The mechanical alloying effects on the structures of Fe71.3Al28.4(CeO2)(0.3) and Fe73.3Al9.8-Si-16.6(CeO2)(0.3) samples have been investigated mainly by Mossbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. it is found that with the increase of milling time, a substituting disordered alpha-Fe solution is formed gradually and almost completed after milled for 72 h. Further increasing milling time causes the atomic rearrangement within the powders. Correspondingly, the average lattice parameter and average crystalline size change until 72 h and remain constant after 72 h. The addition of Si leads to the higher disordered degree reflected in the smaller average hyperfine field and larger mean square deviation.

Non-dimensionalized equations and boundary conditions are presented for the torsion problem of an anisotropic body. The error of the fundamental solution cited in some boundary element books Is pointed out after an examination of the fundamental solution. Furthermore,a necessary and sufficient boundary integral equation is given for the problem and compared with the conventional boundary integral equation. Numerical results show that great errors of the boundary shear stresses obtained by the conventional boundary integral equation appear with a small error of torsion stiffness. Meanwhile,the necessary and sufficient;boundary integral equation always gives accurate results.

We isolated a novel strain of Alphaproteobacteria from a patient,who had medical history of chronic rhinitis for more than twenty years and recently experienced local skin abscess and ulcer. He eventually died of multiple organ failure due to multi-antibiotics *** identified the microorganism by 16SrRNA sequencing and found that it belonged to the genus Rhodoplanes. It was named as Rhodoplanes *** *** is resumed that Rhodoplanes *** ZLJ-0 might be an emerging human pathogen involving in unknown febrile conditions and could cause local infection of any tissues or *** diagnosis of febrile patients should be conducted in clinical practice and research on emerging pathogens of Alphaproteobacteria should be performed to determine the epidemiology,clinical symptoms and pathogenic features of these pathogens.

To clarify whether intravesical usage of fibrin clot stabilizer epsilon-aminocaproic acid (EACA) or p-aminomethyl benzoic acid (PAMBA) and different injuries enhance fibronectin (FN)-mediated bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) attachment to bladder *** New Zealand male white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups and the bladder wall of each rabbit was injured by electrocautery, cryocautery or knife cutting on left lateral wall, right lateral wall and posterior wall in different groups, *** drug was instilled into the bladder: Group A: pure PBS; B: PBS and radiolabeled BCG (3H-BCG) ; C: EACA and 3H-BCG; D: PAMBA and 3H-BCG; E: heparin and 3 *** instillation, each injured and non-injured bladder wall were surgically harvested and *** quan- tity of BCG attachment was detected by liquid scintillation counter (scintillation times per min, STPM).Quantity of BCG attachment to injured bladder wall was significantly (P < 0.01 ) greater than that of non-injured one, no matter which injury was *** BCG attachment to bladder wall in Group C or Group D was significantly ( P < 0.05) greater than that of Group *** quantity of BCG attachment to bladder of Group E was significantly (P < 0.05) less than that of Group B, C and D, *** instillation of fi- brin clot stabilizer (PAMBA, EACA) enhances FN-mediated BCG attachment to bladder wall while heparin inhibits this ***; e.g., cutting, cryocautery or electrocautery of bladder wall can significantly increase BCG attachment to the bladder wall.

目的:采用1∶2频数匹配,病例-对照设计,分析上海市农村社区中老年人群2型糖尿病的危险因素。方法:①于2003年和2005年,以整群抽样的方法,抽取上海市奉贤区光明镇和钱桥镇40～85岁常住人口共计10582人,合并建立卒中队列研究人群。选择其中199例2型糖尿病患者为病例组,根据其年龄、性别分布情况,以1∶2的比例从上述同一人群中选取398例非糖尿病患者为对照组。②根据知情同意原则,应用自行设计统一的调查表格进行基线调查,并接受无创性的脑血管功能检测。调查内容包括一般人口学特征、卒中常见危险因素(高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症、家族遗传史等),当场测量身高、体质量、血压水平,计算脑血管血液动力学指标积分,分值0～100分,分值越低,脑血管功能异常越严重。③率或构成比的比较用χ2检验,均数的比较用t检验或方差分析,单因素分析主要评价指标为优势比(OR),多因素分析用非条件logistic回归方程。结果:①单因素分析显示,高血压、冠心病、高脂血症、超重或肥胖、糖尿病家族史、吸烟、饮酒、脑血管血液动力学积分异常的均为糖尿病发病的影响因素[OR(95%CI)分别为2.90(1.98,4.23),2.08(1.16,3.74),3.40(1.53,7.62),1.58(1.05,2.39),6.16(2.97,13.01),1.51(1.02,2.23),0.48(0.27,0.86),2.44(1.69,3.51),P<0.05～0.01]。②多因素分析提示,糖尿病家族史、高血压、高脂血症是2型糖尿病的独立危险因素(Exp(B)分别为8.840,1.777,1.833,P<0.01),脑血管血液动力学积分异常与2型糖尿病有关(Exp(B)为1.010,P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病的主要致病危险因素是高血压、高脂血症和糖尿病家族史。

Combining the deviation between thin layers' adjacent surfaces with the confining potential method applied to the quantum curved systems,we derive the effective Schr?dinger equation describing the particle constrained within a curved layer,accompanied by a general geometric potential V_(gq) composed of a compression-corrected geometric potential V_(gq)~*and a novel potential V_(gq)~(**) brought by the *** this analysis to the cylindrical layer emerges two types of deviation-induced geometric potential,resulting from the the cases of slant deviation and tangent deviation,respectively,which strongly renormalizes the purely geometric potential and contribute to the energy spectrum based on a very substantial deepening of bound states they offer.

目的探讨超声支气管镜引导下针吸活检（EBUS-TBNA）对纵隔肿大淋巴结的诊断意义及其诊断假阴性的原因。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2015年10月就诊于山东省肿瘤医院，影像学检查显示纵隔淋巴结肿大，而常规支气管镜检查未发现病变的389例患者的临床资料，评价EBUS-TBNA在纵隔淋巴结肿大诊断中的意义，并分析其假阴性原因。结果389例患者中，穿刺阳性362例，穿刺阴性27例。EBUS-TBNA的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为92．9％、100％、100％和25．0％。***穿刺的阳性率与淋巴结直径有关（P=0．021）。淋巴结穿刺阳性率最高为隆突下淋巴结（97．7％），其次为气管旁淋巴结（91．2％），差异有统计学意义（P=0．006）。EBUS-TBNA穿刺的阳性率与病理类型无关（P=0．932）。细胞学和病理学诊断淋巴结的阳性率分别为88．7％和92．5％，差异无统计学意义（P=0．065）。穿刺针型号（分别为21G和22G）对病变诊断准确性差异无统计学意义（P=0．142）。随着穿刺病例增加，操作者熟练程度和技术的提高，经验的积累，获得标本的比例和质量都随之升高，穿刺病理和细胞学阳性率有明显提高。结论EBUS-TBNA具有微创、局麻、安全和可重复性等特点，为肿大纵隔淋巴结明确诊断及评估肿瘤分期的实用性技术，具有独特的临床应用价值。积累操作经验、提高操作技术、与病理科和细胞室医师紧密合作，可进一步减少假阴性的发生．提高EBUS-TBNA的阳性率。
