Background:Tan sheep,an important local sheep breed in China,is famous for their fur ***-month-old Tan sheep have white,curly hair with beautiful flower spikes,commonly known as“nine bends”,which has high economic ***,the“nine bends”characteristic gradually disappears with age;consequently,the economic value of the Tan sheep ***-related changes in DNA methylation have been reported and may be responsible for age-induced changes in gene *** now,no genome-wide surveys have been conducted to identify potential DNA methylation sites involved in different sheep growth *** this study we investigated the dynamic changes of genome-wide DNA methylation profiles in Tan sheep using DNA from skin and deep whole-genome bisulfite sequencing,and compared the DNA methylation levels at three different growth stages:1,24,and 48 months old(mon1,mon24,and mon48,respectively).Results:In this study,11 skin samples from three growth stages(four for mon1,four for mon24,and three for mon48)were used for DNA methylation analysis and gene expression *** were 52,288 and 236 differentially methylated genes(DMGs)identified between mon1 and mon24,mon1 and mon48,and mon24 and mon48,*** the differentially methylated regions,1.11%,7.61%,and 7.65% were in the promoter in mon1 ***24,mon24 ***48,and mon1 ***48,*** were enriched in the MAPK and WNT signaling pathways,which are related to age growth and hair follicle morphogenesis *** were 51 DMGs associated with age growth and curly fleece *** DMGs between mon1 and mon48(KRT71,CD44,ROR2 and ZDHHC13)were further validated by bisulfite ***:This study revealed dynamic changes in the genomic methylation profiles of mon1,mon24,and mon48 sheep,and the percentages of methylated cytosines were 3.38%,2.85% and 4.17%,*** the DMGs,KRT71 and CD44 were highly methylated in mon1,and ROR2 and ZDHHC13 were highly methylated

为探究牛Bta-miR-494的序列特征及其组织表达情况,运用生物信息学方法分析其上游序列的CpG岛、启动子及转录因子特征及其在不同物种间的保守性;之后对牛Bta-miR-494的靶基因进行预测及功能富集分析;最后通过qRT-PCR方法检测其在牛不同组织及不同时期同一组织间的时空表达特征。结果表明,Bta-miR-494在不同物种间高度保守且与山羊亲缘关系最近,其上游不含CpG岛、存在2个转录起始位点;预测靶基因富集分析表明,Bta-miR-494的靶基因显著富集在PI3K-Akt、p53及MAPK等与肌肉生长发育及代谢相关的信号通路;qRT-PCR结果显示,Bta-miR-494在成年牛肝脏中的表达量最高,睾丸中表达量最低;且Bta-miR-494在成年牛股二头肌中的表达量显著高于初生犊牛,而心肌和背最长肌中的表达量显著低于初生犊牛。这种组织间差异性表达提示,Bta-miR-494可能在牛不同生长阶段的肌肉组织发育过程中主导不同的生肌表达模式。

The effect of nanoplastics(NPs)on nitrite oxidation bacteria(NOB)community in treating high-strength wastewater remains unclear,which seriously affects the stability of nitrogen removal *** this study,highly active nitrifying sludge was enriched and exposed to 50nm polystyrene NPs(PS-NPs)for short-term(1,100,500,and 1000 mg/L,1.5 hr)and long-term(1,10,100 mg/L,40 days)at high nitrite *** contrast to previous studies,our results showed that the exposures to PS-NPs had little effect on nitrifying *** long-term exposure,the protein/polysaccharide ratios in extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)were positively correlated with PS-NPs concentrations(0.78–0.99).The produced reactive oxygen species(ROS)were gradually removed,and PS-NPs higher than 10 mg/L caused damage to membrane ***-term exposure for 40 days increased the community diversity and caused significant differences between the control and exposed *** control group were dominated by Nitrobacter and Exiguobacterium,while the exposure group was dominated by Bacillus,Mycobacterium,and Nitrospira.A noticeable shift in the NOB community from Nitrobacter(26.5%to 3.4%)to Nitrospira(1.61%to 14.27%)was observed.A KEGG analysis indicated a decrease in cell growth and death,cell motility and energy *** appeared that NOB could adapt to PS-NPs stress through enhanced secretion and removal of oxidative ***,this study provided new insights into the response mechanism of NOB to PS-NPs exposure.

