A novel Ci7N Lycopodium alkaloid(LA),lycoplanine B(1),containing an unusual formyl group,along with two new LAs,lycoplanines C(2)and D(3),were isolated from the whole plant of Lycopodium *** structures were elucidated by extensive NMR techniques,including 1D-and 2D-NMR experiments,as well as comparing their spectral data with those of the known analogues.A possible biogenetic pathway for 1 was also proposed.

Enzyme prodrug therapies(EPTs)have been intensively explored as attractive approaches to selective activation of systemically administered benign prodrugs by the exogenous enzymes or enzymes expressed at the desired target site,thus achieving localized,site-specific therapeutic *** effective strategies(e.g.,antibody-,viral-,gene-,as well as polymer-directed EPT)have been developed for enzyme localization to locally activate systemically administered benign ***,intrinsic limitations(e.g.,complex intracellular environment and catalyst instability)make the practical application of EPT strategies a task that presents itself as highly *** a promising alternative to natural enzyme,nanozyme has attracted substantial attention since its discovery in 2007,mainly due to the advantages of robust catalytic activity,high stability,low cost,and facile ***,nanozyme-activated prodrug strategies bring a new opportunity for targeted therapy,referred to as nanozyme-activating prodrug *** review focuses on recently reported nanozyme-activated prodrug strategies,aiming to provide some new insights into the potential applications in site-specific drug synthesis.

Link Prediction Method Fusion with Local Structural Entropy for Directed Network

Link prediction utilizes accessible network information to complement or predict the network *** is an important prerequisite for link prediction which means links more likely occurs between two similar nodes. Existing methods utilize the similarity of nodes but neglect of network structure. However the link direction leads to a far more complex structure and contains more information useful than the undirected networks. Most classic methods are difficult to depict the distribution of the network structure with incidental direction so the similarity characteristics of the network structure itself are lost. In this respect, a new method of local structure entropy is proposed to depict the directed structural distribution characteristics, which can be used to evaluate the degree of local structural similarity of nodes and then applied to link prediction methods. Experimental results on 8 real directed networks show that this method is effective for both area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)and ranking-score measures, and improved predictive capacity of the baseline methodology.

The Scheduling of the Multi-EOSs Area Target Observation(SMEATO)is an EOS resource schedul-ing problem highly coupled with computational *** advances in EOS technology and the ex-pansion of wide-area remote sensing applications have increased the practical significance of *** this paper,an adaptive local grid nesting-based genetic algorithm(ALGN-GA)is proposed for developing SMEATO ***,a local grid nesting(LGN)strategy is designed to discretize the target area into parts,so as to avoid the explosive growth of calculations.A genetic algorithm(GA)framework is then used to share reserve information for the population during iterative evolution,which can generate high-quality solutions with low computational *** this basis,an adaptive technique is introduced to determine whether a local region requires nesting and whether the grid scale is *** effectiveness of the proposed model is assessed experimentally with nine randomly generated tests at different *** results show that the ALGN-GA offers advantages over several conventional algorithms in 88.9%of instances,especially in large-scale *** fully demonstrate the high efficiency and stability of the ALGN-GA.

Electrochemical energy storage and conversion techniques that exhibit the merits such as high energy density,rapid response kinetics,economical maintenance requirements and expedient installation procedures will hold a pivotal role in the forthcoming energy storage technologies *** recent years,aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have garnered substantial attention as a compelling candidate for large-scale energy storage systems,primarily attributable to their advantageous featu res encompassing cost-effectiveness,environmental sustainability,and robust safety ***,one of the primary factors hindering the further development of AZIBs originates from the challenge of cathode ***,the three mainstream types of mainstream cathode materials,in terms of manganese-based compounds,vanadium-based compounds and Prussian blue analogues,surfer from the dissolution of Mn~(2+),in the low discharge voltage,and the low specific capacity,*** strategies have been developed to compensation the above intrinsic defects for these cathode materials,including the ionic doping,defect engineering,and materials ***,this review first provides a systematic summarization of the zinc storage mechanism in AZIBs,following by the inherent merit and demerit of three kind of cathode materials during zinc storage analyzed from their structure characteristic,and then the recent development of critical strategies towards the intrinsic insufficiency of these cathode *** this review,the methodologies aimed at enhancing the efficacy of manganese-based and vanadium-based compounds are emphasis ***,the article outlines the future prospective directions as well as strategic proposal for cathode materials in AZIBs.

Phytochemical investigation of the aerial parts of the monotypic plant,Musella lasiocarpa,led to the isolation of four rare bicyclic diarylheptanoids,musellarins B-E(2-5),two new phenylphenalenones,2-methoxy-9-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-1H-phenalen-1-one(9),2-methoxy-9-(3′-methoxy-4′-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-phenalen-1-one(10),a new acenaphtylene derivative,trans-(1S,2S)-3-(4′-methoxyphenyl)-acenaphthene-1,2-diol(13),and two new sucrose esters,1,2′,3′,4′,6′-O-pentaacetyl-3-O-trans-p-coumaroylsucrose(16),1,2′,3′,4′,6′-O-pentaacetyl-3-O-cis-p-coumaroylsucrose(17),together with nine known *** addition,(4E,6E)-1-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4′′-hydroxyphenyl)-hepta-4,6-dien-3-one(15)was isolated for the first time from a natural *** structures of new compounds were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic *** 2,6,8-10,12,and 14 were cytotoxic toward several of the human tumor cell lines(HL-60,SMMC-7721,A-549,MCF-7,and SW480).Of these,the new compound 9 was the most potent one,with IC50 values of 5.8,10.3,6.3,3.3,and 2.3μM,respectively.

t Three new lycodine-type Lycopodium alkaloids,namely 1-methyllycodine(1),8a-hydroxy-15,16-dehydro-desN-methyl-a-obscurine(2),N-methyl-16-hydroxyhuperzine B(3),and one new natural lycodine-type Lycopodium alkaloid,N-methylhuperzine A(4),along with 11 known analogues(5–15),were isolated from the whole plants of club moss Huperzia *** structures of 1–4 were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometry *** them,compound 1 was the first lycodine-type alkaloid possessing a methyl group at *** addition,the structure of 5 was confirmed by the single-crystal X-ray crystallography data and its^(13)C NMR was reported for the first time in current *** 1–5 were tested their BACE1 inhibitory activity.
