Due to their uncontrollable assembly and crystallization process,the synthesis of mesoporous metal oxide single crystals remains a formidable ***,we report the synthesis of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5by using soft micelles as *** key lies in the atomic-scale self-assembly and step-crystallization processes,which ensure the formation of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5microparticles via an oriented attachment growth mechanism under the confinement of an in-situ formed carbon *** mesoporous Li2TiSiO5anode achieves a superior rate capability(148 mah g-1at5.0 A g-1) and outstanding long-term cycling stability(138 mah g-1after 3000 cycles at 2.0 A g-1) for lithium storage as a result of the ultrafast Li+diffusion caused by penetrating mesochannels and nanosized crystal frameworks（5-10 nm）.In comparison,bulk Li2TiSiO5exhibits poor rate capability and cycle performance due to micron-scale diffusion *** method is very simple and reproducible,heralding a new way of designing and synthesizing mesoporous single crystals with controllable frameworks and chemical functionalities.

Lithium cobalt oxide(LCO),the first commercialized cathode active material for lithium-ion batteries,is known for high voltage and ***,its application has been limited by relatively low capacity and stability at high *** particle size is considered one of the most straightforward and effective strategies to enhance ion transfer,thus increasing the rate ***,side reactions are simultaneously enhanced as the specific surface area ***,we investigate the impact of LCO particles with varying size distributions and optimize the particle *** modulate the side reactions associated with particle size reduction,an ultrathin carbon nanotube film(UCNF)is introduced to coat the cathode *** this simple process and optimized particle size,the rate performance improves significantly,normal commercial LCO achieves 118 ma·h·g^(−1)at 3.0–4.3 V and 20 C(0.72 ma·h·cm^(−2)),corresponding to power density of 8732 W·kg^(−1).This method is applied to high voltage as well,152 ma·h·g^(−1)at 3.0–4.6 V and 20 C(0.99 ma·h·cm^(−2))was achieved with high-voltage LCO(HVLCO),corresponding to power density of 11,552 W·kg^(−1).The cycling stability is also enhanced,with the capacity retention maintaining more than 96%after 100 cycles at 0.1 *** the first time,UCNF is demonstrated to suppress the excessive decomposition of the electrolytes and solvents by blocking electron injection/extraction between LCO and electrolyte *** findings provide a simple method for improving LCO rate performance,especially at high C-rates.

Background:g-protein coupled receptors(gPCRs)are recognized as attractive targets for drug ***,it remains poorly understood how gPCRs,except for a few chemokine receptors,regulate the progression of liver ***,we aimed to reveal the role of gPR65,a proton-sensing receptor,in liver fibrosis and to elucidate the underlying ***:The expression level of gPR65 was evaluated in both human and mouse fibrotic ***,gpr65-deficient mice were treated with either bile duct ligation(BDL)for 21 d or carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)for 8 weeks to investigate the role of gPR65 in liver fibrosis.A combination of experimental approaches,including Western blotting,quantitative real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),confocal microscopy and rescue studies,were used to explore the underlying mechanisms of gPR65’s action in liver ***,the therapeutic potential of gPR65 inhibitor in the development of liver fibrosis was ***:We found that hepatic macrophage(HM)-enriched gPR65 was upregulated in both human and mouse fibrotic ***,knockout of gpr65 significantly alleviated BDL-and CCl4-induced liver inflammation,injury and fibrosis in vivo,and mouse bone marrow transplantation(BMT)experiments further demonstrated that the protective effect of gpr65knockout is primarily mediated by bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMMs).Additionally,in vitro data demonstrated that gpr65 silencing and gPR65 antagonist inhibited,while gPR65 overexpression and application of gPR65 endogenous and exogenous agonists enhanced the expression and release of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and transforming growth factor-β(TgF-β),all of which subsequently promoted the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)and the damage of hepatocytes(HCs).Mechanistically,gPR65 overexpression,the acidic pH and gPR65 exogenous agonist induced up-regulation of

Poly(ester amide)s(PEAs)attract much attention as a new kind of biodegradable ***,the synthesis of PEAs with sequence-regulated chain structures is still complicated due to the multistep polymerization,high monomer purity,as well as the usage of organic solvents,which greatly inhibits its development and ***,a one-pot strategy without solvent was developed to synthesize the alternating PEA fromα,ω-amino alcohol and dicarboxylic acid by sequential polycondensation,where water was used as the controlling agent for amidation and ***,the amidation and esterification were controlled to proceed in turn by adding or removing water,realizing the one-pot preparation of alternating *** resultant PEA is characterized by^1H-and^(13)C-NMR,and its chain structure is confirmed to be highly quasi-alternating similar to alternating PEAs prepared by classical methods The evaluations from DSC and Dma demonstrate that the properties of quasi-alternating PEA(T_(m)=102℃,ΔH_(m)=30J·g^(-1))are far superior to those of random PEA(T_(m)=72℃,ΔH_(m)g^(-1)).

