Nanoplastic(NP)contaminants are receiving increasing attention due to the harm they can cause to aquatic organisms and their accumulation in the human body through the food *** goal of this study was to evaluate the oxidative stress caused by NPs on the clams Meretrix meretrix and Sinonovacula *** were exposed to three concentrations of fluorescently labeled polystyrene NPs(PS-NPs;0,0.1,and 1 mg L^(-1))for 7 d followed by a 3 d recovery *** activities of antioxidant enzymes,such as catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GPx)and the content of malonaldehyde(MDA)were measured in the digestive gland,gills,and mantle *** showed that the SOD activity in the gills of *** was significantly higher than that of the control at day 1,and PS-NPs exposure inhibited the CAT activity in the gills and SOD and GPx activities in the *** to low or high concentrations of PS-NPs increased the activities of both CAT and GPx in the gills of *** at day *** oxidative damage was more severe in the digestive gland of *** and in the mantle of *** based on MDA level,and it returned to normal after *** biomarker response,index version 2(IBRv2)values showed that the gills were more sensitive to PS-NPs than mantle and digestive ***,the oxidative stress by PS-NPs depended on exposure time,dose,organ,and species.

Workload-based randomization byzantine fault tolerance consensus protocol

This paper introduces a new Byzantine fault tolerance protocol called workload-based randomization Byzantine fault tolerance protocol(WRBFT).Improvements are made to the Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance(PBFT),which has an important position in the Byzantine Fault consensus *** PBFT has numerous ad-vantages,its primary node selection mechanism is overly fixed,the communication overhead of the consensus process is also high,and nodes cannot join and exit *** solve these problems,the WRBFT proposed in this paper combines node consensus workload and verifiable random function(VRF)to randomly select the more reliable primary node that dominates the *** selection of the nodes involved in the consensus is based on the node workload,and the optimization of the agreement protocol of the PBFT is also based on *** results show that the WRBFT has higher throughput,lower consensus latency,and higher algorithmic efficiency compared to the PBFT.

The Influence Mechanism of an Inclusive Organizational Climate on Innovation Input of Sci-Tech Talents

With the implementation of China’s innovation-driven development strategy,the competition among sci-tech talents has become increasingly *** the innovative vigor of sci-tech talents has become a hot topic in theoretical research and policy *** on the data from 246 questionnaires collected from sci-tech talents in Hebei province,this study explored the influence mechanism of an inclusive organizational climate on innovation input from technological talents and verified the mediating effects of innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic *** results indicate that an inclusive organizational climate has a significant positive impact on innovation input,innovation self-efficacy,and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech *** innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation play a partial mediating role between an inclusive climate and innovation *** study verified the important role of an inclusive climate in an organization’s human resource management practices and encouraged managers to emphasize enhancing the innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of sci-tech talents,thereby continuously improving the level of innovation.

Identification of suitable reference genes for quantitative gene expression analysis in clam Cyclina sinensis under salinity stress and Vibrio infection

The appropriate reference gene is a prerequisite for accurate normalization of gene expression level,and research on suitable reference genes in clam Cyclina sinensis is *** improve the situation,we selected five commonly used housekeeping genes,including β-actin,Elongation factor 1-α(EF1-α),Glyceraldehyde-3-pho sphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH),40S ribosomal protein S18(RPS18),and Tubulin a(TUB-α),then evaluated their expression stability in different adult tissues and under different experimental treatments(salinity stress and Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection).Their expression stability was analyzed by three frequently used programs,geNorm,NormFinder,and *** analysis indicated that multiple genes should be used for normalization,and we concluded that the reference gene combination GAPDH-RPS18-β-actin,should be used for qRT-PCR analysis in different tissues of *** under normal physiological *** the clams under salinity stress and Vibrio infection,EF1-α-GAPDHRPS18 was recommended as the gene combination for qRT-PCR ***-αwas generally poorly ranked by all programs,and should not be used in future *** study should provide fundamental support for accurate quantitative gene expression analysis of this species.

Accuracy of glomerular filtration rate estimation equations in patients with hematopathy

Renal dysfunction is a common side-effect of chemotherapeutic agents in patients with hematopathy. Although broadly used, glomerular filtration rate(GFR) estimation equations were not fully validated in this specific population. Thus, this study was designed to further assess the accuracy of various GFR equations, including the newly 2012 CKD-EPI equations. Referring to ^(99m)Tc-DTPA clearance method, three Scr-based(MDRD, Peking, and CKD-EPI_(Scr)), three Scys C-based(Steven 1, Steven 2, and CKD-EPI_(Scys C)), and three Scr-Scys C combination based(Ma, Steven 3, and CKD-EPI_(Scr-Scys C)) equations were included. Bias, P_(30), and misclassification rate were applied to compare the applicability of the selected equations. A total of 180 Chinese hematological patients were *** bias, absolute mean bias, P_(30), misclassification rate and Bland-Altman plots of the CKD-EPI_(Scr-Scys C) equation were 7.90 mL/minute/1.73 m^2, 17.77 mL/minute/1.73 m^2, 73.3%, 38% and 79.7 mL/minute/1.73 m^2, ***-EPI_(Scr-Scys C) predicted the most precise eGFR both in lymphoma and leukemia subgroups. Additionally, CKDEPI_(Scys C) equation in the rGFR■90 mL/minute/1.73 m^2 subgroup and Steven 2 equation in the rGFR<90 mL/minute/1.73 m^2 subgroup provided more accurate estimates in each subgroup. The CKD-EPI_(Scr-Scys C) equation could be recommended to monitor kidney function in hematopathy patients. The accuracy of GFR equations may be closely related with GFR level and kidney function markers, but not the primary cause of hematopathy.

