Objective To investigate the feasibility of subtraction coronary computed tomographic(CT)angiography(SubCCTA)to decline calcium artifacts and improve diagnostic accuracy in the presence of coronary calcification and analyze the factors that influence *** A total of 294 patients suspected of having coronary artery diseases underwent coronary computed tomographic angiography(CCTA)and *** stenoses were blindly evaluated by two experienced radiologists,which were compared with invasive coronary angiography(ICA).Multiple statistical indexes were adopted to analyze the value of SubCCTA for the diagnosis of calcium *** The diagnosable rate of SubCCTA was 67.2%(n=197),and the non-diagnosable rate was 32.8%(n=97).Using SubCCTA,the false positive rate decreased from 56.5%to 17.4%,and the corresponding diagnostic accuracy was increased from 83.6%to 92.9%.Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that height(OR=1.029,95%CI=1.001–1.058),weight(OR=1.025,95%CI=1.004–1.046),left ventricular size(OR=1.018,95%CI=1.007–1.030),cardiothoracic ratio(OR=39.917,95%CI=1.244–1281.098),the average heart rate(OR=0.866,95%CI=0.836–0.896)and heart rate range(OR=0.882,95%CI=0.853–0.912)might be the factors influencing *** This study suggested that SubCCTA could help improve diagnostic accuracy in the presence of calcium ***,several factors were discovered for the first time to possibly influence SubCCTA,which will be helpful in improving the subtracted image quality.

For many years,surgical treatment of buried penis in children has been researched by several scholars,and numerous methods *** study aimed to explore the clinical effect of a modified fixation technique in treating buried penis in *** data of 94 patients with buried penis who were treated using the modified penile fixation technique from March 2017 to February 2019 in Fujian Maternity and Child Health Hospital(Fuzhou,China)were retrospectively collected,compared,and *** data of 107 patients with buried penis who were treated using traditional penile fixation technique from February 2014 to February 2017 were chosen for *** results showed that at 6 months and 12 months after surgery,the penile lengths in the modified penile fixation group were longer than those in the traditional penile fixation group(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative skin contracture and penile retraction in the modified penile fixation group was less than that in the traditional penile fixation group(P=0.034 and P=0.012,respectively).When the two groups were compared in terms of parents'satisfaction scores,the scores for penile size,penile morphology,and voiding status in the modified penile fixation group were higher than those in the traditional penile fixation group at 2-week,6-month,and 12-month follow-ups after surgery(all P<0.05).We concluded that the modified penile fixation technique could effectively reduce the incidence of skin contracture and penile retraction and improve the penile length and satisfaction of patients'parents.

The as-cast amorphous Ti_(48)Zr_(27)Cu_(6)Nb_(5)Be_(14)composites,comprising in situ formedβ-Ti ductile crystalline precipitates,were prepared by water cooled copper mold suction ***,the semi-solid composites were obtained after the as-cast composites were treated by semi-solid isothermal *** microstructure evolution and kinetics of the composites were *** show that the microstructures of both the as-cast and semi-solid composites comprise ofβ-Ti crystal phases and amorphous matrix *** and after treatment,the crystals evolve from fine granular or fine dendritic crystals to coarse *** the treatment temperature increasing or the time prolonging,the average crystal size gradually increases and the surface morphology of the crystals gradually becomes *** studying the microstructural evolution and dynamics during the isothermal treatment process,it is found that the final morphology ofβ-Ti crystals is influenced by the isothermal treatment temperature and time(t),and theβ-Ti evolution rate increases with an increase in treatment *** addition,a linear relationship was observed between the size of cubicβ-Ti crystals(D^(3))and t;the growth kinetics factor K is 3.8μm^(3)·s^(-1).As the K value closes to 4μm^(3)·s^(-1),it is inferred the morphology evolution ofβ-Ti crystals is a coarsening behavior controlled by the diffusion of solute elements.

Chemically extracted acellular nerve allografts loaded with brain-derived neurotrophic fac- tor-transfected or ciliary neurotrophic factor-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have been shown to repair sciatic nerve injury better than chemically extracted acellular nerve allografts alone, or chemically extracted acellular nerve allografts loaded with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. We hypothesized that these allografts compounded with both brain-derived neurotrophic factor- and ciliary neurotrophic factor-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells may demonstrate even better effects in the repair of peripheral nerve injury. We cultured bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells expressing brain-derived neuro- trophic factor and/or ciliary neurotrophic factor and used them to treat sciatic nerve injury in rats. We observed an increase in sciatic functional index, triceps wet weight recovery rate, myelin thickness, number of myelinated nerve fibers, amplitude of motor-evoked potentials and nerve conduction velocity, and a shortened latency of motor-evoked potentials when al- lografts loaded with both neurotrophic factors were used, compared with allografts loaded with just one factor. Thus, the combination of both brain-derived neurotrophic factor and cili- ary neurotrophic factor-transfected bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can greatly improve nerve injury.

