Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENG)have emerged as a highly promising energy harvesting technology,attracting significant attention in recent years for their broad ***-based TENGs,with superior stretchability and sensitivity,have been widely reported as wearable ***,the traditional hydrogel-based TENGs suffer from freezing at low temperatures and drying at high temperatures,resulting in *** this study,we introduce an anti-freezing eutectogel,which uses a deep eutectic solvent(DES),to improve the stability and electrical conductivity of TENGs in harsh environmental *** eutectogel-based TENG(E-TENG)produces an open-circuit voltage of 776 V,a short-circuit current of 1.54μA,and a maximum peak power of 1.1 ***,the E-TENG exhibits exceptional mechanical properties with an elongation at a break of 476%under ***,it maintains impressive performances across a wide temperature range from−18 to 60℃,with conductivities of 2.15 S/m at−10℃and 1.75 S/m at−18℃.Based on the excellent weight stability of the E-TENG sensor,motion sensing can be achieved in the air,and even ***,the versatility of the E-TENG can serve as a wearable sensor,by integrating it with Bluetooth *** self-powered E-TENG can monitor various human motion signals in real-time and send the health signals directly to mobile *** research paves a new road for the applications of TENGs in harsh environments,offering wireless flexible sensors with real-time health signal monitoring capabilities.

DNA methylation is widespread in plants and associated with plant development and defense ***,the relationship between DNA methylation and plant secondary metabolism has rarely been ***,when birch suspension cells were treated with 5-azacytidine(5-azaC),which blocks DNA methylation,triterpenoid accumulation was significantly promoted and antioxidant and defense enzymatic activity *** studying triterpenoid accumulation,0.1 mM azaC was optimal.A qRT-PCR assay revealed increased expression of genes encoding key triterpenoid biosynthetic *** of methylation polymorphisms at CCGG sites showed that the methylation level was lower in cells treated with *** results demonstrated that 5-azaC treatment led to an increase in the production of triterpenoids in cell cultures through a mechanism that involved in DNA methylation,which resulted in the induction of genes encoding the key *** study provides evidence of a relationship between DNA methylation and regulation of secondary metabolism.

The ATP-dependent serine protease Lon belongs to the AAA+ superfamily,which is widely distributed in bacteria,archaea,and eukaryotic cells. Lon participates in the regulation of numerous physiological processes and gene expression via degrading various unstable and non-native regulators. In this study,we showed that the Arabidopsis atlon4 mutant is more sensitive to drought stress than wild-type plants. Compared with wild-type plants,atlon4 mutant plants showed increased water loss,decreased water use efficiency,and impaired stomatal closure in drought stress conditions.

In this work,V/Ce-Ti catalysts were modified with different kinds of transition metals(Cu,Fe,Co,Mn) by sol-gel and impregnation *** NH_(3) oxidation performance of them was tested to select the most active catalyst in NH_(3)-selective catalytic oxidation(NH_(3)-SCO).The effect of NO,SO_(2) and H_(2)O was also *** experimental results indicate that 1% Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst exhibits the most significant ability to remove slip ammonia discharged from coal-fired plants and its NH_(3) conversion efficiency reaches90% at 300℃.In additio n,97% NO_x can be removed when NO is introduced in the ***-V/Ce-Ti catalyst also obtains good resistance to H_(2)O and SO_(2).Based on the characterization experiment,the introduced Cu and V are highly dispersed on Ce-Ti catalyst and they can increase the redox properties and the number of acidic ***,the redox cycles among Cu,V and Ce species on Cu-V/Ce-Ti catalyst surface are conducive to generating more active oxygen and promoting the oxidation capacity of the catalyst.

The development of new proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs) with less adverse effects by lowering the pKa values of nitrogen atoms in pyrimidine rings has been previously suggested by our group. In this work, we proposed that new PPIs should have the following features:(1) number of ring II = number of ring I+ 1;(2) preferably five, six, or seven-membered heteroatomic ring for stability;and (3) 1lished, and the pKa values of specific atoms on the molecules in the dataset were calculated to select the molecules with required pKa values. Drug-likeness screening was further conducted to obtain the candidates that significantly reduced the adverse effects of long-term PPI use. This study provided insights and tools for designing targeted molecules in silico that are suitable for practical applications.

Expression and Clinical Significance of REGy in Gastric Cancer Tissue and Variously Differentiated Gastric Cancer Cell lines

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the REGγ expression in gastric cancer tissue and gastric cancer cell lines of various differentiation levels and its clinical significance. METHODS Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of REGγ protein in 70 specimens of gastric cancer and 30 specimens of normal gastric mucosa. The relationship between the expression of REGγ protein and the biological behaviors of gastric cancer was analyzed. RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the mRNA level and the protein expression of REGγ in normal gastric cell line GES-1, well differentiated gastric cancer cell line MKN-28, moderately differentiated gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and poorly differentiated gastric cancer cell line BGC-823. RESULTS The expression rate of REGγ protein in gastric cancer tissue （52/70, 74.29%） was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissue （12/30, 40%）（P 〈 0.01）. The expression rate of REGγ was correlated with tumor size （P 〈 0.01）, lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05）, differentiation degree （P 〈 0.01）, infiltration depth （P 〈 0.01） and distant metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression of REGγ mRNA was 0.459 ± 0.079 in the normal gastric mucosa cell ling 0.588 ±0.118 in the well differentiated gastric cancer cell line, 0.715±0.066 in the moderately differentiated gastric cancer cell line, and 0.873 ± 0.099 in the poorly differentiated gastric cancer cell line, showing a negative correlation between REGγ mRNA expression and differentiation level （P 〈 0.05）. Western blot analysis showed that the expression of REGγ protein was 0.712±0.065 in the normal gastric mucosa cell line, 1.176±0.185 in the well differentiated gastric cancer cell line, 1.533 ± 0.127 in the moderately differentiated gastric cancer cell line, and 2.061± 0.398 in the poorly differentiated gastric cancer cell line, showing a negative correlation between REGγ protein expression and differentiation level （P 〈 0.05）.
