRNA network was constructed,most of the circRNAs harbored miRNA binding sites.The network involved 3 circRNAs,27 microRNAs and 82 mRNAs.Hsa_circRNA_103092-miR-224-PRLR network was selected to verify by qRT-PCR.These results showed that circRNAs are aberrantly expressed in the decidual tissue in early RM patients and play potential roles in the development of early RM.It gives new insights into the mechanism of recurrent miscarriage.
