With the accelerated development of modern detection and communication technology,the multifunctional wearable materials with excellent electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding,infrared stealth,and human monitoring for improving military combat capability have received extensive *** this work,the lightweight melamine foam(MF)@silver nanowires(AgNWs)-iron nanowires(FeNWs)(AgFe-MF)was fabricated by a vacuum-assisted dip-coating *** to the porous structure and synergistic electrical and magnetic losses,this lightweight(0.115 g/cm^(3))composite foam with an ultra-low filler content(0.62 vol.%)exhibited an ideal EMI shielding efficiency of 38.4 *** the other hand,the AgFe-MF realized a powerful multifunctional *** surface saturation temperature of the AgFe-MF reached 94.2℃under a low applied voltage of 1.8 V and remained extremely fast heating and cooling response and terrific working stability,resulting in excellent infrared stealth and camouflage ***,taking virtues of the elastic porous conductive architecture,the AgFe-MF was utilized as a piezoresistive sensor exhibiting board compressive interval of 0–1.62 kPa(50%strain)with a good sensitivity of 0.57 kPa^(−1).This work will provide new ideas and insights for developing multifunctional wearable devices in the fields of EMI shielding,thermal management,and piezoresistive sensing.

Objective To identify the association between PLIN 1237 polymorphism and obesity in Chinese Han adults. Methods A total of 994 adults （157 obese subjects, 322 overweight subjects, and 515 normal controls） were recruited from two rural communities. PLIN 1237 polymorphism was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction-fragment-length-polymorphism （PCR-RFLP）. Association between PLIN polymorphisms and obesity status was estimated by ordinal logistic regression. Results The three genotypes of,PLIN 1237 were detected with a percentage of 54.3%, 37.1%, and 8.6% in TT, TC, and CC genotypes, respectively. For the PLIN 1237 polymorphism locus, the frequency of alleles T and C was 0.73 and 0.27, respectively. The PLIN 1237 polymorphisms were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. PLIN 1237 polymorphism was not associated with obesity. The odds ratio for overweight or obesity for the CC＋TC genotype was 0.8（0.4, 1.4） in women （P=-0.4） and 0.6 （0.3, 1.3） in men （P=-0.2） after adjustment for age, education, household income and alcohol consumption, smoking, and physicalactivity. Conclusion Chinese Han adults have a lower frequency of variant-allele C in PLIN1237. PLIN1237 T〉C polymorphism is not significantly associated with obesity in northern Chinese adults.

In this study,we investigated the motion,shape,and delayed radiation intensity of a radioactive cloud by establishing a volume-source model of delayed radiation after high-altitude nuclear ***,the spatial distribution of electron number density at different moments on the north side of the explosion point generated by delayed γ-rays and delayed β-rays from the radioactive cloud under the influence of the geomagnetic field was calculated by solving chemical reaction kinetics *** impact of radio communication in the different frequency bands on the process of atmospheric ionization was also *** numerical results of the high-altitude nuclear explosion (120 km high and with a 1 megaton equivalent at 40°N latitude) indicated that the peak of electron number density ionized delayed γ-rays is located at a height of approximately 100 km and that of electron number density ionized delayed β-rays is about 90 km *** 1 min of explosion,the radio communication in the medium frequency (MF) and high-frequency (HF)bands was completely interrupted,and the energy attenuation of the radio wave in the very high-frequency (VHF)band was extremely *** minutes later,the VHF radio communication was basically restored,but the energy attenuation in the HF band was still *** 30 min,theVHF radio communication returned to normal,but its influence on the HF and MF radio communication continued.

Screening and identification of human Zn T8-specific single-chain variable fragment (scFv) from type 1 diabetes phage display library

Zinc transporter 8 （ZnT8） is a major autoantigen and a predictive marker in type 1 diabetes （T1D）. To investigate ZnT8-specific antibodies, a phage display library from TID was constructed and single-chain antibodies against ZnT8 were screened and identified. Human T1D single-chain variable fragment （scFv） phage display library consists of approximately 1 ~ l0s clones. After four rounds of bio-panning, seven unique clones were positive by phage ELISA. Among them, C27 and C22, which demonstrated the highest affinity to ZnT8, were expressed in Escherichia coli Topl0F＇ and then purified by affin- ity chromatography. C27 and C22 specifically bound ZnT8 N/C fusion protein and ZnT8 C terminal dimer with one Arg325Trp mutation. The specificity to human islet cells of these scFvs were further confirmed by immunohistochemistry. In conclusion, we have successfully constructed a T1D phage display antibody library and identified two ZnT8-specific scFv clones, C27 and C22. These ZnT8-specific scFvs are potential agents in immunodiagnostic and immunotherapy of T1D.

Chemotherapy is one of the conventional treatments for cancer in clinical ***,poor delivery efficiency,systemic toxicity,and the lack of pharmacokinetic monitoring during treatment are the critical limitations of current ***,we reported a brand-new antitumor drug delivery strategy that harnesses an optical fiber endoscopically therapeutic *** fiber probe carries photosensitizers in the fiber core and antitumor agents on the fiber surface mediated by a temperature-responsive hydrogel film,giving rise to an activable photothermalchemotherapy that orchestrates the localized hyperthermia and thermal-stimuli drug release to the tumor ***,the dynamical drug release and in-situ temperature can be real-time supervised through the built-in fiber sensors,including the reflective Mach–Zehnder interferometer and fiber Bragg grating,to visualize the therapy process and thus improve the safety of *** with conventional methods,the fiber-optic drug delivery can adequately take advantage of the chemotherapeutics through collaboratively recruiting the photoheating-mediated enhanced permeability and the hydrogel particle-assisted high drug retention,shedding new light on a“central-toperipheral”drug pervasion and retention mechanism to destroy tumors *** fiber-optic chemotherapy strategy incorporates precise drug delivery,accurate controllability of drug release,high drug permeability and retention in tumor,low off-target rate,and real-time drug release and temperature feedback,performing a straightforward and precise photothermal-chemotherapy *** than that,the proposed strategy holds tremendous promise to provide a revolutionized on-demand drug delivery platform for the highly efficient evaluation and screening of antitumor pharmaceuticals.