Objective This study aimed to investigate the potential relationship between urinary metals copper(Cu),arsenic(As),strontium(Sr),barium(Ba),iron(Fe),lead(Pb)and manganese(Mn)and grip *** We used linear regression models,quantile g-computation and Bayesian kernel machine regression(BKMR)to assess the relationship between metals and grip *** In the multimetal linear regression,Cu(β=−2.119),As(β=−1.318),Sr(β=−2.480),Ba(β=0.781),Fe(β=1.130)and Mn(β=−0.404)were significantly correlated with grip strength(Pg-computation showed that the risk of occurrence of grip strength reduction was−1.007(95%confidence interval:−1.362,−0.652;Pgression model analysis showed that mixtures of the seven metals had a negative overall effect on grip strength,with Cu,As and Sr being negatively associated with grip strength *** the total population,potential interactions were observed between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn(P_(interactions) of 0.003 and 0.018,respectively).Conclusion In summary,this study suggests that combined exposure to metal mixtures is negatively associated with grip ***,Sr and As were negatively correlated with grip strength levels,and there were potential interactions between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn.

梨是生活中非常常见的水果,梨的糖度、酸度(pH)、硬度是评价梨品质的重要指标。近红外光谱技术因快速、无损和高效等优点,广泛应用于检测水果品质指标。手持式近红外光谱仪可以应用于现场无损检测梨品质,梨的大小不同会对梨的光谱和建模产生一定影响。因此,采集大小不同的5个品种梨果(雪梨、红香酥、蜜梨、红肖梨、酸梨)的近红外光谱,最大的雪梨平均赤道周长27.64 cm,重量为362.84 g,最小的蜜梨平均赤道周长18.35 cm,重量为112.67 g,共197个样品。光谱范围为900~1700 cm^(-1),并在梨的赤道上选取三个点测量梨果的可溶性固形物、酸度(pH)与硬度三个化学指标。采集光谱发现,小梨吸光度较大,而大梨吸光度较小。采用三点平均光谱代表样品光谱和一阶导预处理,改善了光谱的一致性,解决了样品不均匀性、不同梨大小不同等因素的影响。线性回归模型PLS可溶性固形物、酸度(pH)和硬度的校正集决定系数依次为0.7394、0.9335、0.8866,预测集决定系数依次为0.7559、0.8734、0.7874,校正集RMSEC依次为0.5504、0.1941、0.5181。预测集RMSEP依次为0.6564、0.2420、0.6692。非线性回归LSSVM模型可溶性固形物、酸度(pH)和硬度的校正集决定系数依次为0.9763、0.9999、0.9960,预测集决定系数依次为0.9234、0.9777、0.9394,校正集RMSEC依次为0.1949、0.0033、0.0894。预测集RMSEP依次为0.3169、0.1089、0.3613。对比线性算法和非线性算法,LS-SVM建模效果明显优于PLS,LS-SVM算法适用于更多的品种、更宽的品质指标范围的样品预测,模型的准确度和稳定性有了显著提高,可以建立不同品种大小的梨的通用模型。手持式近红外光谱仪可用于梨果的糖度、硬度和pH值的快速无损高效检测,并摆脱了实验室的限制,可以实现现场快速检测。

【背景】低聚乳果糖是一种新型的功能性低聚糖,具有改善肠道菌群及提高免疫力等功能,被应用于食品、饲料等行业,市场需求量逐年增加。β-呋喃果糖苷酶对乳糖的受体特异性较高,工业上常用来制备低聚乳果糖,但现有酶种转化率较低、生产成本较高。【目的】挖掘新型β-呋喃果糖苷酶基因,探究其酶学性质及制备低聚乳果糖的能力。【方法】克隆节杆菌(Arthrobacter sp.)EpRS66的β-呋喃果糖苷酶基因,将其在大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)中重组表达,研究重组酶的酶学性质,优化其催化制备低聚乳果糖的反应条件。【结果】重组酶的最适温度为40℃,最适pH值为6.0,在pH 5.0−8.0范围内稳定性良好,在40℃的半衰期为20 min。利用重组酶制备低聚乳果糖,以15%蔗糖和15%乳糖为底物,在40℃、pH 6.0及加酶量25μg/mL的条件下反应3 h后转化率最高达到32.2%;而在30%蔗糖和30%乳糖的高底物浓度下,转化率也可达到30.8%。【结论】本研究获得了一种能有效催化形成低聚乳果糖的新型β-呋喃果糖苷酶,为工业化生产低聚乳果糖提供了新的选择。

CuO催化拜尔液中有机物的降解

本研究采用以O_(2)为氧化剂、CuO为催化剂的催化湿法氧化技术去除拜尔液中的有机物。首先,在O_(2)添加量为13.98 g/L、氧化温度为220℃、氧化时间为100 min、不添加CuO的条件下,总有机碳、腐植酸钠和草酸钠的去除率分别为86.59%、92.96%和71.36%。在此基础上,研究了O_(2)氧化拜尔液中有机物的自由基链式反应机理。然后,在CuO添加量为6%、O_(2)添加量为13.98 g/L、催化温度为250℃、催化时间为100 min的最佳条件下,总有机碳去除率为98.36%,腐植酸钠和草酸钠基本能够被全部去除。CuO形成的铜羟基络合物([Cu(Ⅱ)(OH)_x]~(2-x))基于络合反应机理是催化有机物降解的主要原因,溶解的CuO直接催化的自由基链式反应是第二个原因。催化湿法氧化技术能够有效去除拜尔液中的有机物,尤其是对氧化铝生产危害较大的草酸钠。
