Generalized load graphical forecasting method based on modal decomposition

In a“low-carbon”context,the power load is affected by the coupling of multiple factors,which gradually evolves from the traditional“pure load”to the generalized load with the dual characteristics of“load+power supply.”Traditional time-series forecasting methods are no longer suitable owing to the complexity and uncertainty associated with generalized loads.From the perspective of image processing,this study proposes a graphical short-term prediction method for generalized loads based on modal decomposition.First,the datasets are normalized and feature-filtered by comparing the results of Xtreme gradient boosting,gradient boosted decision tree,and random forest algorithms.Subsequently,the generalized load data are decomposed into three sets of modalities by modal decomposition,and red,green,and blue(RGB)images are generated using them as the pixel values of the R,G,and B channels.The generated images are diversified,and an optimized DenseNet neural network was used for training and prediction.Finally,the base load,wind power,and photovoltaic power generation data are selected,and the characteristic curves of the generalized load scenarios under different permeabilities of wind power and photovoltaic power generation are obtained using the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise algorithm.Based on the proposed graphical forecasting method,the feasibility of the generalized load graphical forecasting method is verified by comparing it with the traditional time-series forecasting method.

Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)are promising candidates for future optoelectronic devices accounting for their high carrier mobility and excellent quantum efficiency.However,the limited light absorption efficiency in atomically thin layers significantly hinders photocarrier generation,thereby impairing the optoelectronic performance and hindering practical applications.Herein,we successfully synthesized In_(2)Se_(3)/WSe_(2) heterostructures through a typical two-step chemical vapor deposition(CVD)method.The In_(2)Se_(3) nanosheet with strong light absorption capability,serving as the light absorption layer,was integrated with the monolayer WSe_(2),enhancing the photosensitivity of WSe_(2) significantly.Upon laser irradiation with a wavelength of 520 nm,the In_(2)Se_(3)/WSe_(2) heterostructure device shows an ultrahigh photoresponsivity with a value as high as 2333.5 A/W and a remarkable detectivity reaching up to 6.7×10^(12) Jones,which is the highest among almost the reported TMDCs-based heterostructures grown via CVD even some fabricated by mechanical exfoliation(ME).Combing the advantages of CVD method such as large scale,high yield,and clean interface,the In_(2)Se_(3)/WSe_(2) heterostructures would provide a novel path for future high-performance optoelectronic device.

Design and test of Cesium atomic concentration detection system based on TDLAS

In order to better build the Neutral Beam Injector with Negative Ion Source (NNBI)， the pre-research on key technologies has been carried out for the Comprehensive Research Facility for Fusion Technology (CRAFT). Cesium seeding into negative-ion sources is a prerequisite to obtain the required negative hydrogen ion. The performance of ion source largely depends on the cesium conditions in the source. It is very necessary to quantitatively measure the amount of cesium in the source during the plasma on and off periods (vacuum stage). This article uses the absorption peak of cesium atoms near 852.1nm to build a cesium atom concentration detection system based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. The test experiment based on the cesium cell is carried out， obtained the variation curve of cesium concentration at different temperatures. The experimental results indicate that: the system detection range is within 5 × 106-2.5 × 107pieces/cm3and the system resolution better than 1 × 106pieces/cm3.

冷鲜鹅胸肉微生物群落分析及其对挥发性风味的影响

为建立有效的冷鲜鹅胸肉腐败预测机制,通过高通量测序技术分析鹅胸肉在冷藏期间的菌相演替变化规律,最终确定鹅胸肉在冷藏期间的优势腐败菌,并结合气相色谱-离子迁移谱和固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱技术表征3种优势腐败菌对冷藏鹅胸肉挥发性风味物质的影响。结果表明,鹅胸肉冷藏过程中贮藏前期和后期菌群多样性更丰富,在门水平上,冷鲜鹅胸肉贮藏过程中的优势菌门是变形菌门;在属水平上,主要优势腐败菌群是假单胞菌,假单胞菌从第3天开始大量增长,在第9天达到峰值,相对丰度达到96.79%。从挥发性化合物成分方面分析,添加优势腐败菌对鹅胸肉贮藏末期挥发性成分组成影响明显,腐败鹅胸肉比新鲜鹅胸肉具有更高比例且更高含量的酯类和酮类,结合物质浓度及正交偏最小二乘判别分析结果可知,棕榈油酸甲酯、棕榈酸甲酯、油酸乙酯、亚油酸甲酯、亚油酸乙酯、棕榈油酸乙酯、3-羟基-2-丁酮、反式油酸甲酯、反式油酸乙酯及新戊基己酸酯是腐败鹅胸肉挥发性风味的主要贡献者。

