目的:探索合成(3S)-1-[(R)-2-羟基-1-苯乙基]-3-甲基-2-哌啶酮的新方法。创新点:以常规化工原料D-苯苷氨醇为主要原料,在比较温和的条件下合成重要的药物中间体(3S)-1-[(R)-2-羟基-1-苯乙基]-3-甲基-2-哌啶酮及其同系物。该方法中的甲基化步骤较常规甲基化步骤减少1当量s-Bu Li的用量,更环保和安全。方法:利用D-苯苷氨醇的空间位阻作用,在六元环内酰胺中引入具有特定光学纯度的手性甲基。在甲基化过程中,用叔丁基二甲基氯硅烷对羟基进行保护,以减少仲丁基锂的用量。结论:以工业易得的δ-戊内酯及D-苯苷氨醇为初始原料,探索合成3-甲基-2-哌啶酮类物质的新方法。新方法中对仲丁基锂的消耗量与常规方法有所不同。当羟基受保护时,甲基化1当量六元环内酰胺(化合物7)消耗1.5当量而非2.5当量仲丁基锂,甲基化产物脱掉醇羟基保护基,得到(3S)-1-[(R)-2-羟基-1-苯乙基]-3-甲基-2-哌啶酮(化合物1)及其非对映异构体(3R)-1-[(R)-2-羟基-1-苯乙基]-3-甲基-2-哌啶酮(化合物8),二者摩尔比为1:2.5。通过重结晶或柱层析的方法可对二者进行完全分离。

AIM: To study the effects of transmitters ET, AgII, PGI2,CGRP and GG on experimental rat hepatic fibrosis and the antifibrogenic effects of ***: One hundred SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (N): intraperitoneal injection a week; IL-10 treated group (E): besides same dosage of the third week. In the fifth, the seventh and the ninth week,rats in three groups were selected randomly to collect plasma and liver tissues. The levels of ET, AgII, PGI2, CGRP and GG were assayed by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The liver fibrosis was observed with silver ***: The hepatic fibrosis was developed with the increase of the injection frequency of CCl4. The ET, AgII, PGI2, CGRP The histological examination showed that the degrees of the rats liver fibrosis in group E were lower than those in group ***: The transmitters ET, AgII, PGI2, CGRP and GG play a significant role in the rat hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4. IL-10 has the antagonistic action on these transmitters and can relieve the degree of the liver fibrosis.

AIM： To study the therapeutic effect of exogenous interleuldn-10 on CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats and its passible mechanisms. METHODS： Fourty-seven SD rats were randomly divided into control group （group N） and CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis model group （group C）. After CCl4 was given for 9 wk, the model group was divided into three groups. Rats in group H were put to death immediately, rats in group T were treated with IL-10 for another three wk and then put to death, rats in group R recovered after three weeks and were then killed. The degree of hepatic fibrosis was measured by HE staining and histological activity index （HAI）. Histological activity index （HAI）, change of collagen types Ⅰ and Ⅲ were measured by Picrosirius staining. The expression of TNF-α, HHP-2 and TIMP-1 in liver tissue was measured by S-P immunohis tochemistry.RESULTS： CCl4- induced experimental rat hepatic fibrosis model was established successfully. The degree of hepatic fibrosis was markedly lower in group T than in groups H and R, and there was no difference between the two groups. The expression of collagen types I and III was significantly suppressed in group T and was slightly suppressed in groups H and R. The positive levels of TNF-α, HHP-2 and TIHP-1 in group H increased significantly compared to those in group N （P〈0.01）. The positive signals decreased significantly in groups T and R （P〈0.01）, but positive score was significantly lower in group T than in group R （P〈 0.01）. CONCLUS10N： Exogenous IL-10 can reverse CCl4-induced hepatic fibrosis in rats. IL-10 may exert its reversible effects on hepatic fibrosis by blocking CCl4-induced inflammation, inhibiting expression of HHP-2 and TIMP-1 and promoting resolution of collagen types Ⅰ and Ⅲ.

The study of the hydrodynamic limit of the Boltzmann equation with physical boundary is a challenging problem due to the appearance of the viscous and Knudsen boundary *** this paper,the hydrodynamic limit from the Boltzmann equation with the specular reflection boundary condition to the incompressible Euler equations in a channel is *** on the multi-scaled Hilbert expansion,the equations with boundary conditions and compatibility conditions for interior solutions,and viscous and Knudsen boundary layers are derived under different scaling,***,some uniform estimates for the interior solutions,and viscous and Knudsen boundary layers are *** the help of the L2-L∞framework and the uniform estimates obtained above,the solutions to the Boltzmann equation are constructed by the truncated Hilbert expansion with multiscales,and hence the hydrodynamic limit in the incompressible Euler level is justified.

Effect of Annealing Ambience on the Chemical Stability of Zr-Si-N Diffusion Barrier

Zr-Si-N films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering (MS) technique. A Cu film on the top of Zr-Si-N films was prepared by DC pulsed magnetron sputtering. The Cu/Zr-Si-N systems were annealed in vacuum and N2/H2 gas mixture at 800°C, respectively. The structure of the films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and four-point probe method. The sheet resistances of the Cu/Zr-Si-N/Si contact systems annealed in N2/H2 gas mixture were lower than those of the specimens annealed in vacuum at 800°C. The residual oxygen contamination from vacuum annealing ambience influences the sheet resistances of the Cu/Zr-Si-N/Si contact systems due to residual oxygen contamination and/or voids in Cu films. Though thermal stabilities of the Cu/Zr-Si-N/Si systems were maintained up to 800°C when annealed in vacuum and N2/H2 gas mixture, the changes of thermal stability of specimens were noticeable. The vacuum can accelerate the oxidation and decomposition of Zr-Si-N barrier. On the contrary, N2/H2 gas mixture prevent from the Zr-Si-N barrier oxidation and decomposition.

The generation of various β-chiral sulfones bearing chiral cyclic sulfinamides through photoredox-catalyzed sulfur dioxide insertion with asymmetric radical cyclization is described. This method features a broad substrate scope and excellent stereospecificity. Computational studies reveal that the dispersion interaction between sulfinyl group and CH2SO2Ph group plays a crucial role in the stereoselectivity control.

间隔查询作为重要的查询类型,广泛应用在社交网络、信息检索和数据库领域.为了支持高效的间隔查询,涌现出多种优化技术.尽管已有方法能够快速响应单个间隔查询,然而当查询负载超过服务器的处理能力时,70%的查询均不能在期望时间内得到响应.针对这一问题,提出采用共享执行策略优化间隔查询的方法 SESIQ(shared execution strategy for interval queries).SESIQ对间隔查询进行批处理,分析一组间隔查询间可共享的操作,减少重复数据的访问,从而降低磁盘I/O和网络传输代价,提高检索性能.理论分析并实验验证了SESIQ的可行性,基于两种真实数据集的大量实验结果表明,SESIQ是有效的,间隔查询的检索性能可提升数十倍.
