Evaluation technology and practice of continental shale oil development in China

This paper analyzes the differences in geological and development characteristics between continental shale oil in China and marine shale oil in North America, reviews the evaluation methods and technological progress of the continental shale oil development in China, and points out the existing problems and development directions of the continental shale oil development. The research progress of development evaluation technologies such as favorable lithofacies identification, reservoir characterization, mobility evaluation, fracability evaluation, productivity evaluation and geological-mathematical modeling integration are introduced. The efficient exploration and development of continental shale oil in China are faced with many problems, such as weak basic theoretical research, imperfect exploration and development technology system, big gap in engineering technology between China and other countries, and high development cost. Three key research issues must be studied in the future:(1) forming differentiated development technologies of continental shale oil through geological and engineering integrated research;(2) strengthening the application of big data and artificial intelligence to improve the accuracy of development evaluation;(3) tackling enhanced shale oil recovery technology and research effective development method, so as to improve the development effect and benefit.

A CO_(2) storage potential evaluation method for saline aquifers in a petroliferous basin

According to the requirements for large-scale project implementation, a four-scale and three-level CO_(2)storage potential evaluation method is proposed for saline aquifers in a petroliferous basin in China, considering geological,engineering and economic factors. The four scales include basin scale, depression scale, play scale and trap scale, and the three levels include theoretical storage capacity, engineering storage capacity, and economic storage capacity. The theoretical storage capacity can be divided into four trapping mechanisms, i.e. structural & stratigraphic trapping, residual trapping, solubility trapping and mineral trapping, depending upon the geological parameters, reservoir conditions and fluid properties in the basin. The engineering storage capacity is affected by the injectivity, storage security pressure, well number, and injection time.The economic storage capacity mainly considers the carbon pricing yield, drilling investment, and operation cost, based on the break-even principle. Application of the method for saline aquifer in the Gaoyou sag of the Subei Basin reveals that the structural & stratigraphic trapping occupies the largest proportion of the theoretical storage capacity, followed by the solubility trapping and the residual trapping, and the mineral trapping takes the lowest proportion. The engineering storage capacity and the economic storage capacity are significantly lower than the theoretical storage capacity when considering the constrains of injectivity, security and economy, respectively accounting for 21.0% and 17.6% of the latter.

油藏地球物理技术是综合应用多种地球物理资料与油藏动静态信息进行复杂油藏精细表征和动态监测的跨学科技术,对于提高油藏的储量动用程度和提高采收率具有重要的意义,是当前地球物理技术的重要发展方向。系统回顾了中国石化油藏地球物理提出的背景和过去二十年的发展历程,梳理了油藏地球物理技术系列,总结了在油藏地球物理基础研究、井中地球物理技术、多尺度资料联合反演、地球物理约束确定性建模、时移地震剩余油气预测、地震地质工程一体化、微地震油藏监测等方面的技术创新和应用效果。面对中国油气田勘探开发的深层、深水、非常规及老油田(“两深一非一老”)形势和一体化、智能化、绿色化挑战,油藏地球物理在油气产业技术致胜阶段仍然大有可为,要持续创新油藏地球物理技术,井、震、动、模一体化联合和人工智能应用,构建高水平的油藏地球物理勘探开发一体化、地质工程一体化解决方案,支撑油藏全生命周期建设。

不同温度胁迫条件下太平洋牡蛎挥发性化合物的变化

为探究温度胁迫后太平洋牡蛎挥发性成分的变化,该研究采用感官评定、气相色谱-离子迁移谱(Gas Chromatography-Ion Mobility Spectroscopy,GC-IMS)、气相色谱-质谱联用(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer,GC-MS)结合多元统计分析的方法,对不同温度胁迫条件(12、22、32℃)的太平洋牡蛎挥发性成分进行了检测,同时测定了其存活率以及脂肪酸含量的变化。结果显示,胁迫6 d后,低温12℃组的存活率达到97.90%,n-3型多不饱和脂肪酸(Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid,PUFA)含量升高。感官评定、GC-IMS以及GC-MS结果显示辛醛等鱼腥味醛类成分含量下降,而呈紫罗兰气味的(E,Z)-2,6-壬二烯醛升至12.15%,提供了愉悦的气味。高温32℃胁迫后存活率降至26.00%,n-3 PUFA含量下降从46.07%下降至39.59%,同时饱和醛等腥味醛类含量显著上升,加重了太平洋牡蛎的腥味,导致牡蛎的品质严重下降。最后通过统计分析筛选6种关键成分:己醛、辛醛、(E,Z)-2,6-壬二烯醛、(E)-2-壬烯醛、(E,E)-2,4-庚二烯醛以及3-辛酮。温度对太平洋牡蛎的存活率、n-3 PUFA含量及挥发性成分有较大影响,该研究为提升太平洋牡蛎品质提供了有益参考。

Physiological Responses of Clam(Ruditapes philippinarum)to Transport Modes with Different Temperatures

Given the increased circulation time after fishing,a series of changes take place in live clams,leading to a deterioration in quality even after death.Thus,in this study,we aimed to explore the optimal mode of transportation of clams.The container for holding clams was reformed,and a water circulation temperature control system was established.The physiological responses of clams during anhydrous and watery transportation at two temperatures(4 and 15℃)were investigated based on the aforementioned system.When comparing the transportation patterns after 3 d of transport,a higher survival rate was observed at 4℃(97%)than at 15℃(63%)in the anhydrous transportation groups and a lower survival rate was observed at 4℃(93%)than at 15℃(99%)in the watery transportation groups.In addition,the glycogen content,condition index(CI),and adenylate energy charge(A.E.C)value were higher at4℃((40.87±0.99)mg g^(-1),13.71%±0.50%and 57.45%±1.60%)than at 15℃((30.54±0.81)mg g^(-1),9.09%±0.30%and 43.12%±1.65%)in the anhydrous transportation groups.In the watery transportation groups,a lower glycogen content,CI,and A.E.C.value were observed at 4℃((33.78±0.84)mg g^(-1),9.78%±0.50%and 64.65%±1.25%)than at 15℃((41.53±0.93)mg g^(-1),12.72%±0.83%and 71.58%±1.27%).Results from this study show that anhydrous transportation(4℃)is the optimal transport condition for clams to maintain a high quality and good physiological conditions.Thus,this study will be particularly useful for establishing shellfish transportation systems.

