BACKGROUND Psychological intervention nursing(PIN)has been considered to have a curative effect on cesarean section(CS)post-operative ***,the therapeutic mechanisms remain *** To explore the effects of PIN combined with acupressure massage on CS postoperative *** A retrospective study was conducted on 150 pregnant women admitted to an obstetrics department between January 2020 and January *** control group(CG)received acupressure therapy(n=73),and the intervention group(IG)received acupressure therapy and PIN therapy(n=77).Postoperative recovery time was assessed by anal-exhausting,defecation,bed activity,breastfeeding,and hospital stay *** effects,including infection,bleeding,limb numbness,intrauterine hematoma,urinary retention,and venous thromboembolism,were *** pain visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the degree of *** and depression status were qualitatively assessed using the selfrating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was used to compare sleep quality between the *** The baseline data and SAS,SDS,EPDS,and PSQI scores did not significantly differ before CS(P>0.05)and neither did complication rates between the two groups after CS(P>0.05).However,anal-exhausting,defecation,waking up,breastfeeding,and hospitalization times were significantly shorter for participants in the IG than those for participants in the CG(P<0.05).The VAS,SAS,SDS,EPDS,and PSQI scores of the IG were significantly lower than those of the CG(P<0.05).CONCLUSION PIN,combined with acupressure massage,effectively promotes maternal recovery,reduces post-CS pain,and improves post-operative negative emotions and sleeping quality.

Design and synthesis of thiol-terminated imidothioether oligomer as thermally latent hardener and modifier for high-performance epoxy/thiol thermosets

Conventional base-catalyzed epoxy/aliphatic thiol systems have a poor storage stability,and are impossible to be one-pot systems.A widely accepted solution is to use the latent catalysts,which are usually insoluble anionic initiators sensitive to impurities and moisture,and have many limitations in practical *** this work,a soluble thiol-terminated imidothioether oligomer(TPI) was synthesized and used as a latent hardener and modifier to prepare one-pot epoxy/thiol systems without the latent *** latent behavior and curing mechanism of epoxy systems(EP/TPI series),consisted of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether(DGEBA),pentaerythritol tetrakis(mercaptoacetate)(PETMP) and TPI,were *** thiol exchange reaction between TPI and PETMP preceded the curing reaction of DGEBA,and produced aromatic thiols,which were unreactive at ambient conditions and reacted with DGEBA to form the thermosets at temperatures above 130 ℃.At the loading of 24.4 wt%TPI,the epoxy system(EP/TPI-3) had a shelf life of 13 days and was completely cured within 20 min at 180 ℃.Meanwhile,the catalyst-free curing process of EP/TPI-3 system was insensitive to impurities and ***,the thermal and mechanical properties of EP/TPI-3 thermoset were simultaneously improved,thereinto,the glass transition temperature,Young's modulus and ultimate tensile strength were increased by 16.7 ℃,12.9%,and 13.6%,respectively,compared with those of the commercial DGEBA/PETMP *** work shows that TPI has the potential to be a powerful alternative to commercial latent catalysts,and EP/TPI thermosets with high performance have broad application prospects.

Neighborhood predictors of short sleep duration and bedtime irregularity among children in the United States: results from the 2019-2020 National Surveyof Children's Health

Background Environmental factors may contribute to short sleep duration and irregular bedtime in *** factors and children's sleep duration and bedtime regularity remain a less investigated *** aim of this study was to investigate the national and state-level proportions of children with short sleep duration and irregular bedtime and their neighborhood *** A total of 67,598 children whose parents completed the National Survey of Children's Health in 2019-2020 were included in the ***-weighted Poisson regression was used to explore the neighborhood predictors of children's short sleep duration and irregular *** The prevalence of short sleep duration and irregular bedtime among children in the United States(US)was 34.6%[95%confidence interval(CI)=33.8%-35.4%]and 16.4%(95%CI=15.6%-17.2%)in 2019-2020,*** neighborhoods,supportive neighborhoods,and neighborhoods with amenities were found to be protective factors against children's short sleep duration,with risk ratios ranging between 0.92 and 0.94,P<*** with detracting elements were associated with an increased risk of short sleep duration[risk ratio(RR)=1.06,95%CI=1.00-1.12]and irregular bedtime(RR=1.15,95%CI=1.03-1.28).Child race/ethnicity moderated the relationship between neighborhood with amenities and short *** Insufficient sleep duration and irregular bedtime were highly prevalent among US children.A favorable neighborhood environment can decrease children's risk of short sleep duration and irregular *** the neighborhood environment has implications for children's sleep health,especially for children from minority racial/ethnic groups.

To achieve high microwave permeability in wide-band for the micron-thick magnetic films,[Fe-Fe_(20)Ni_(80)/Cr]_(n) multilayer structure was proposed by co-sputtering Fe and FeNi to form the magnetic layers and Cr to form the *** multilayer structure contributes to the high permeability by reducing the coercivity and diminishing out-of-plane *** maximum imaginary permeability of[Fe-Fe_(20)Ni_(80)/Cr]_(n) multilayer film reaches a large value of 800 at 0.52 GHz even though its overall thickness exceeds 1μ***,the magnetic resonance frequency of the multilayer film can be modulated from 0.52 to 1.35 GHz by adjusting the sputtering power of Fe from 0 to 86 W,and its bandwidth for μ’’>200(Δf) is as large as 2.0 *** desirable broad Δf of magnetic permeability,which can be well fitted by the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equations,is due to dual magnetic resonances originated from double magnetic phases of Fe and FeNi that are of different saturation *** micron-thick multilayer films with high permeability in extended waveband are promising candidate for electromagnetic noise suppression application.