为探究核桃青皮提取物对猕猴桃软腐病的防治作用,本研究采用生长速率法研究了不同浓度核桃青皮乙醇提取物(0,1.25,2.5,5,10,20 mg/mL)对3种猕猴桃软腐病致病菌[间座壳菌(Diaporthe sp.),拟茎点霉菌(Phomopsis sp.)以及细极链格孢菌(Alternaria tenuissima)]的抑制效应。结果表明,核桃青皮乙醇提取物对这3种供试病原菌均有明显的抑制作用,且乙醇提取物的浓度越高,抑制效果表现越明显。当乙醇提取物浓度达到20 mg/mL时,对间座壳菌、拟茎点霉菌和细极链格孢菌的抑制率分别为85%、88%和66%;其EC50值分别为17.79、19.20和12.94 mg/mL。这些结果表明核桃青皮乙醇提取物对间座壳菌和拟茎点霉菌的抑制效果比细极链格孢菌明显,且与室内防治效果一致。本研究为核桃青皮提取物防治猕猴桃软腐病提供参考。

Filter-feeding shellfish are common benthos and significantly affect the biogeochemical cycle in the shallow coastal ecosystems.Ark clam Scapharca subcrenata is one of the widely cultured bivalve species in many coastal areas owing to its tremendous economic value.However,there is little information regarding the effects of the bioturbation of S.subcrenata on the fluxes of nutrient exchange in the sediment-water interface(SWI).In this regard,S.subcrenata was sampled during October 2016 to determine the effects of its bioturbation activity on the nutrient exchange flux of the SWI.The results showed that the biological activity of S.subcrenata could increase the diffusion depth and the rate of the nutrients exchange in the sediments.The bioturbation of S.subcrenata could allow the nutrients to permeate into the surface sediments at 6-10cm and increase the release rate of nutrients at the SWI.The releasing fluxes of DIN and PO43−-P in the culture area were found to be around three times higher than that in the non-cultured region.The culture of S.subcrenata has been proved to be an important contributor to nutrient exchange across the SWI in the farming area of Haizhou Bay.Nutrients exchange in the SWI contributes a part of 86%DIN,71%PO43−-P and 18%SiO32−-Si for the aquaculture farm.

Cidea controls lipid droplet fusion and lipid storage in brown and white adipose tissue

Excess lipid storage in adipose tissue results in the development of obesity and other metabolic disorders including diabetes,fatty liver and cardiovascular diseases.The lipid droplet(LD)is an important subcellular organelle responsible for lipid storage.We previously observed that Fsp27,a member of the CIDE family proteins,is localized to LD-contact sites and promotes atypical LD fusion and growth.Cidea,a close homolog of Fsp27,is expressed at high levels in brown adipose tissue.However,the exact role of Cidea in promoting LD fusion and lipid storage in adipose tissue remains unknown.Here,we expressed Cidea in Fsp27-knockdown adipocytes and observed that Cidea has similar activity to Fsp27 in promoting lipid storage and LD fusion and growth.Next,we generated Cidea and Fsp27 double-deficient mice and observed that these animals had drastically reduced adipose tissue mass and a strong lean phenotype.In addition,Cidea/Fsp27 double-deficient mice had improved insulin sensitivity and were intolerant to cold.Furthermore,we observed that the brown and white adipose tissues of Cidea/Fsp27double-deficient mice had significantly reduced lipid storage and contained smaller LDs compared to those of Cidea or Fsp27single deficient mice.Overall,these data reveal an important role of Cidea in controlling lipid droplet fusion,lipid storage in brown and white adipose tissue,and the development of obesity.