目的:探讨术前置入胰管支架在邻近主胰管的胰腺肿瘤剜除术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年9月在河北医科大学第二医院肝胆外科行胰腺肿瘤剜除术的56例邻近主胰管的胰腺良性或交界性肿瘤患者的临床资料，其中男性25例，女性31例，年龄(32.0±5.5)岁。56例患者中胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者35例(62.5%)、胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤15例(26.8%)、胰腺浆液性囊性瘤6例(10.7%)。根据胰腺肿瘤剜除术术前是否经内镜逆行胆胰管成像(ERCP)置入胰管支架分为两组：胰腺肿瘤剜除术联合术前ERCP置入胰管支架的20例患者纳入观察组，未置入胰管支架直接行胰腺肿瘤剜除术的36例患者纳入对照组。比较两组手术时间、术中胰管损伤情况、肿瘤剜除时间和出血量、B/C级胰瘘以及术后住院时间等。结果:所有患者均顺利完成胰腺肿瘤剜除术。观察组手术时间短于对照组[150.0(143.5，159.0)min比158.0(150.0，180.0)min， Z＝－2.08， P＝0.031]，术中主胰管损伤率低于对照组[10.0%(2/20)比38.9%(14/36)， χ2＝5.26， P＝0.022]，差异均有统计学意义。对比两组的肿瘤剜除时间与出血量，差异均无统计学意义(均 P>0.05)。观察组术后B/C级胰瘘发生率低于对照组[15.0%(3/20)比41.7%(15/36)， χ2＝4.19， P＝0.041]，术后住院时间短于对照组[(7.9±1.6)d比(9.3±2.1)d， t＝－2.57， P＝0.014]，差异均有统计学意义。结论:邻近主胰管的胰腺肿瘤剜除术前经ERCP置入胰管支架可在保证手术相对安全的前提下，在术中保护主胰管，减少术后B/C级胰瘘的发生，缩短术后住院时间。

The Preliminary Analysis of the Characteristics of Geomagnetic Harmonic Wave Amplitude Ratios before the Gaoyou-Baoying MS4.9 Earthquake

In this paper,the Gaoyou-Baoying M_S4.9 earthquake was analyzed by the geomagnetic harmonic wave amplitude ratios method. The earthquake was an isolated seismic event,before and after which there were no other earthquakes occurred in this region. The dense distribution of geomagnetic observataries provided an advantage condition for the analysis of characteristics of the geomagnetic harmonic amplitude ratios. The analysis results verify the former knowledge of anomaly characteristics of the geomagnetic harmonic amplitude ratio,that is,the anomalous characteristics of the earthquake mostly appeared during the decline-turning-recovery rising process. The results also show that the change of the anomalies was asynchronous at the observatories close to the epicenter, namely, the anomalous characteristics were different between the H and the D components,as well as between the long and short periods.

Monitoring mitochondrial derived copper（Ⅱ） in live cells is highly demanded, but accurately detecting is unmet due to the interference with cytoplasmic copper（Ⅱ）. Herein, we have reported the design,synthesis and characterization of photocontrollable fluorogenic probe, MCu-3, which is equipped with a photo-labile group（nitrobenzyl group） and mitochondria targeting unit（triphenylphosphonium salt）.This novel probe showed an intense fluorescence enhancement in response to copper（Ⅱ） without interference from other metal cations in the biological condition（p H 6–9）. The detection limit is 1.7 ×10^（-7） mol/L in HEPES buffer. The confocal fluorescence imaging results demonstrated MCu-3 can visualize mitochondrial copper（Ⅱ） in live mammalian cells. The clear advantage of our photocontrollable method is successful to avoid the influence of cytoplasmic copper（Ⅱ） during mitochondria specific detection.

粘稠泡沫在对付大量水侵和有效改进岩屑携带能力方面的稳定性，进一步促进了欠平衡泡沫钻井的应用。泡沫品质是控制泡沫携带岩屑能力的一个重要参数，井底泡沫品质不应低于５３％。聚合物的加入增强了泡沫流体的稳定性、流变性和失水性。采用泡沫钻井，具有井眼清洗良好、减少流体分离、机械钻速高、井下不发生着火和爆炸等优点，降低了钻井成本。由于安全、井控和环境方面的原因，越来越多的地区将采用封闭循环欠平衡泡沫钻井系统。旋转控制头、四相分离器等装置是进行欠平衡泡沫钻井的关键设备。我国的欠平衡泡沫钻井较少。中原油田采用清水混气钻了一口毛８井，吐哈地区在恰１０２井进行了泡沫钻井试验。在成本意识日益增强的工业中，正不断寻找节约成本的方法以提高现有油气田的生产寿命，泡沫钻井技术将是可靠的选择。
