This paper focuses on the challenge of fixed-time control for spatiotemporal neural networks(SNNs) with discontinuous activations and time-varying coefficients. A novel fixed-time convergence lemma is proposed, which facilitates the handling of time-varying coefficients of SNNs and relaxes the restriction on the non-positive definiteness of the derivative of the Lyapunov function. Besides, a more flexible and economical aperiodically switching control technique is presented to stabilize SNNs within a fixed time,efectively reducing the amount of information transmission and control costs. Under the newly established fixed-time convergence lemma and aperiodically switching controller, many more general algebraic conditions are deduced to ensure the fixed-time stabilization of SNNs. Numerical examples are provided to manifest the validity of the results.

YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7-x)(YBCO)is a kind of high-temperature superconducting material that has important application in information,energy,medical treatment,etc.,and the superconducting properties of YBCO are closely related to its internal microstructure.In this study,the microwave heating method was adopted to prepare the YBCO materials.The internal 3 D online evolution observation based on the synchrotron radiation computed tomography technology shows that there was directional grain growth phenomenon of YBCO during microwave sintering process.In local regions with special microstructure,these particles grew to the same point.Here,the theoretical models of single and multiple particles in the microwave electromagnetic fields were established.Based on these theoretical models and finite element analysis,it shows that the YBCO particles can modulate the distribution of electromagnetic fields,resulting in the significantly higher electric field intensity at the particle junctions than other regions.Moreover,there were very high electric field intensity and temperature gradients in the directions of particle growth.These factors were crucial in directional sintering.These results will provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the controllable preparation and performance optimization of the internal microstructure of superconducting materials in the preparation process.

The hardware implementation of neural networks based on memristor crossbar array provides a promising paradigm for neuromorphic computing. However, the existence of memristor conductance drift harms the reliability of the deployed neural network, which seriously hinders the practical application of memristor-based neuromorphic computing. In this paper, the impact of different types of conductance drift on the weight realized by memristors is investigated and analyzed. Then, utilizing the weight uncertainty introduced by conductance drift, we propose a weight optimization method based on the Bayesian neural network, which can greatly improve the network performance. Furthermore, an ensemble approach is proposed to enhance network reliability without increasing training cost or crossbar array resources. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through a series of experiments. In addition, the proposed scheme can be easily integrated into the implementation of neuromorphic computing, which can provide a better guarantee for its large-scale application.

Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is one of the most devastating diseases in the global pig industry due to its high mortality rate in piglets.Maternal vaccines can effectively enhance the gut-mammary gland-secretory IgA axis to boost lactogenic immunity and passive protection of nursing piglets against PEDV challenge.From 2017 to 2021,we collected 882 diarrhea samples from 303 farms in China to investigate the epidemiology of PEDV.The result showed that about 52.15%(158/303)of the farms were positive for PEDV with an overall detection rate of 63.95%(564/882)of the samples.The S1 fragments of S gene from 104 strains were sequenced for the phylogenetic analysis.A total of 71 PEDV strains(68.27%)sequenced in this study were clustered into the predominant G2c subgroup,while the newly-defined G2d strains(9.62%)were identified in three provinces of China.The NH-TA2020 strain of G2c subgroup was isolated and cultured,and its infection to piglets caused watery diarrhea within 24 h,indicating its strong pathogenicity.Oral administration of NH-TA2020 strain to pregnant gilts stimulated high levels of IgA antibody in colostrum.The piglets fed by the gilts above were challenged with NH-TA2020 strain or CH-HeB-RY-2020 strain from G2d subgroup,and the clinical symptoms and virus shedding were significantly reduced compared to the mock group.Our findings suggest that G2c subgroup is the predominant branch circulating in China from 2017 to 2021.Oral administration of NH-TA2020 enhances maternal IgA and lactogenic immune responses,which confer protection against the homologous and emerging G2d PEDV strains challenges in neonates.