AN ANT COLONY ALGORITHM FOR YARD TRUCK SCHEDULING AND YARD LOCATION ASSIGNMENT PROBLEMS WITH PRECEDENCE CONSTRAINTS

This paper examines the yard truck scheduling,the yard location assignment for discharging containers,and the quay crane scheduling in container terminals.Taking into account the practical situation,we paid special attention to the loading and discharging precedence relationships between containers in the quay crane operations.A Mixed Integer Program（MIP） model is constructed,and a two-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed.In the first stage an Ant Colony Optimization（ACO） algorithm is employed to generate the yard location assignment for discharging containers.In the second stage,the integration of the yard truck scheduling and the quay crane scheduling is a flexible job shop problem,and an efficient greedy algorithm and a local search algorithm are proposed. Extensive numerical experiments are conducted to test the performance of the proposed algorithms.

The effects of fucoidans from Laminaria japonica on AAPH mediated oxidation of human low-density lipoprotein

Five fucoidan fractions from Laminaria japonica with different sulfate content and molecular weight were prepared by anion-exchange chromatography and mild acid hydrolysis. Their antioxidant effects on azo radicals 2-2＇-Azobis （2-amidinopropane） dihydrochloride （AAPH） induced oxidation of human low-density lipoprotein （LDL） were evaluated by monitoring cholesteryl ester hydroperoxides （CHL-OOH） formation kinetics through reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC） analysis. Fucoidan F - C with a low molecular mass of 2 000 ～8 000 and a sulfate content of 24.3% had much stronger protective antioxidant effect than other four fucoidan fractions on the hydrophilic radical AAPH induced LDL oxidation. However, the highly sulfated fucoidan fraction L - B with a molecular mass of 20 000 was completely ineffective in protecting LDL from the AAPH induced oxidation. The results suggested that both molecular mass and sulfate content of fucoidan played very important roles in their effects on the AAPH induced LDL oxidation.

Bleaching with the Mixed Adsorbents of Activated Earth and Activated Alumina to Reduce Color and Oxidation Products of Anchovy Oil

Fish oil is a rich source of polyunsaturated fatty acids,and its refinement has drawn attention for years.An appropriate adsorbent can effectively remove the pigment impurities in the fish oil.This study evaluated the impact of different absorbents on the reduction of oxidation products and color of anchovy oil during the decolorization under high vacuum.Using the single factor design,four process parameters including adsorbents type,adsorbent amount,temperature and time were tested to determine the optimum decolorization parameter.The results showed the optimum decolorization conditions were that the fish oil was treated with 8%acti-vated alumina at 80℃for 40 min.In the central group experiment,the addition amounts of mixed absorbents(activated earth and activated alumina),including the mass ratio of adsorbent in oil(5%-11%,w/w)and the mass ratio of activated earth in total absor-bent(20%-80%,w/w)were optimized to remove the oxidation products.Under the optimum condition at 10.18%of adsorbent and 70%of activated earth,the total oxidation value(TOTOX value)showed the minimum with the 44.4%of removal rate.Eight metal elements were analyzed in decolorized oil using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The removal rates of Zn and Pb were 94.12%and 55.35%,respectively.The decolorization process using mixed absorbents under appropriate condition can significantly reduce the oxidation products and pigments in fish oil,which will benefit the industrial production of fish oil.

Analyzing the Flavor Compounds in Chinese Traditional Fermented Shrimp Pastes by HS-SPME-GC/MS and Electronic Nose

Shrimp paste is a type of condiments with high nutritional value.However,the flavors of shrimp paste,particularly the non-uniformity flavors,have limited its application in food processing.In order to identify the characteristic flavor compounds in Chinese traditional shrimp pastes,five kinds of typical commercial products were evaluated in this study.The differences in the volatile composition of the five products were investigated.Solid phase micro-extraction method was employed to extract the volatile compounds.GC-MS and electronic nose were applied to identify the compounds,and the data were analyzed using principal component analysis(PCA).A total of 62 volatile compounds were identified,including 8 alcohols,7 aldehydes,3 ketones,7 ethers,7 acids,3 esters,6 hydrocarbons,12 pyrazines,2 phenols,and 7 other compounds.The typical volatile compounds contributing to the flavor of shrimp paste were found as follows:dimethyl disulfide,dimethyl tetrasulfide,dimethyl trisulfide,2,3,5-trimethyl-6-ethyl pyrazine,ethyl-2,5-dimethyl-pyrazine,phenol and indole.Propanoic acid,butanoic acid,furans,and 2-hydroxy-3-pentanone caused unpleasant odors,such as pungent and rancid odors.Principal component analysis showed that the content of volatile compounds varied depending on the processing conditions and shrimp species.These results indicated that the combinations of multiple analysis and identification methods could make up the limitations of a single method,enhance the accuracy of identification,and provide useful information for sensory research and product development.