鄱阳湖洲滩湿地季节性淹水/裸露,这种土壤干湿交替条件对洲滩湿地土壤磷的形态与内源释放的影响目前尚不明确.本文于退水期、枯水期、涨水期、丰水期采集了季节性淹水洲滩湿地土壤和常年淹水沉积物,测定其磷形态、磷吸附/解吸平衡浓度(EPC_(0)),探讨了干湿交替对土壤/沉积物磷形态与内源释放潜力的影响.研究结果表明:①不同水文时期,泥滩土壤和砂滩土壤总磷主要赋存形态为中活性磷(Fe/Al-Pi、PA-P_(o))以及非活性磷(NA-P_(o)),淹水期间(涨水期、丰水期)泥滩和砂滩土壤PA-P_(o)含量显著高于裸露期(退水期、枯水期),且干湿交替土壤PAP_(o)含量显著高于常年淹水沉积物;②不同水文时期泥质和砂质洲滩土壤EPC0均大于水体溶解态活性磷(SRP),表明干湿交替的洲滩土壤是水体磷的“源”,且淹水时期(涨水期、丰水期)具有更高的磷释放潜能,而常年淹水沉积物同时作为水体磷的“源”和“汇”;③干湿交替过程可促进土壤中活性磷(Fe/Al-Pi等)转化为更易释放的活性磷(PA-P_(o)等),使得土壤具有更高的磷释放潜能(EPC0值越高),并向上覆水体释放有机磷,导致鄱阳湖水体具有较高的有机磷组分(平均占比47.93%).

Research on the bi-layer low carbon optimization strategy of integrated energy system based on Stackelberg master slave game

With increasing reforms related to integrated energy systems(IESs),each energy subsystem,as a participant based on bounded rationality,significantly influences the optimal scheduling of the entire IES through mutual learning and imitation.A reasonable multiagent joint operation strategy can help this system meet its low-carbon objectives.This paper proposes a bilayer low-carbon optimal operational strategy for an IES based on the Stackelberg master-slave game and multiagent joint operation.The studied IES includes cogeneration,power-to-gas,and carbon capture systems.Based on the Stackelberg master-slave game theory,sellers are used as leaders in the upper layer to set the prices of electricity and heat,while energy producers,energy storage providers,and load aggregators are used as followers in the lower layer to adjust the operational strategy of the system.An IES bilayer optimization model based on the Stackelberg master-slave game was developed.Finally,the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)condition and linear relaxation technology are used to convert the bilayer game model to a single layer.CPLEX,which is a mathematical program solver,is used to solve the equilibrium problem and the carbon emission trading cost of the system when the benefits of each subject reach maximum and to analyze the impact of different carbon emission trading prices and growth rates on the operational strategy of the system.As an experimental demonstration,we simulated an IES coupled with an IEEE 39-node electrical grid system,a six-node heat network system,and a six-node gas network system.The simulation results confirm the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model.

鄱阳湖流域赣江(南昌段)沉积物磷赋存形态特征及释放风险分析

本研究采用化学连续提取法,分析赣江南昌段表层沉积物磷赋存形态特征及其生物有效性,并通过等温吸附实验探讨了沉积物磷释放风险。结果显示:赣江南昌段表层沉积物总磷(TP)含量范围为235.21~702.24 mg/kg,均值为522.93 mg/kg,具有较高的空间异质性。所有采样点位中无机磷(IP)均以闭蓄态磷(Oc-P)为主要赋存形态,各形态无机磷含量特征表现为:Oc-P>铁结合态磷(Fe-P)>碎屑钙磷(De-P)>自生钙磷(ACa-P)>可交换态磷(Ex-P)>铝结合态磷(Al-P);有机磷(OP)以残渣态有机磷(Res-P_(o))为主要赋存形态,按活性划分表现为:非活性有机磷(NOP)>中活性有机磷(MLOP)>活性有机磷(LOP)。生物有效磷(BAP)含量范围为61.59~218.27 mg/kg,占TP含量的比例为27.07%。BAP总量及占TP的比例均处于较低水平,沉积物内源磷释放风险较低。BAP中Fe-P平均占比为56.72%,表明沉积物磷潜在释放风险主要来源于Fe-P。TP、Fe-P和De-P之间均存在显著相关关系,表明外源输入可能是赣江沉积物磷的主要来源。采样期间赣江南昌段沉积物磷平衡浓度(EPC 0)高于上覆水溶解性活性磷(SRP)浓度,磷吸附饱和度(DPS)均低于沉积物磷大量流失的临界值25%,表明此阶段沉积物磷虽作为上覆水的“磷源”,但出现大量释磷的可能性不高。因此,沉积物内源磷释放引起赣江水体富营养化的风险不高,这意味着赣江水体应更多关注外源输入问题。本研究结果为赣江南昌段水环境的科学管理提供了数据支撑和科学依据。
