The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis),a member of the mammalian order Scandentia,exhibits considerable similarities with primates,including humans,in aspects of its nervous,immune,and metabolic *** similarities have established the tree shrew as a promising experimental model for biomedical research on cancer,infectious diseases,metabolic disorders,and mental health ***,we used metatranscriptomic sequencing to analyze plasma,as well as oral and anal swab samples,from 105 healthy asymptomatic tree shrews to identify the presence of potential zoonotic *** total,eight mammalian viruses with complete genomes were identified,belonging to six viral families,including Flaviviridae,Hepeviridae,Parvovirinae,Picornaviridae,Sedoreoviridae,and ***,the presence of rotavirus was recorded in tree shrews for the first *** viruses-hepacivirus 1,parvovirus,and picornavirus-exhibited low genetic similarity(94%)to known viral *** analyses also revealed that the rotavirus and mammalian orthoreovirus identified in this study may be novel *** findings provide insights into the diverse viral spectrum present in captive Chinese tree shrews,highlighting the necessity for further research into their potential for crossspecies transmission.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-made dysmenorrhea paste combined with umbilical therapy of herbal medicine on primary ***:160 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were recruited from Changle People’s *** were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 80 cases in each *** control group were administered the dysmenorrhea paste sold on the market for 5 days during three menstruation cycles,and the treatment group was given the umbilical therapy of herbal medicine combined with self-made dysmenorrhea *** outcome was the intensity of menstrual pain measured by using the visual analogue scale,TCM symptom score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients,responder *** clinical outcomes were measured on each menstrual cycle at baseline,treatment course(3 cycles),and follow-up ***:In this study,there was no significant difference in age and severity of disease between the two groups before *** treatment,VAS score,TCM symptom score and dysmenorrhea symptom score of patients in both groups *** total effective rate was 90.75%in the treatment group and 81.25%in the control ***:The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients with self-made dysmenorrhea paste combined with application of drugs and moxibustion naval-button method has a significant clinical *** method can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and homemade dysmenorrhea paste has a good taste,long shelf life,easy to carry,and is worthy of promotion and application.

Objective:To explore the effect of self-made exhaust patch(SMEP)on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological ***:A total of 200 patients with gynecological operation in the gynecological ward of Shandong Changle People's Hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=100)and the treatment group(n=100).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first anal exhaust,the duration of abdominal distention,the duration of abdominal pain,the incidence of abdominal distention and abdominal pain and linical efficacy of SMEP were ***:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and the first anal exhaust time in the treatment group were shorter;the duration of abdominal distention and abdominal pain in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Cure rate of abdominal distention in the treatment is 62.5%and cure rate of abdominal pain in the treatment is 60%within 72 hours after operation,which is higher than that in the control group(44.%,45.9%).Conclusion:The results showed that the self-made exhaust patch can improve the clinical symptoms of patients after gynecological abdominal surgery,and the self-made exhaust patch had a significant effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction after gynecological surgery,which was worthy of clinical promotion.

AIM： To evaluate the effect of perioperative parenteral nutrition on serum immunoglobulin, weight change, and post-operative outcome in severely malnourished patients with Crohn＇s disease. METHODS： Thirty-two severely malnourished patients with Crohn＇s disease who had undergone surgery in our hospital were reviewed. Sixteen patients who received perioperative parenteral nutrition were enrolled in the study group, and the other 16 patients who did not receive parenteral nutrition were enrolled in the control group. Serum immunoglobulin, body mass index （BMI）, liver function, weight change, and postoperative complications were evaluated. RESULTS： Serum IgM levels elevated 1 wk before surgery in both groups, and decreased to normal value （from 139±41 to 105±29 mg/dL, P = 0.04） 4 wk after operation in the study group, while no significant changes was noted in the control group （from 133±16 to 129±13 mg/dL, P = 0.34）. There were no significant changes in concentrations of IgG and IgA. The BMI of the study group increased from 13.9±0.6 to 15.3±0.7 kg/m^2 （P = 0.02） with no significant change in the control group （14.1±0.7 and 14.5±0.5, respectively, P = 0.81）. The percentage of resuming work was higher in the study group than in the control group. CONCLUSION： Perioperative parenteral nutrition possibly ameliorates the humoral immunity, reverses malnutrition, and facilitates rehabilitation. 2005 The WJG Press and Elsevier Inc. Objective:This study aims to explore its role in embryo damage and the relationship between them by testing the expression of PCNA,Caspase-3,IL-6 and Survivin protein in the chorionic villi and decidual tissue of patients with unexplained early embryo damage and normal early pregnancy at the same time voluntarily requested uterine aspiration abortion in order to clarify the pathogenesis of early embryo damage from the cellular and molecular perspectives,and provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of embryo ***:From July 2018 to July 2019,30 patients with unexplained embryo damage were selected as embryo damage group,thirty normal early pregnancy patients with aspiration abortion were selected as the normal early pregnancy *** decidual tissue and chorionic villi of the two groups were collected to observe the structural and pathological *** method was used to detect the distribution of PCNA,Caspase-3,IL-6 and Survivin in the chorionic villi and decidual tissue,as well as the expression changes of the above four ***:Compared with the normal early pregnancy group,the chorionic villi in the early embryo damage group were obviously dysplasia,degenerative changes,structural disorders,homogeneous destruction,obvious reduction or even disappearance of trophoblast cells,inflammatory cell infiltration,more neutrophils and lymphocytes,interstitial edema and cell atrophy,accompanied by hemorrhage;The decidual tissue of the intima was not good,most of the cells were spindle-shaped,the structure was disordered,the stroma has edema,inflammatory cells can be seen,and hemorrhage *** results of immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of PCNA protein in chorionic villi and decidual tissue of early embryo damage group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the expression of Caspase-3 protein increased significantly(P<0.05).The expression of IL-6 protein decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the express

Background:To investigate the therapeutic effect of cervical radiofrequency ablation on high risk-HPV persistent ***:One hundred patients with persistent high risk-HPV infection diagnosed in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2020 were *** in the same period were randomly selected by SPSS19.0 software machine according to the ratio of 1:1,and divided into the treatment group(BBT-RF-A radiofrequency group)and the observation group(recombinant human interferon suppository group)with 50 cases in each *** negative conversion rate of high risk-HPV between the 2 groups was compared at the 6th and 12th months after treatment,and the types of persistent HR-HPV infection in Changle were ***:The negative conversion rates of HR-HPV in the treatment group were 60%(35/50)and 82%(41/50)at 6 and 12 months after treatment,respectively,while the negative conversion rates of high risk-HPV in the observation group were 30%(15/50)and 44%(22/50)at 6 and 12 months after treatment,*** negative conversion rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Studying the main types of high risk-HPV persistent infection has guiding value for HPV vaccine injection in ***:Self-clotting cutter radiofrequency ablation has a good effect on the negative conversion rate of high risk-HPV persistent *** results suggest that the main types of single persistent cervical HR-HPV infection are 16,52 and 58,not including the 18 types.