This study was performed to summarize our clinical experience with testicular descent and fixation through a scrotal stria incision for the treatment of palpable cryptorchidism in *** study included 1034 children with palpable cryptorchidism from March 2009 to March 2019.A scrotal stria incision was used to perform testicular descent and ***,1020 children successfully underwent surgical testicular descent and fixation through a scrotal stria incision,and 14 patients underwent conversion to inguinal incision *** patients were discharged 1-2 days after the *** hospitalization and follow-up,55 patients developed complicationsy including 10 patients with testicular retraction,7 with poor healing of the incision,and 38 with a scrotal *** patients developed testicular atrophy,an in direct ingui nal hernia,or a *** descent and fixation through a scrotal stria incision for the treatment of palpable cryptorchidism in children is safe and feasible in well-selected *** method has the advantages of no scarring and a good cosmetic effect.

In recent years,the issue of aircraft icing has gained widespread *** breaking and detachment of dynamic ice can pose a threat to flight ***,the shedding and fracture mechanisms of dynamic ice are unclear and cannot meet the engineering needs of ice-shedding hazard ***,studying the fracture toughness of ice bodies has extremely important practical *** address this issue,this article uses a centrally cracked Brazilian disk(CCBD)specimen to measure the pure modeⅠtoughness and pure modeⅡfracture toughness of freshwater ice at different loading *** mixed-mode(Ⅰ–Ⅱ)fracture characteristics of ice are discussed,and the experimental results are compared and analyzed with the theoretical values of the generalized maximum tangential stress(GMTS)criterion considering the influence of *** results indicated that as the loading rate increases,the pure modeⅠtoughness and pure modeⅡfracture toughness of freshwater ice decrease,and the fracture toughness of freshwater ice is more sensitive to the loading rate.Ⅰn terms of fracture criteria,the theoretical value of the ratio of pure modeⅡfracture toughness to pure modeⅠfracture toughness based on the GMTS criterion is in good agreement with the experimental value,while the theoretical value based on the maximum tangential stress(MTS)criterion deviates significantly from the experimental value,indicating that the GMTS criterion considering the influence of T-stress can better predict the experimental results.

Synergic catalytic effect between active sites and supports greatly determines the catalytic activity for the aerobic oxidative desulfurization of fuel *** this work,Ni-doped Co-based bimetallic metal-organic framework(CoNi-MOF)is fabricated to disperse N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI),in which the whole catalyst provides plentiful synergic catalytic effect to improve the performance of oxidative desulfurization(ODS).As a bimetallic MOF,the second metal Ni doping results in the flower-like morphology and the modification of electronic properties,which ensure the exposure of NHPI and strengthen the synergistic effect of the overall *** with the monometallic Co-MOF and naked NHPI,the NHPI@CoNi-MOF triggers the efficient activation of molecular oxygen and improves the ODS performance without an *** sulfur removal of dibenzothiophene-based model oil reaches 96.4%over the NHPI@CoNi-MOF catalyst in 8 h of ***,the catalytic product of this aerobic ODS reaction is sulfone,which is adsorbed on the catalyst surface due to the difference in *** work provides new insight and strategy for the design of a strong synergic catalytic effect between NHPI and bimetallic supports toward high-activity aerobic ODS materials.

Rapid quantification of multi-components in alcohol precipitation liquid of Codonopsis Radix using near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)

A near infrared spectroscopy（NIRS） approach was established for quality control of the alcohol precipitation liquid in the manufacture of Codonopsis Radix. By applying NIRS with multivariate analysis, it was possible to build variation into the calibration sample set, and the Plackett-Burman design, Box-Behnken design, and a concentrating-diluting method were used to obtain the sample set covered with sufficient fluctuation of process parameters and extended concentration information. NIR data were calibrated to predict the four quality indicators using partial least squares regression（PLSR）. In the four calibration models, the root mean squares errors of prediction（RMSEPs） were 1.22 μg/ml, 10.5 μg/ml, 1.43 μg/ml, and 0.433% for lobetyolin, total flavonoids, pigments, and total solid contents, respectively. The results indicated that multi-components quantification of the alcohol precipitation liquid of Codonopsis Radix could be achieved with an NIRS-based method, which offers a useful tool for real-time release testing（RTRT） of intermediates in the manufacture of Codonopsis Radix.
