3C 66A is one of our first batches of photometric monitoring objects with the 1 m optical telescope at Yunnan University Astronomical *** the present work,the observational campaign was performed from 2021 November 1 to 2022 February 27 in the Johnson-Morgan system V and R *** average magnitudes in each band were■=15.52±0.18 mag and■=15.07±0.17 *** overall variability amplitudes wereΔV=■,Amp=70.27%andΔR=■,Amp=68.56%,*** of the intraday variabilities(IDVs)occurred in 2021 December and 2022 *** minimal rise/decay timescale was about 6 minutes(5.82±2.74 minutes and 6.18±2.81 minutes on 2022 February 11,6.99±3.70 minutes and 6.17±2.91 minutes on 2022 February 12).Durations of these rapid variabilities were from 11.99 to 179.67 *** discrete correlation function analyses between V and R bands showed significantly correlated *** index analysis of ID Vs showed that the spectrums do not change with variabilities.

利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、洛氏硬度计和冲击磨损试验机,研究了铸态和经Q&P工艺处理后的Fe-0.45C-1.6B高硼耐磨钢的组织和性能。结果表明,高硼耐磨钢的显微组织由金属基体和共晶硼化物组成。基体组织主要为马氏体,铁素体和少量残余奥氏体。硼化物主要为Fe_(2)B和Fe_(23)(B,C)_(6)。Q&P工艺后,铁素体被消除,合金元素分布均匀,硼化物的形态和分布随之发生变化。经Q&P工艺后,高硼耐磨钢的综合力学性能和耐磨性都得到改善。与铸态相比,Q&P工艺后高硼耐磨钢中残余奥氏体的体积分数由9.8%上升到17.6%,冲击吸收功由3.76 J上升至7.50 J,耐磨性为铸态时的1.64倍。

Aim of this study was to investigate the genotypic distribution of extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) and AmpC enzymes among Escherichia coli isolated from farm animals in Chongqing City. 326 *** isolates were obtained from piglets,cattle and *** these isolates,19 ESBLs and 6 AmpC-producing *** isolates were detected by preliminary screening and phenotypic identification, and polymerase chain reaction and sequence analysis methods were used to detect ESBLs and AmpCβ-lactamases *** results showed that the frequencies of TEM,CTX-M,DHA-1 and CMY-2 genes were 2.15%,5.21%,0.61%and 0.61%,respectively,in *** of animal origin in the Chongqing area,and 5 *** isolates were found to carry two kinds of *** DHA-1 gene was detected for the first time in a veterinary clinic in China;its GenBank accession number is *** study indicated that TEM and CTX-M genes were the predominant genotypes in Chongqing,and the majority of ESBLs and AmpC-producing *** isolates were multi-resistant to antibiotics,so they deserve particular attention in veterinary clinics.

Temporal changes in wetland plant communities with decades of cumulative water pollution in two plateau lakes in China's Yunnan Province

Wetland plant communities in the plateau lakes of Yunnan Province, China, have decreased significantly over the past decades. To better understand this degradation, we analyzed the processes and characteristics of changes in wetland plant communities in two of the largest lakes in Yunnan Province, Dianchi and Erhai lakes. We collected records of native and alien plant communities in the two lakes from literature published from the 1950 s to current period. We calculated plant community types and their area in some historical periods when related data were reported, and analyzed the relationship between changes in plant communities and water pollution. InDianchi Lake, 12 community types of native plant communities, covering over 80% of the surface in the 1950 s and 1960 s, were reduced to four types covering 2.4% by the late 2000 s. Alien plant communities started to appear in the lake in the late 1970 s, and have since come to cover 4.9% of the lake surface,thereby becoming dominant. In Erhai Lake, 16 community types of native plant communities,covering 47.1% of the lake surface in the late 1970 s,declined to 10 community types, covering 9.3% of the surface, by the late 2000 s. Alien plant communities appeared in the middle 1980 s, and at present cover 0.7% of the surface area. It was indicated that changes in plant communities were significant related to water eutrophication. The area occupied by native and alien plant communities was, respectively, negatively andpositively related to the content of nutrients in *** showed lacustrine pollution played an important role in native plant loss and alien plant invasion in the two plateau lakes.

为明确矮竹扩张引起的退化演替对亚高山针叶林土壤钾(K)和镁(Mg)含量的影响,针对原始亚高山针叶林(原始林)、次生针阔混交林(次生林)和冷箭竹(Arundinaria faberi)灌丛(竹灌丛),进行了群落多样性、凋落物和土壤氮(N)、K和Mg含量以及土壤pH、有机质(SOM)含量等方面的比较,并利用逐步回归方法分析了影响土壤K和Mg含量的主要因素。结果表明:(1)物种个体数、物种丰富度和多样性指数随着森林退化演替而显著降低;(2)凋落物未分解层和半分解层的T_(Nlitter)、T_(Klitter)和T_(Mglitter)含量在不同退化阶段存在显著差异,其中原始林最高,竹灌丛最低;(3)随着森林退化演替至竹灌丛阶段,SOM、TN_(soil)、AN_(soil)、TK_(soil)、AK_(soil)和TMg_(soil)含量显著降低;(4)土壤N、SOM是影响土壤K和Mg含量的主要因素,其次是群落多样性;TN_(soil)对于TK_(soil)和AK_(soil)的贡献分别达到57.0%和48.0%,SOM对于AK_(soil)的贡献为35.9%,而AN_(soil)对于TMg_(soil)的贡献则为47.1%。因此,矮竹扩张引起的亚高山针叶林退化演替不仅降低了土壤C、N降低,还导致了土壤K和Mg流失。
