Perfuorinated compounds(PFCs)are toxic and widely present in the environment,and therefore effective adsorbents are required to remove PFCs from environmental *** the present study,a new type of fuorinated biomass materials was synthesized via an ingenious fuorosilanization *** adsorbents were applied for the adsorption of 13typical PFCs,including perfuorocarboxylic acids(PFCAs)and perfuorosulfonic acids(PFSAs).By comparing their adsorption performance,Fluorinated cedar slag(FCS)was discovered to have the best absorption efficiency and enabled highly efficient enrichment of *** adsorption recovery of FCS with the investigated PFCs is greater than 90%under the optimal adsorption *** to the high affinity of F-F sorbent-sorbate interaction,FCS had good adsorption capacities of PFCs from aqueous solution,with the maximum adsorption capacity of 15.80 mg/g for PFOS and 10.71 mg/g for PFOA,***,the adsorption time could be achieved in a short time(8 min).Using the FCS absorbent,an innovative FCS-solid phase extraction assisted with high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray-tandem mass spectrometry(FCS-SPE-HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)method was first developed to sensitively detect PFCs in the environmental water *** intra-day and inter-day recovery rates of the 13 compounds ranged from 90.7%-104.3%,with the RSD of 2.1%-4.7%(intra-day)and 2.5%-8.5%(inter-day),*** research demonstrates the potential of the newly fuoro-functionalized plant biomass to adsorb PFCs from environmental water,with the advantages of high adsorption efficiencies,high antiinterference,easy operation and low economic cost.

To investigate the potential of direct ultrasonic vibration on improving the performance of magnesium alloys,this study first employed the ultrasonic vibration compression(UVC)on the solid solution treated AZ91 alloy,and explored its microstructure evolution and mechanical properties under *** only two seconds,the UVC alloys showed large deformation strains of 34.8–54.4%,and sudden increase of sample temperature to 243℃.Microstructure characterizations proved that UVC promoted the formation of abundant shear bands,fine grains,and the bimodal distribution of Mg17Al12 precipitates consisting of submicron particles located within the shear bands and nano-sized ones within the *** to the unique microstructure,the micro-hardness(and nano-hardness)value of UVC alloy was increased by 37.7%(35%)when compared with the solution-treated ***,the nano-modulus of the developed AZ91 alloy was also significantly increased to 62 GPa by statistical nanoindentation tests,which could be ascribed to increased Mg_(17)Al_(12) precipitates and decreased c/a value to some *** general,this work provides a new insight into the design and preparation of high-performance magnesium alloys by UVC at room temperature.

Activated G-protein-coupled receptor 39(GPR39)has been shown to attenuate inflammation by interacting with sirtuin 1(SIRT1)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γcoactivator 1α(PGC-1α).However,whether GPR39 attenuates neuropathic pain remains *** this study,we established a Sprague-Dawley rat model of spared nerve injury-induced neuropathic pain and found that GPR39 expression was significantly decreased in neurons and microglia in the spinal dorsal horn compared with sham-operated *** injection of TC-G 1008,a specific agonist of GPR39,significantly alleviated mechanical allodynia in the rats with spared nerve injury,improved spinal cord mitochondrial biogenesis,and alleviated *** changes were abolished by GPR39 small interfering RNA(siRNA),Ex-527(SIRT1 inhibitor),and PGC-1α*** together,these findings show that GPR39 activation ameliorates mechanical allodynia by activating the SIRT1/PGC-1αpathway in rats with spared nerve injury.

前列腺癌(Prostate Cancer,PCa)是一种对中老年男性危害巨大的恶性疾病。近年来,前列腺癌在我国的发病率及死亡率显著升高。以往,系统性6针穿刺活检法是临床上应用最多的前列腺癌诊断方法,但此方法并不能明显提高前列腺癌的检出率。随着影像学技术如单光子计算机断层扫描(ECT)、多排螺旋CT(MDCT)、经直肠超声(TRUS)和多参数磁共振成像(mpMRI)等技术的发展,以及多种融合技术在实际操作中的应用,前列腺穿刺变得精准化、可视化,病理诊断阳性率有所提高,同时穿刺针数减少,并发症的发生降低。本文就近年来前列腺穿刺活检术的新进展进行综述。

为解决传统湿法消解测量土壤中金属镉、铜测量周期长、一致性差的不足,提出了一种新的基于原子吸收法的土壤中金属镉、铜快速测量技术。该技术首先采用快速消解法对土壤进行消解处理,然后再利用原子吸收法对土壤中金属镉、铜的含量进行测定。实际应用表明,新的测试技术对金属镉的测定偏差在1.89%以内,对金属铜的测试偏差在1.6%以内,新测试技术的测试时间比湿法消解测试降低了56.25%,实现了对土壤中金属镉、铜元素的快速、精确测定。

该研究基于动物和细胞模型研究黄芪-莪术药对通过调控缺氧诱导因子及肿瘤干细胞化抑制结肠癌进展并增强5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)疗效的机制。建立裸鼠HCT116皮下移植瘤模型,将造模成功的24只裸鼠随机分为模型组、5-FU组、黄芪-莪术组和联合给药组,治疗后每2 d测量1次肿瘤体积,采用Western blot方法检测裸鼠HCT116皮下移植瘤组织缺氧核心区关键靶点表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)、二氢嘧啶脱氢酶(dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase,DPYD)、胸苷酸合酶(thymidylate synthase,TYMS)以及缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)、缺氧诱导因子-2α(hypoxia-inducible factor-2α,HIF-2α)和肿瘤干细胞标志物CD133、SRY盒转录因子2(SRY-box transcription factor 2,SOX2)的蛋白表达情况。结果表明黄芪-莪术药对能减缓肿瘤生长速度,并显著提高5-FU的抑瘤率。黄芪-莪术药对明显降低肿瘤中EGFR和DPYD的蛋白表达,联合给药组中EGFR和TYMS的蛋白表达量显著降低。与模型组相比,黄芪-莪术药对可以显著抑制移植瘤组织缺氧核心区中HIF-1α、HIF-2α、SOX2、CD133的蛋白表达,与5-FU组相比,联合给药进一步抑制了HIF-1α、HIF-2α、SOX2的蛋白表达。在体外实验中,缺氧后HCT116细胞内HIF-1α、HIF-2α的蛋白表达量显著增加。与单独给予5-FU(1.38μmol·L^(-1))相比,单独使用黄芪-莪术(40 mg·mL^(-1))或5-FU联合黄芪-莪术均能更显著地抑制HIF-1α、HIF-2α、TYMS的蛋白表达。结果显示黄芪-莪术药对降低了结肠癌细胞中缺氧应答分子的表达,并减少了结肠癌的干细胞性质,从而起到了协同增强5-FU对结肠癌的治疗作用。
