A time-driven transmission method for well logging networks

Long delays and poor real-time transmission are disadvantageous to well logging networks consisting of multiple subnets. In this paper, we proposed a time-driven transmission method （TDTM） to improve the efficiency and precision of logging networks. Using TDTM, we obtained well logging curves by fusing the depth acquired on the surface, and the data acquired in downhole instruments based on the synchronization timestamp. For the TDTM, the precision of time synchronization and the data fusion algorithm were two main factors influencing system errors. A piecewise fractal interpolation was proposed to fast fuse data in each interval of the logging curves. Intervals with similar characteristics in curves were extracted based on the change in the histogram of the interval. The TDTM is evaluated with a sonic curve, as an example. Experimental results showed that the fused data had little error, and the TDTM was effective and suitable for the logging networks.

The purpose of this study was to develop a new dynamic image analyzing technique that willgive us the ability to measure the viscoelastic parameters of individual living red blood cells non-invasively,insitu and in real *** this technique,the bending modulus Kc,the shear elasticity μ and their ratio ε weremeasured under different temperatures,oxygen partial pressures and osmotic *** results not onlyshow the effects of external conditions on mechanical properties of cell membranes including deformability,flexibility,adhesive ability and plasticity,but also demonstrate that the technique can be used to measure cellmembrane parameters continuously under several physiological and pathological conditions.

In this paper, the diversity information included by dominating number is analyzed, and the probabilistic relationship between dominating number and diversity in the space of objective function is proved. A ranking method based on dominating number is proposed to build the Pareto front. Without increasing basic Pareto method’s computation complexity and introducing new parameters, a new multiobjective genetic algorithm based on proposed ranking method (MOGA-DN) is presented. Simulation results on function optimization and parameters optimization of control system verify the efficiency of MOGA-DN.

To identify some desirable algal strains for our future research and/or the production of algae-based biofuel,43 green algal strains were successfully isolated from Chinese freshwaters,and then incubated in the laboratory bioreactors for the growth and oil accumulation *** a 15 d incubation experiment,the accumulations of their biomass and total lipids,together with the lipid productivities for these green algal strains were systematically investigated and *** indicated that the accumulations of biomass for the 43 algal strains ranged from 0.53 g/L to 6.07 g/L during the experiments,with the highest biomass of 6.07 g/L for green algae Scenedesmus *** lipid content for the tested algal strains varied from 20%to 51%of the dry biomass at the end of cultivation *** algae Chlorella pyrenoidosa was one of the best oil producers based on our investigations,with the total lipid content of 51%of dry *** the growth rates and the accumulations of intracellular lipids into the consideration,10 strains were considered to have significant potential for biofuel *** addition,the lipid productivities of the selected strains were further investigated.

The time-dependent behavior of a simply-supported functionally graded beam bonded with piezoelectric sensors and actuators is studied using the state-space method. The creep behavior of bonding adhesives between piezoelectric layers and beam is characterized by a Kelvin-Voigt viscoelastic model, which is practical in a high temperature circumstance. Both the host elastic functionally graded beam and the piezoelectric layers are orthotropic and in a state of plane stress, with the former being inhomogeneous along the thickness direction. A laminate model is employed to approximate the host beam. Moreover, the coupling effect between the elastic deformation and electric field in piezoelectric layers is considered. Results indicate that the viscoelastic property of interfacial adhesives has a significant effect on the function of bonded actuators and sensors with time elapsing.

Mouse thymic stromal cell line 4 （MTSC4） is one of the stromal cell lines established in our laboratory. While losing the characteristics of epithelial cells, they express some surface markers shared with thymic dendritic cells （TDCs）. To further study the biological functions of these cells, we compared the capability of MTSC4 with TDCs in the induction of thymocyte apoptosis, using thymic reaggregation culture system. Apoptosis of thymocytes induced by MTSC4 and TDCs was measured by Annexin V and PI staining and analyzed by flow cytometry. We found that MTSC4 selectively augmented the apoptosis of CD4+8+ （DP） thymocytes. This effect was Fas/FasL independent and could not be blocked by antibodies to MHC class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ molecules. In addition, MTSC4 enhanced the apoptosis of DP thymocytes from different strains of mice, which implies that MTSC4-induced thymocyte apoptosis is not mediated by the TCR recognition of self peptide/MHC molecules. Aerial threat assessment is a crucial link in modern air combat, whose result counts a great deal for commanders to make decisions. With the consideration that the existing threat assessment methods have difficulties in dealing with high dimensional time series target data, a threat assessment method based on self-attention mechanism and gated recurrent unit(SAGRU) is proposed. Firstly, a threat feature system including air combat situations and capability features is established. Moreover, a data augmentation process based on fractional Fourier transform(FRFT) is applied to extract more valuable information from time series situation features. Furthermore, aiming to capture key characteristics of battlefield evolution, a bidirectional GRU and SA mechanisms are designed for enhanced ***, after the concatenation of the processed air combat situation and capability features, the target threat level will be predicted by fully connected neural layers and the softmax classifier. Finally, in order to validate this model, an air combat dataset generated by a combat simulation system is introduced for model training and testing. The comparison experiments show the proposed model has structural rationality and can perform threat assessment faster and more accurately than the other existing models based on deep learning.
