heart failure(HF)is a highly morbid syndrome that seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and generates an enormous socio-economic *** addition to cardiac myocyte oxidative stress and apoptosis,which are considered mechanisms for the development of HF,alterations in cardiac energy metabolism and pathological autophagy also contribute to cardiac abnormalities and ultimately *** information regulator 1(Sirt1)and adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)are nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+)-dependent deacetylases and phosphorylated kinases,*** play similar roles in regulating some pathological processes of the heart through regulating targets such as peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγcoactivator 1α(PGC-1α),protein 38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(p38 MAPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR).We summarized the synergistic effects of Sirt1 and AMPK in the heart,and listed the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)that exhibit cardioprotective properties by modulating the Sirt1/AMPK pathway,to provide a basis for the development of Sirt1/AMPK activators or inhibitors for the treatment of HF and other cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).

目的:探讨基于知信行理论的随访式护理对危重先天性心脏病(CCHD)患儿术后照护质量及再入院率的影响。方法:选取2018年6月—2020年10月本院收治的76例CCHD患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组38例和试验组38例。对照组出院后给予常规随访护理,试验组出院后在对照组基础上给予基于知信行理论的随访式护理。比较两组随访期间再入院率及出院时、出院后6个月照护质量、照顾者自我效能(GSES)。结果:随访期间,试验组再入院率2.63%(1/38)显著低于对照组18.42%(7/38)( P<0.05);出院后6个月,试验组术后喂养、手术切口护理、术后活动、出院后用药、并发症预防、危急病情识别等照护质量评分均显著高于对照组[(10.56±1.12)比(9.78±1.03)分、(10.92±1.05)比(9.96±0.98)分、(10.62±1.32)比(9.35±1.02)分、(10.95±1.03)比(9.97±0.99)分、(11.05±0.80)比(9.23±0.75)分、(10.56±1.35)比(8.95±0.99)分](均 P<0.05);出院后6个月,试验组照顾者GSES评分显著高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论:基于知信行理论的随访式护理能提高CCHD患儿术后照护质量,降低再入院率,改善照顾者自我效能。

Comparing the effects of dual-task training and single-task training on walking,balance and cognitive functions in individuals with Parkinson’s disease:A systematic review

Background:This systematic review aimed to examine whether dual-task(DT)training was superior to single-task(ST)training in improving DT walking,balance and cognitive functions for individuals with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods:Literature search was performed in the following electronic databases:PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,and Metstr covering inception to May 10,*** in order to facilitate comparison across trials,we calculated the effect size(hedges’g)of gait,balance,cognitive,and other parameters under both ST and DT conditions,using the mean change score and standard deviation(SD)of change score of the experimental and control *** controlled trials that examined the effects of DT motor and cognitive training in individuals with Parkinson’s disease were included for this systematic ***:A total of 214 participants recruited from six articles(actually five trials)were involved in this *** terms of walking ability,only double support time and stride time variability showed significant between-group difference(hedges’g=0.34,0.18,respectively).Compared to ST training group,DT training group had a more improvement effect in laboratory balance measurement(hedges’g=0.18,1.25),but no significant improvement in clinical balance *** significant between-group differences were observed,thus its training effect on cognitive function was ***:The DT training failed to achieve promising results better than ST training in improving DT walking and balance functions for individuals with *** firm conclusion cannot be drawn at present,due to the limited number of eligible *** sample size and high-quality studies are needed to investigate the effectiveness of DT training in individuals with PD.

The photothermal conversion capacity of pristine organic phase change materials(PCMs)is inherently insufficient in solar energy *** upgrade their photothermal conversion capacity,we developed bimetallic zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF)derived Co/N co-doped flower-like carbon(Co/N-FLC)-based composite PCMs toward solar energy harvesting.3D interconnected carbon framework with low interfacial thermal resistance,abundant carbon defects and high content of nitrogen doping,excellent localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)effect of Co nanoparticles,and light absorber Co_(3)ZnC in Co/N-FLC synergistically upgrade the photothermal capacity of(polyethylene glycol)PEG@Co/N-FLC composite PCMs with an ultrahigh photothermal conversion efficiency of 94.8%under 0.16 W/cm^(2).Uniformly anchored Co and Co_(3)ZnC nanoparticles in carbon framework guarantee excellent photon capture *** carbon nanotubes(CNTs)in 2D carbon nanosheets further accelerate the rapid transport of phonons by constructing cross-connected heat transfer ***,PEG@Co/N-FLC exhibits a thermal energy storage density of 100.69 J/g and excellent thermal stability and durable ***,PEG@Co/N-FLC composite PCMs are promising candidates to accelerate the efficient utilization of solar energy.

