A rhodium-catalyzed coupling cyclization of isocyanides with 2-azidophenyloxyacrylates has been developed for the first time.This reaction allows divergent syntheses of two significant N-heterocycles,fivemembered N-(3-substituted benzo[d]oxazol-2(3H)-ylidene)amines and dihydrobenzo[d]oxazoles,from readily available starting materials in a single step.

自动化集装箱码头港区道路的使用要求和工艺条件与传统的集装箱码头不同,且对港区道路铺面结构也有特殊要求。从自动化集装箱码头的港区道路铺面结构的特点出发,通过对港区道路铺面结构的受力要求、交通渠化、智能引导车(IGV)的定位特殊要求等进行分析,采用铺面类型适应性分析、磁钉避让处理、交通标线处理、平整度处理、IGV荷载作用下的铺面结构计算分析等应对方法,以满足自动化集装箱码头的港区道路使用要求,为自动化集装箱码头的港区道路设计提供参考。

Background Keloids have a predilection for the aural region because of the special shape of the pinna. It is difficult to resect keloids entirely and maintain a satisfactory pinnal shape. Surgical excision in combination with radiotherapy is considered to be the most efficacious treatment available for severe keloids. This study was conducted to evaluate the treatment of aural keloids with intralesional excision and immediate postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy. Methods Forty-six patients with a combined total of 74 aural keloids were treated by intralesional excision and immediate postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy. All patients received a total dose of 20 Gy in 10 consecutive days. The time interval between keloid excision and delivery of the first radiotherapy fraction was 〈24 hours in all cases. The median follow-up was 2.2 years. Results Twenty-nine patients with 48 keloids （64.9%） were highly satisfied with their outcome, and were rated as good by the surgeon. Six patients with 12 keloids （16.2%） showed general satisfaction but wanted aesthetic refinement, and these patients were rated as fair by the surgeon. Three patients with four keloids （5.4%） showed no evidence of recurrence after surgery, but disliked the result because of the discoloration and irregularity of the scar surface. These patients were rated as poor by the surgeon. Partial recurrence occurred in 8 patients with 10 keloids （13.5%）. No major complications were observed. Conclusion Intralesional excision and immediate postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy is well tolerated and very effective in Dreventing recurrence of aural region keloids.

在中国,环岛被广泛使用,一些环岛的中心岛还被打造成城市景观。然而,通往中心岛的人行横道通常占满了行人,对环岛通行能力和行人安全造成严重的负面影响。本研究提出一种模糊元胞自动机(FCA)模型,旨在探讨双车道环岛处人车冲突对行人安全和环岛效率的影响。以中国长沙为例,对模糊推理系统中的隶属度函数进行标定,以推理驾驶员在人行横道前的决策过程。通过使用效率和安全性能指标对仿真结果进行评价,结果表明环内车辆在低流量条件下可以平稳行驶,但当车流量达到一定水平时,环岛系统容易发生交通拥堵。并且,驾驶员较高的礼让率对交通效率有负面影响,但可以提高行人的安全性。基于此,根据FCA模型和中国安装交通信号灯的规范推导出环岛人行横道的行人限流措施。

Chaperone-mediated autophagy(CMA)is a lysosome-dependent selective degradation pathway implicated in the pathogenesis of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.However,the mechanisms that regulate CMA are not fully understood.Here,using unbiased drug screening approaches,we discover Metformin,a drug that is commonly the first medication prescribed for type 2 diabetes,can induce CMA.We delineate the mechanism of CMA induction by Metformin to be via activation of TAK1-IKKα/β signaling that leads to phosphorylation of Ser85 of the key mediator of CMA,Hsc70,and its activation.Notably,we find that amyloid-beta precursor protein(APP)is a CMA substrate and that it binds to Hsc70 in an IKKα/β-dependent manner.The inhibition of CMA-mediated degradation of APP enhances its cytotoxicity.Importantly,we find that in the APP/PS1 mouse model of Alzheimer's disease(AD),activation of CMA by Hsc70 overexpression or Metformin potently reduces the accumulated brain Aβplaque levels and reverses the molecular and behavioral AD phenotypes.Our study elucidates a novel mechanism of CMA regulation via Metformin-TAK1-IKKα/β-Hsc70 signaling and suggests Metformin as a new activator of CMA for diseases,such as AD,where such therapeutic intervention could be beneficial.

In order to support scientific evaluation and decision-making,this paper characterizes and identifies core researchers and their research topics by modeling the portrait of core researchers in technical fields.In this paper,we constructed a portrait model of core researchers,explained the information attributes and their label data in each dimension of the portrait.Selected six identification indicators that can be measured,used the CRITIC method and gray correlation method to determine the weight coefficient and comprehensive score of the index,and designed quantitative identification methods for core researchers using Price's calculation formula and golden section coefficient.Took the field of artificial intelligence as an example for empirical analysis and result verification,selected representative core researchers to track the changes of research topics at the two levels of their teams and individuals,and characterize them based on the portrait model.

Scaffolding proteins Gab1 is ubiquitously expressed and belongs to the GAB family(GABs),which integrates multiple signal events.This protein family has recently attracted interestthat genetic variants of human GAB1 are considered a risk factor for asthma.Our previousresearch has revealed a novel function of Gab2 in mediating mucin gene expression andGoblet cell hyperplasia(GCH),which is an important process in asthma.However,the functionof Gab1 in asthma remains unclear.In asthma exacerbated patients,we found a prominentelevated level of Gab1 in peripheral blood monouclear cells compared to that of convalescencepatients.Next,we generated conditional Gab1 deletion mice in myeloid cells(Gab1 KO mice)to determinate physiological the role of Gab1 in asthma.Lung histologyand mucus metaplasia indicated that disruption of Gab1 in dendritic cells(DCs)leads to alleviatedasthmatic inflammation.Future investigation showed that loss of Gab1results inimpaired DC migration to lymph node,while has no influences on DC maturation、antigenuptake and presentation.Mechanically,Gab1 is essentially involved in CCL19-mediatedAKT activation.Together,these finding has characterized a novel of Gab1 in mediating DCmigration and that deregulation of Gab1 signal in lungs predisposes asthmatic inflammation.

集装箱堆场铺面结构方案是道路堆场设计的重点之一。结合集装箱堆场堆箱区定点堆放的规律,同时针对自动化作业要求轨道基础的工后沉降量应与箱角基础工后沉降相协调,并且对箱角基础工后沉降要求较高,提出自动化码头集装箱堆场的合理方案。以钦州自动化码头为例,介绍集装箱堆场铺面及箱角基础的设计要点,通过选取不同桩径的PHC桩基方案和复合地基方案等进行对比,并采用有限元软件对箱角基础方案进行详细计算,对结构方案的安全性、经济性逐项进行对比,选取出最优方案。该方案可为类似工程提供参考。
