针对暗通道先验算法复原后的图像在天空区域容易产生色彩失真和伪影的问题,提出了一种新的暗通道置信度计算方法,用以校正天空区域的透射率。根据观察,图像中亮度越高、饱和度越低的区域,越不满足暗通道先验的假设,利用二维高斯函数,结合有雾图像饱和度和亮度的特点,设计了一种新的自适应调参的暗通道置信度计算方法,对不满足暗通道先验区域估算的透射率进行补偿。实验结果表明,该算法能有效解决暗通道先验在天空区域失效的问题,复原图像颜色自然,没有出现色彩失真和伪影。

Understanding the high-tech industrial agglomeration from a spatial-spillover perspective is essential for cities to gain economic and technological competitive advantages.Along with rapid urbanization and the development of fast transportation networks,socioeconomic interactions between cities have been ever-increasing,traditional spatial metrics are not enough to describe actual inter-city connections.High-skilled labor flow between cities strongly influences the high-tech industrial agglomeration,yet receives less attention.By exploiting unique large-scale datasets and tools from complex network and data mining,the authors construct an inter-city high-skilled labor flow network,which was integrated into spatial econometric models.The regression results indicate that spatial-spillover effects exist in the development of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration region.Moreover,the spatial-spillover effects are stronger among cities with a higher volume of high-skilled labor flows than among cities with just stronger geographic connections.Additionally,the authors investigate the channels for the spillover effects and discover that inadequate local government expenses on science and technology likely hamper the high-tech industrial agglomeration,so does the inadequate local educational provision.The increasing foreign direct investments in one city likely encourages the high-tech industrial agglomeration in other cities because of the policy inertia toward traditional industries.

Electrocatalytic conversion of nitrogen-containing molecules into valuable chemicals is a promising strategy to alleviate anthropogenic imbalances in the global nitrogen cycle,but developing efficient electrocatalysts remains a formidable challenge.In recent years,the exploration of high-performance electrocatalysts has achieved significant progress by resorting to defect engineering strategy,which encouraged the researchers to understand the relationship between defects in catalysts and electrocatalytic performance.In this review,recent advances in defect engineering for advanced electrocatalytic conversion of nitrogen-containing molecules are systematically summarized,with special focus on electrocatalytic nitrogen oxidation and reduction,electrocatalytic nitric oxide oxidation and reduction,electrocatalytic nitrate reduction,and the construction of C–N bonds.Defects can effectively tune the electronic structure of catalysts,facilitate species diffusion,and provide more adsorption/active sites for reaction intermediates,thereby enhancing the electrocatalytic performance.Moreover,objective issues and future trends for optimizing electrocatalyst by defect engineering are proposed,which will contribute to the further development of advanced electrocatalytic conversion of nitrogen-containing molecules.

Chemical composition-based characterization of the anti-allergic effect of Guominkang Formula on IgE-mediated mast cells activation and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis

Guominkang(GMK),a Chinese medicine formula,has been used to treat allergic diseases in clinical settings for many years.To evaluate the antiallergic effect and molecular mechanism of action of GMK extract,RBL-2H3 cell models and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA)mouse models were established.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS)analyses were performed to characterize the chemical composition of GMK.A total of 94 compounds were identified or tentatively identified from GMK.Three of them,emodin,ursolic acid,and hamaudol,were identified for the first time as potential active compounds in GMK,since they inhibited the degranulation of mast cells.The anti-allergic effect of hamaudol was the first to be discovered.GMK could markedly mitigate the shade of Evans Blue extravasation and ear incrassation in PCA mouse models.Additionally,GMK significantly inhibited the degranulation of mast cells,suppressed mast cell degranulation by reducing Ca2+influx and the levels of TNF-α,IL-4,and histamine,and markedly inhibited the phosphorylation of Lyn,Syk,PLCγ1,IκBα,and NF-κB p65.Molecular docking results indicated that hamaudol and emodin had strong interaction with FcεRI and NF-κB related proteins,while ursolic acid only interacted with NF-κB associated proteins.These results suggest GMK suppresses the activation of MCs both in vivo and in vitro.The underlying mechanism of its anti-allergic activity is associated with the inhibition of FcεRI and NF-κB activation.

