The structural, electronic, and optical properties of Cu2Zn1−xBaxSn1−ySiyS4 compounds have been calculated using GGA-PBE function within the framework of Density Functional Theory (DFT). In the present work, lattice parameters remained the same, that is tetragonal crystal structure for 0% and 100% doping concentration. The electronic band gap of Cu2Zn1−xBaxSn1−ySiyS4 compounds has been gradually increased for continuous increment of doping concentration where the highest electronic band gap is 1.117 eV for Cu2BaSiS4 structure. Moreover, the band gap changes from direct to indirect band gap with the increase of doping concentration in the parent compound. The absorption coefficient has been found to be high (> 104 cm−1) in UV-region for all the doping concentration which makes the studied compound as a potential candidate of absorber layer in the UV detector. The theoretical study of the effect of double doping in the CZTS compound is very interesting for improving the quality of it and it would be a reference for the theoretical and experimental researchers.

Nanosuspension enhances dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of Terminalia arjuna bark extract in vivo and in vitro

Objective:To enhance the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of Terminalia arjuna bark extract by formulating its ***:Nanoprecipitation approach was used for the formulation of nanosuspension using polysorbate-80 as a *** formulated nanosuspension was assessed for particle size,polydispersity index,zeta potential value and for in vitro dissolution *** bioavailability studies were carried out in Wistar male albino rats by administering a single dose(50 mg/***)of the formulated nanosuspension and coarse *** storage stability of the formulated nanosuspension was determined after three months of storage at room temperature and under the refrigerated *** assay was carried out to evaluate the toxicity of the formulated nanosuspension using two mutant strains(Salmonella typhimurium TA100 and Salmonella typhimurium TA98).Results:The mean particle size of the formulated nanosuspension was 90.53 nm with polydispersity index and zeta potential values of 0.175 and-15.7 m V,*** arjuna nanosuspension showed improved dissolution rate and 1.33-fold higher oral bioavailability than its coarse *** formulated nanosuspension also showed better stability under the refrigerated condition and was non-mutagenic against both ***:Our study demonstrates that nanosuspension technology can effectively enhance the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of Terminalia arjuna bark extract.

In the present study, the effect of the exchange-correlation functional on the structural, mechanical, and optoelectronic properties of orthorhombic RbSrBr3 perovskite has been investigated using various functionals in Density Functional Theory (DFT) with the CASTEP code. The optimized lattice parameters are quite similar for all the functionals. The electronic properties have shown that RbSrBr3 perovskite is a wide direct band gap compound with a band gap energy ranging from 4.296 eV to 4.494 eV for all the functionals. The mechanical parameters like elastic constants, Young’s modulus, Shear modulus, Poisson’s ratio, Pugh’s ratio, and an anisotropic factor reveal that the RbSrBr3 perovskite has ductile behavior and an anisotropic nature which signifies the mechanical stability of the compound. The Debye temperature might withstand lattice vibration heat. High absorption coefficient (>104 cm−1), high optical conductivity, and very low reflectivity have been found in the RbSrBr3 perovskite for all functions. The computed findings on the RbSrBr3 perovskite suggested that the presented studied material is potentially applicable for photodetector and optoelectronic devices.

Effect of Cumulative Nanosecond Laser Pulses on the Plasma Emission Intensity and Surface Morphology of Pt-and Ag-Ion Deposited Silicon

In this work, the laser induced plasma plume characteristics and surface morphology of Pt- and Ag-ion deposited silicon were studied. The deposited silicon was exposed to cumulative laser pulses. The plasma plume images produced by each laser shot were captured through a computer controlled image capturing system and analyzed with image-J software. The integrated optical emission intensity of both samples showed an increasing trend with increasing pulses. Agion deposited silicon showed higher optical emission intensity as compared to Pt-ion deposited silicon, suggesting that more damage occurred to the silicon by Ag ions, which was confirmed by SRIM/TRIM simulations. The surface morphologies of both samples were examined by optical microscope showing thermal, exfoliational and hydrodynamical sputtering processes along with the re-deposition of the material, debris and heat affected zones＇ formation. The crater of Ption deposited silicon was deeper but had less lateral damage than Agion deposited silicon. The novel results clearly indicated that the ion deposited silicon surface produced incubation centers, which led to more absorption of incident light resulting into a higher emission intensity from the plasma plume and deeper crater formation as compared to pure silicon. The approach can be effectively utilized in the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy technique, which endures poor limits of detection.