为深入分析抽水蓄能电站斜(竖)井事故致因因素的属性特征,提高抽水蓄能电站斜(竖)井施工的安全性和可靠性,运用扎根理论对98起斜(竖)井事故进行编码,提取出91个致因因素;采用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)定量分析各个致因因素之间的相互关系;运用解释结构模型(ISM)对风险因素开展层级特征分析,并构建多层递阶结构模型;通过交叉影响矩阵相乘(MICMAC)的方法,进一步分析风险因素的属性特征。结果表明:A14安全风险辨识不到位等11个因素的中心度值相对较高,需重视,且土体滑落需进一步加强管控;致因因素可划分为自治、依赖、关联和独立4类要素,7个层级,并明确各层级致因因素的属性特征,其中,管理原因属于关联因素,是斜(竖)井施工事故发生的高发因素。研究结果可为预防斜(竖)井事故的发生提供理论参考。

为探究斜(竖)井施工事故风险演化路径、确定关键致因因素。首先,运用扎根理论对事故调查报告进行三级编码,明确斜(竖)井施工事故致因因素。其次,基于复杂网络理论,将致因因素作为网络节点,因素之间的相关关系作为网络连边,构建斜(竖)井施工事故致因网络。然后,利用Gephi软件实现致因网络可视化。最后,通过分析节点度、接近中心度、聚类系数等拓扑参数来反映网络的整体特性和确定影响斜(竖)井施工事故的关键致因因素。结果表明:该网络整体上聚类较好、平均路径较短,各风险因素间联系紧密,易发生连锁反应。经过或进入危险区域、机器设备失稳倾倒、不良地质、对“三违”情况制止不力等是斜(竖)井施工事故关键致因因素。

In the organizational context of marine engineering,employee individual often prefers to concentrate herself to the day-to-day routine job,but to shirk the responsibilities of the Information Security Policies(ISPs)compliance,after she has been delegated by the employer to perform the two different tasks in the same time *** would lead to negative influences on the security of marine information systems and the employee’s routine job *** view of the task structures of employee’s routine job and marine ISPs compliance,the variables of emphasis on scheduling are incorporated into a multi-task principal-agent model to explore the optimal incentive scheme to motivate and control the employees to select appropriate effort levels for conducting the two highly structured *** role of emphasis on scheduling on the incentive intensities for the two tasks have been clarified through modeling and simulation,and the corresponding incentive tactics are *** new two-task incentive scheme is expected to provide useful insight for understanding and controlling marine engineering employee’s routine job and ISPs compliance behavior.

Recognition of human gesture actions is a challenging issue due to the complex patterns in both visual andskeletal features. Existing gesture action recognition (GAR) methods typically analyze visual and skeletal data,failing to meet the demands of various scenarios. Furthermore, multi-modal approaches lack the versatility toefficiently process both uniformand disparate input ***, in this paper, an attention-enhanced pseudo-3Dresidual model is proposed to address the GAR problem, called HgaNets. This model comprises two independentcomponents designed formodeling visual RGB (red, green and blue) images and 3Dskeletal heatmaps, *** specifically, each component consists of two main parts: 1) a multi-dimensional attention module forcapturing important spatial, temporal and feature information in human gestures;2) a spatiotemporal convolutionmodule that utilizes pseudo-3D residual convolution to characterize spatiotemporal features of gestures. Then,the output weights of the two components are fused to generate the recognition results. Finally, we conductedexperiments on four datasets to assess the efficiency of the proposed model. The results show that the accuracy onfour datasets reaches 85.40%, 91.91%, 94.70%, and 95.30%, respectively, as well as the inference time is 0.54 s andthe parameters is 2.74M. These findings highlight that the proposed model outperforms other existing approachesin terms of recognition accuracy.

Coordination Mechanism and Empirical Research on Marine Science Technology Innovation and Marine Eco-civilization:A Case Study of Coastal Areas of China

Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology ***,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal *** the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)*** results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over *** is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine *** overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles.