Concurrent improvements of corrosion resistance and coercivity in Nd-Ce-Fe-B sintered magnets through engineering the intergranular phase

Usually the improved coercivity of rare earth(RE)based 2:14:1-type permanent magnets via RE-rich intergranular additives is achieved at the cost of more corrosion channels and deteriorated corrosion resistance,which remains a challenging hurdle in the RE-Fe-B community.Distinctly,here we report the concurrent improvements of corrosion resistance and coercivity in 40 wt.%Ce-substituted Nd-Ce-Fe-B sintered magnets through engineering the intergranular phase using simple(Nd,Pr)H_(x)additive.The dehydrogenated Nd/Pr changes the RE concentration gradients between 2:14:1 matrix and intergranular phases during sintering and enlarges the fraction of corrosion-resistant REFe_(2) phase,rather than the conventionally assumed Nd/Pr-rich intergranular phase with high chemical vulnerability.The spontaneous formation of REFe_(2) intergranular phase after(Nd,Pr)H_(x) addition generates the uniquely enhanced corrosion resistance against the hot/humid and acidic environments,and counts as one peculiar feature of Nd-Ce-Fe-B magnets at high Ce substitution level,being distinct from previously reported Ce-free/lean RE-Fe-B.Simultaneously,the formation of continuous grain boundaries enhances the coercivity from 8.7to 12.5 k Oe with trace addition of(Nd,Pr)H_(x).Above findings may spur progress towards developing a high-performance Nd-Ce-Fe-B permanent magnet.

SR-DCSK Cooperative Communication System with Code Index Modulation:A New Design for 6G New Radios

This paper proposes a high-throughput short reference differential chaos shift keying cooperative communication system with the aid of code index modulation,referred to as CIM-SR-DCSK-CC system.In the proposed CIM-SR-DCSK-CC system,the source transmits information bits to both the relay and destination in the first time slot,while the relay not only forwards the source information bits but also sends new information bits to the destination in the second time slot.To be specific,the relay employs an N-order Walsh code to carry additional log_(2)N information bits,which are superimposed onto the SRDCSK signal carrying the decoded source information bits.Subsequently,the superimposed signal carrying both the source and relay information bits is transmitted to the destination.Moreover,the theoretical bit error rate(BER)expressions of the proposed CIMSR-DCSK-CC system are derived over additive white Gaussian noise(AWGN)and multipath Rayleigh fading channels.Compared with the conventional DCSKCC system and SR-DCSK-CC system,the proposed CIM-SR-DCSK-CC system can significantly improve the throughput without deteriorating any BER performance.As a consequence,the proposed system is very promising for the applications of the 6G-enabled lowpower and high-rate communication.

Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLSs)are formations at sites with persistent inflammatory stimulation,including tumors.These ectopic lymphoid organs mainly consist of chemo-attracting B cells,T cells,and supporting dendritic cells(DCs).Mature TLSs exhibit functional organization for the optimal development and collaboration of adaptive immune response,delivering an augmented effect on the tumor microenvironment(TME).The description of the positive correlation between TLSs and tumor prognosis is reliable only under a certain condition involving the localization and maturation of TLSs.Emerging evidence suggests that underlying mechanisms of the anti-tumor effect of TLSs pave the way for novel immunotherapies.Several approaches have been developed to take advantage of intratumoral TLSs,either by combining it with therapeutic agents or by inducing the neogenesis of TLSs.

Cyclic arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-modified red blood cells for drug delivery:Synthesis and in vitro evaluation

Red blood cells(RBCs)are an excellent choice for cell preparation research because of their biocompatibility,high drug loading,and long half-life.In this study,doxorubicin(DOX)was encapsulated with RBCs as the carrier.The biotin-avidin system binding principle was used to modify biotinylated cyclic arginine-glycine-aspartic acid(cRGD)onto RBC surfaces for accurate targeting,high drug loading,and sustained drug release.The RBC drug delivery system(DDS)was characterized,and the concentration of surface sulfur in the energy spectrum was 6.330%.The physical and chemical properties of RBC DDS were as follows:drug content,0.857 mg/mL;particle size,3339 nm;potential value,12.5 mV;and cumulative release rate,81.35%.There was no significant change in RBC morphology for up to seven days.The results of the targeting and cytotoxicity studies of RBC DDS showed that many RBCs covered the surfaces of U251 cells,and the fluorescence intensity was higher than that of MCF-7 cells.The IC50 value of unmodified drug-loaded RBCs was 2.5 times higher than that of targeted modified drug-loaded RBCs,indicating that the targeting of cancer cells produced satisfactory inhibition.This study confirms that the RBC DDS has the characteristics of accurate targeting,high drug loading,and slow drug release,which increases its likelihood of becoming a clinical cancer treatment in the future.