针对永磁同步电机控制系统中,传统比例积分(proportional integra,PI)调节器在电机高速运行时电流环出现振荡的问题,首先,分析永磁同步电机传统电流环PI调节器设计带宽对稳定性的影响。然后,应用无源性理论分析了有参数偏差时,传统电流环去耦设计响应特性的变化,并给出维持系统稳定的条件。在此基础上,应用无源性和根轨迹分析2种方法,证明二自由度PI调节器的设计,可以明显改善电机高速运行时电流环的稳定性和性能,并提高去耦控制对参数偏差的鲁棒性。最后,通过仿真和实验结果,证明所得结论的正确性。

The Internet of Things(IoT)is where almost anything can be controlled and managed remotely by means of *** the IoT evolution led to quality of life enhancement,many of its devices are *** lack of robust key management systems,efficient identity authentication,low fault tolerance,and many other issues lead to IoT devices being easily targeted by *** this paper we propose a new authentication protocol called Authenblue that improve the authentication process of IoT devices and Coordinators of Personal Area Network(CPANs)in an Industrial IoT(IIoT)*** study proposed Authenblue protocol as a new Blockchainbased authentication *** enhance the authentication process and make it more secure,Authenblue modified the way of generating IIoT identifiers and the shared secret keys used by the IIoT devices to raise the efficiency of the authentication *** enhance the authentication protocol that other models rely on by enhancing the approach used to generate the User Identifier(UI).The UI values changed from being static values,sensors MAC addresses,to be generated values in the inception *** approach makes the process of renewing the sensor keys more secure by renewing their UI values instead of changing the secret *** this study,Authenblue has been simulated in the Network Simulator 3(NS3).Simulation results show an improved performance compared to the related work.

Considerable research has considered the design of low-power and high-speed *** integrated circuits with low-power consumption is an important issue due to the rapid growth of high-speed *** static random-access memory(SRAM)units are necessary components in fast mobile *** SRAM cells are more energyconsuming and with lower *** major constraints in SRAM cells are their reliability and low *** objectives of the proposed method are to provide a high read stability,low energy consumption,and better writing abilities.A transmission gate-based multi-threshold single-ended Schmitt trigger(ST)9T SRAM cell in a bit-interleaving structure without a write-back scheme is ***,an ST inverter with a single bit-line design is used to attain the high read stability.A negative assist technique is applied to alter the trip voltage of the single-ended ST *** multithreshold complementary metal oxide semiconductor(MTCMOS)technique is adopted to reduce the leakage power in the proposed single-ended TGST 9T SRAM *** proposed system uses a combination of standard and ST inverters,which results in a large read *** with the previous ST 9T,ST 11T,11T,10T,and 7T SRAM cells,the proposed cell is implemented in Cadence Virtuoso ADE with 45-nm CMOS technology and consumes 35.80%,42.09%,31.60%,12.54%,and 31.60%less energy for read operations and 73.59%,93.95%,92.76%,89.23%,and 85.78%less energy for write operations,respectively.

File labeling techniques have a long history in analyzing the anthological trends in computational *** situation becomes worse in the case of files downloaded into systems from the ***,most users either have to change file names manually or leave a meaningless name of the files,which increases the time to search required files and results in redundancy and duplications of user ***,no significant work is done on automated file labeling during the organization of heterogeneous user files.A few attempts have been made in topic ***,one major drawback of current topic modeling approaches is better *** rely on specific language types and domain similarity of the *** this research,machine learning approaches have been employed to analyze and extract the information from heterogeneous corpus.A different file labeling technique has also been used to get the meaningful and`cohesive topic of the *** results show that the proposed methodology can generate relevant and context-sensitive names for heterogeneous data files and provide additional insight into automated file labeling in operating systems.