The iso fl avone calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(CG) is a principal constituent of Astragalus membranaceus(AR) and has been reported to inhibit osteoclast development in vitro and bone loss in vivo. The aim of this study was to investigate the osteogenic effects of CG and its underlying mechanism in ST2 cells. The results show that exposure of cells to CG in osteogenic differentiation medium increases ALP activity, osteocalcin(Ocal) m RNA expression and the osteoblastic mineralization process. Mechanistically, CG treatment increased the expression of bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP-2), p-Smad 1/5/8, β-catenin and Runx2, all of which are regulators of the BMP- or wingless-type MMTV integration site family(WNT)/β-catenin-signaling pathways. Moreover, the osteogenic effects of CG were inhibited by Noggin and DKK-1 which are classical inhibitors of the BMP and WNT/β-catenin-signaling pathways, respectively. Taken together, the results indicate that CG promotes the osteoblastic differentiation of ST2 cells through regulating the BMP/WNT signaling pathways. On this basis, CG may be a useful lead compound for improving the treatment of bone-decreasing diseases and enhancing bone regeneration.

盆腔炎性疾病后遗症是妇科常见疾病,是由盆腔炎性疾病反复发作进展而来。虽然盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的中医病因病机较为复杂,但总以“瘀”为疾病之根本,瘀血既是盆腔炎性疾病的病理产物,亦是致病因素,贯穿疾病发展的始终。在临床诊疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的过程中,应辨证论治,重视活血化瘀之法的应用,并将其贯穿于疾病防治的始终,以活血化瘀为主,配合清热利湿、疏肝行气、温经散寒、益气健脾、补肾活血等方法治疗,不仅能有效缓解患者临床症状,同时能提高患者免疫力,降低盆腔炎性疾病的复发率。

游离DNA检测在结核性胸膜炎中的诊断价值

目的评价结核分枝杆菌游离核酸检测技术(cell-free Myobacterium tuberculosis DNA test,CF-TB)在结核性胸膜炎中的诊断价值。方法对2022年无锡市第五人民医院住院的71例结核性胸膜炎患者和35例非结核性胸膜炎患者的相关检测数据分析,将胸腔积液样本行结核分枝杆菌培养、结核分枝杆菌及利福平耐药实时荧光定量核酸扩增检测技术(GeneXpert Mycobacterium tuberculosis/rifampicin resistance,GeneXpert MTB/RIF)、CF-TB和腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)检测,血样本行结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T-cell spotting test,T-SPOT.TB)检测,应用受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC)取胸水CF-TB最佳临界值,并比较CF-TB与其他检测方法的诊断性能。使用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析,以P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果通过ROC曲线分析发现胸水CF-TB诊断结核性胸膜炎的最佳Ct值为38.489,其灵敏度、特异度分别为91.5%和97.1%,而T-SPOT.TB与胸水ADA诊断结核性胸膜炎的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确度分别为86.0%、71.4%、86.0%、71.4%、81.1%和55.0%、91.4%、92.9%、50.8%、67.0%,均低于CF-TB的诊断效能。此外,胸水CF-TB诊断结核性胸膜炎的特异度(97.1%)低于GeneXpert MTB/RIF(100.0%)和结核分枝杆菌培养(100.0%),差异无统计学意义,但其灵敏度(91.5%)高于GeneXpert MTB/RIF(19.7%)和结核分枝杆菌培养(28.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论CF-TB与传统的结核性胸膜炎诊断金标准相比,其灵敏度更高,且特异度优于结核免疫学检查法,因此,CF-TB可以与其他传统检测方法互补,用于结核性胸膜炎的辅助诊断。

排卵障碍包括稀发排卵及无排卵,是生殖医学科的常见病种。中医认为本病根本责之肾虚,治疗以补肾为主。笔者查阅相关资料,发现艾灸对本病的治疗有其独特疗效,其起效机制包含以下五个方面:(1)调节生殖激素、甲状腺激素、肾上腺皮质激素水平,改善内分泌紊乱;(2)调控氧化应激及颗粒细胞凋亡,改善因卵巢功能衰退导致的排卵障碍;(3)调节卵泡液中细胞因子的表达,促进颗粒细胞的分裂及卵母细胞的发育成熟;(4)改善卵巢血液微循环,缓解卵泡缺氧;(5)改善卵巢组织形态,恢复卵巢排卵功能。本文从艾灸治疗排卵障碍性疾病的实验研究与临床研究两方面出发,总结近年来艾灸治疗本病的作用机制的一手文献,并分析目前研究优势及不足点,以期为未来临床应用提供理论基础和应用思路。
