The reasonable design of material morphology and eco-friendly electrocatalysts are essential to highly efficient water *** is proposed that a promising strategy effectively regulates the electronic structure of the d-orbitals of CoP using cerium doping in this paper,thus significantly improving the intrinsic property and conductivity of CoP for water *** a result,the as-synthesize porous Ce-doped CoP micro-polyhedron composite derived from Ce-ZIF-67 as bifunctional electrocatalytic materials exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performance in both the oxygen evolution reaction（OER） and the hydrogen evolution reaction（HER）,overpotentials of about 152 mV for HER at 10 mA cm-2and about 352 mV for OER at 50 mA cm-2,and especially it shows outstanding long-term ***,an alkaline electrolyzer,using Ce0.04Co0.96P electrocatalyst as both the anode and cathode,delivers a cell voltage value of1.55 V at the current density of 10 mA *** calculation results of the density functional theory（DFT）demonstrate that the introduction of an appropriate amount of Ce into CoP can enhance the conductivity,and can induce the electronic modulation to regulate the selective adsorption of reaction intermediates on catalytic surface and the formation of O*intermediates（CoOOH）,which exhibits an excellent electrocatalytic *** study provides novel insights into the design of an extraordinary performance water-splitting of the multicomponent electrocatalysts.

为解决钻场硐室破坏窄煤柱完整性、充填开采成本高、施工工艺复杂、充填体强度达不到现场要求等问题,研究了高水材料浆液的高流动性和早强速凝特性,并通过实验室物理力学性质测定试验,获取了高水材料的各养护龄期下抗压强度、流动度和凝结时间等宏观工作性能,结果表明:选取高水材料水固比为2∶1,其配比在28 d时充填体强度可达6.3 MPa,料浆扩展度为461.5 mm,凝结时间接近10 min。并以三元福达矿15202工作面钻场硐室充填为研究背景,分别从注浆材料的选取、注浆工艺、现场应用三个方面对垮落区邻位注浆可行性进行了研究,最终采用高水材料对15202工作面钻场硐室垮落区进行邻位注浆,现场应用证明,高水材料邻位注浆工艺可为采空区注浆加固设计思路和施工提供有效依据,保证窄煤柱的稳定性和安全性。

Noncommunicable diseases(NCDs)and related risk factors are one of the major global challenges of the 21st century and are responsible for 71%of all deaths worldwide(1).More than 36 million people die annually as a result of NCDs,including 15 million people who die at a young age,between 30 and 70 years old(2).The burden continues to rise and has been one of the major public health challenges for all countries,including *** risk factors interventions are considered the cornerstone of the prevention and control of chronic *** reduction of NCD mortality requires policies that considerably reduce tobacco and alcohol use and blood pressure,and provide equitable access to efficacious and high-quality preventive and curative care for acute and chronic NCDs(3).

Investigation of Ge-Si Atomic Interdiffusion in Ge Nano-dots Multilayer Structure by Double Crystal X-ray Diffraction

The fluctuations of the strained layer in a superlattice or quantum well can broaden the width of satellite peaks in double crystal X-ray diffraction （DCXRD） pattern. It is found that the width of the 0^th peak is directly proportional to the fluctuation of the strained layer if the other related facts are ignored. By this method, the Ge-Si atomic interdiffusion in Ge nano-dots and wetting layers has been investigated by DCXRD. It is found that thermal annealing can activate Ge-Si atomic interdiffusion and the interdiffusion in the nano-dots area is much stronger than that in the wetting layer area. Therefore the fluctuation of the Ge layer decreases and the distribution of Ge atoms becomes homogeneous in the horizontal Ge （GeSi actually） layer, which make the width of the 0^th peak narrow after annealing.

Nonlinear roll damping of a barge with and without liquid cargo in spherical tanks

Damping plays a significant role on the maximum amplitude of a vessel’s roll motion,in particular near the resonant *** is a common practice to predict roll damping using a linear radiation-diffraction code and add that to a linearized viscous damping component,which can be obtained through empirical,semi-empirical equations or free decay tests in calm ***,it is evident that the viscous roll damping is nonlinear with roll velocity and *** liquid cargo motions inside cargo tanks also contribute to roll damping,which when ignored impedes the accurate prediction of maximum roll *** this study,a series of free decay model tests is conducted on a barge-like vessel with two spherical tanks,which allows a better understanding of the nonlinear roll damping components considering the effects of the liquid cargo *** examine the effects of the cargo motion on the damping levels,a nonlinear model is adopted to calculate the damping *** liquid cargo motion is observed to affect both the linear and the quadratic components of the roll *** flow memory effect on the roll damping is also *** nonlinear damping coefficients of the vessel with liquid cargo motions in spherical tanks are obtained,which are expected to contribute in configurations involving spherical tanks.

Experimental and numerical investigation of the roll motion behavior of a floating liquefied natural gas system

The present paper does an experimental and numerical investigation of the hydrodynamic interaction and the response of a single point turret-moored Floating Liquefied Natural Gas(FLNG) system,which is a new type of floating LNG(Liquid Natural Gas) platform that consists of a ship-type FPSO hull equipped with LNG storage tanks and liquefaction *** particular,this study focuses on the investigation of the roll response of FLNG hull in free-decay motions,white noise waves and also in irregular *** tests of the FLNG system in 60%H filling condition excited by both white noise waves and irregular waves combined with steady wind and current have been carried *** Amplitude Operators(RAOs) and time histories of the responses are obtained for sway,roll and yaw *** Low Frequency(LF) components of the roll motions are observed,which may be out of *** facilitate the physical understanding of this phenomenon,we filter the roll motions at the period of 30 s into two parts:the Wave Frequency(WF) motions and the Low Frequency(LF) motions *** results indicate that the LF motions are closely related to the sway and yaw *** reasons for the presence of the LF motions of roll have been discussed in detail,through the comparison with the sway and yaw *** for the numerical part,the simulation of the modeled case is conducted with the help of the software SESAM.A good agreement between experiments and calculations is reported within the scope of ***,the numerical simulations should be further improved for the prediction of the FLNG system in the heading sea.

PARALLEL FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF HIGH FREQUENCY VIBRATIONS OF QUARTZ CRYSTAL RESONATORS ON LINUX CLUSTER

Quartz crystal resonators are typical piezoelectric acoustic wave devices for frequency control applications with mechanical vibration frequency at the radio-frequency （RF） range. Precise analyses of the vibration and deformation are generally required in the resonator design and improvement process. The considerations include the presence of electrodes, mountings, bias fields such as temperature, initial stresses, and acceleration. Naturally, the finite element method is the only effective tool for such a coupled problem with multi-physics nature. The main challenge is the extremely large size of resulted linear equations. For this reason, we have been employing the Mindlin plate equations to reduce the computational difficulty. In addition, we have to utilize the parallel computing techniques on Linux clusters, which are widely available for academic and industrial applications nowadays, to improve the computing efficiency. The general principle of our research is to use open source software components and public domain technology to reduce cost for developers and users on a Linux cluster. We start with a mesh generator specifically for quartz crystal resonators of rectangular and circular types, and the Mindlin plate equations are implemented for the finite element analysis. Computing techniques like parallel processing, sparse matrix handling, and the latest eigenvalue extraction package are integrated into the program. It is clear from our computation that the combination of these algorithms and methods on a cluster can meet the memory requirement and reduce computing time significantly.

Quick photofabrication of functional nanospheres from de novo designed peptides for NIR fluorescence and MR imaging