Bladder cancer(BC)is the tenth most prevalent malignancy globally,presenting significant clinical and societal challenges because of its high incidence,rapid progression,and frequent ***,cystoscopy and urine cytology serve as the established diagnostic methods for ***,their efficacy is limited by their invasive nature and low ***,the development of highly specific biomarkers and effective noninvasive detection strategies is imperative for achieving a precise and timely diagnosis of BC,as well as for facilitating an optimal tumor treatment and an improved ***(miRNAs),short noncoding RNA molecules spanning around 20–25 nucleotides,are implicated in the regulation of diverse carcinogenic *** altered miRNAs form robust functional regulatory networks that exert a notable influence on the tumorigenesis and progression of *** into aberrant miRNAs derived from blood,urine,or extracellular vesicles indicate their potential roles as diagnostic biomarkers and prognostic indicators in BC,enabling miRNAs to monitor the progression and predict the recurrence of the ***,the investigation centered on miRNA as a potential therapeutic agent presents a novel approach for the treatment of *** review comprehensively analyzes biological roles of miRNAs in tumorigenesis and progression,and systematically summarizes their potential as diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers,as well as therapeutic targets for ***,we evaluate the progress made in laboratory techniques within this field and discuss the prospects.

生物发光断层成像(Bioluminescence Tomography,BLT)是一种很有前途的在体分子成像工具,可以在细胞和分子水平上对生理和病理过程进行无创监测。BLT的重建精度受光传输模型误差和逆问题病态性影响,针对此问题,受高阶光传输模型可提高模型精度、多光谱方法可降低逆问题病态性的启发,本文将光谱差分理论和多光谱方法结合构建的光谱差分策略分别应用到基于扩散近似方程(Diffusion approximation Equation,DE)和三阶简化球谐近似方程(3rd Simplified spherical harmonic approximation equation,SP3)建立的光传输模型。首先,对这两种辐射传输方程(Radiative Transfer Equation,RTE)近似产生的误差进行分析,对比了光谱差分策略对两种光传输模型误差的衰减作用。前向仿真实验结果表明光谱差分策略能有效地减少DE和SP3的模型误差,对DE模型采用光谱差分,能够获得接近SP3模型的传输精度,并且降低高阶近似对运算时间和存储空间的高要求。在此基础上,将光谱差分策略分别应用到DE和SP3光传输模型进行光源重建。实验结果表明光谱差分策略在提高两种光传输模型精度的同时,缓解了BLT中逆问题的病态性,使光源重建的位置误差小于1 mm,在目标定位、形状恢复和图像对比度等方面取得了更准确的效果。相比于SP3模型平均耗时约1525 s,DE模型结合光谱差分策略平均耗时仅为34 s左右,较好地兼顾了重建精度和重建速率。

Structure and immunomodulatory activity of Lentinus edodes polysaccharides modified by probiotic fermentation

Plant-based fermentations provide an untapped source for novel biotechnological *** this study,a probiotic named Lactobacillus fermentum 21828 was introduced to ferment Lentinus *** were extracted from fermented and non-fermented *** and purified via DEAE-52 and Sephadex *** components designated F-LEP-2a and NF-LEP-2a were analyzed by FT-IR,HPGPC,HPAEC,SEM,GC-MS and *** results revealed that probiotic fermentation increased the molecular weight from 1.16×10^(4) Da to 1.87×10^(4) Da and altered the proportions of glucose,galactose and mannose,in which glucose increased from 45.94%to 48.16%.Methylation analysis and NMR spectra indicated that F-LEP-2a and NF-LEP-2a had similar linkage ***,their immunomodulatory activities were evaluated with immunosuppressive ***-LEP and F-LEP improved immune organ indices,immunoglobulin(Ig G and Ig M)and cytokines concentrations;restored the antioxidation capacity of liver;and maintained the balance of gut microbiota.F-LEP displayed better moderating effects on the spleen index,immunoglobulin,cytokines and the diversity of gut microbiota than NF-LEP(200,400 mg/kg).Our study provides an efficient and environment-friendly way for the structural modification of polysaccharides,which helps to enhance their biological activity and promote their wide application in food,medicine and other fields.

To the Editor:Kinase cell division cycle 7(CDC7),a cell division cycle protein,takes a vital role in mediating DNA ***7 complexes in the nucleus can phosphorylate the minichromosome maintenance complex(MCM)family members that bind to *** addition,CDC7 kinase,as a molecular switch regulating DNA replication,can mediate DNA damage signaling pathways to stimulate cell cycle termination as well as DNA *** have shown that CDC7 is overexpressed in many types of cancer cells,and its overexpression was related to poor patient survival,tumor grade,genetic instability,aneuploidy and so ***,CDC7 is a promising target for antitumor therapy.
