Background:A One Health approach has been increasingly mainstreamed by the international community, as it provides for holistic thinking in recognizing the close links and inter-dependence of the health of humans, animals and the environment. However, the dearth of real-world evidence has hampered application of a One Health approach in shaping policies and practice. This study proposes the development of a potential evaluation tool for One Health performance, in order to contribute to the scientific measurement of One Health approach and the identification of gaps where One Health capacity building is most urgently ***:We describe five steps towards a global One Health index (GOHI), including (i) framework formulation;(ii) indicator selection;(iii) database building;(iv) weight determination;and (v) GOHI scores calculation. A cell-like framework for GOHI is proposed, which comprises an external drivers index (EDI), an intrinsic drivers index (IDI) and a core drivers index (CDI). We construct the indicator scheme for GOHI based on this framework after multiple rounds of panel discussions with our expert advisory committee. A fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is adopted to determine the weights for each of the ***:The weighted indicator scheme of GOHI comprises three first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators, and 57 third-level indicators. According to the pilot analysis based on the data from more than 200 countries/territories the GOHI scores overall are far from ideal (the highest score of 65.0 out of a maximum score of 100), and we found considerable variations among different countries/territories (31.8–65.0). The results from the pilot analysis are consistent with the results from a literature review, which suggests that a GOHI as a potential tool for the assessment of One Health performance might be ***:GOHI—subject to rigorous validation—would represent the world’s first evaluation tool that constructs the

目的研究老年危重病人围手术期的液体治疗对患者预后的影响。方法回顾性分析2003年-2007年外科监护室24例老年危重病人，根据预后分为死亡组与存活组，比较术前、术中、术后3d的出入水量，电解质，红细胞容积和乳酸等指标。结果存活组和死产组在术前、术中、术后3d的出入水量及红细胞容积的差异无统计学意义，术中存活组血钾高于死亡组，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后第1天存活组的乳酸水平低于死亡组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论动态监测老年危重病人围手术期电解质、体液状态和乳酸水平对治疗和改善患者预后具有重要作用。

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

Unintended pregnancy is a global issue, with approximately 85,000,000 women around the world having unintended pregnancy annually. The contents of clinical application of women’s contraceptive methods are very wide, involving multiple areas. This consensus deeply discusses the specific contraceptive needs at different statuses, combined with gynecological diseases, postabortion contraception, and postpartum family planning, ensuring the correct use of contraceptive methods under the corresponding status. The top priority of the consensus is the specific contraception consensus section for women combined with gynecological diseases because medical treatment effect as well as side effects should be weighed carefully. The consensus is to make high-efficiency and individual contraceptive strategy for different groups based on multidisciplinary(gynecology, obstetrics, and family planning) and multidimensional aspects, which can provide uniform guidance for medical and health organizations under the condition as relevant global guidance or consensus is still lacking.

黑龙江省西部半干旱区土壤常年风沙侵蚀,土壤质量不断恶化,玉米大豆轮作和玉米连作深翻秸秆还田是当地生产中提高耕地质量、保护农田土壤生态的两种生产模式。利用长期定位试验玉米大豆轮作、玉米深翻秸秆还田种植模式和玉米连作处理对比,研究分析土壤理化性质、玉米生长发育指标和产量,评价两种种植模式技术效果。结果表明,轮作处理显著增加土壤速效氮、速效钾和有机质的含量,显著降低土壤容重10%左右,提高土壤孔隙度8%,对土壤物理结构改善具有良好作用。深翻秸秆还田处理能够显著增加土壤有机质26%~32%,增加土壤速效钾含量,能够显著降低土壤pH值0.4~1.2个单位,提升西部半干旱区地力,改善西部土壤盐碱化。深翻秸秆还田处理更有利于玉米拔节和抽丝期根长生长,有利于茎粗和穗干重的形成,对玉米产量具有显著增产作用。

目的探讨原发性醛固酮增多症(原醛症)患者糖脂代谢特征及其相关因素分析。方法 299例原醛症患者分为醛固酮瘤组(APA组,n=103)、单侧结节性肾上腺增生组(UNAH组,n=52)和双侧肾上腺增生组(BAH组,n=144),以100例原发性高血压患者作为对照组。收集各组患者的临床资料,对糖脂代谢相关指标进行组间比较;同时就原醛症患者血尿醛固酮水平与糖脂代谢指标进行相关性分析。结果与对照组比较,原醛症患者餐后30min和60min血糖值及血清三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平均显著降低(P<0.01),血清高密度脂蛋白水平显著升高(P<0.01)。原醛症患者中,APA组餐后60、120min血糖和餐后60、120、180min血清胰岛素水平以及血清三酰甘油水平显著低于BAH组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白水平显著高于BAH组(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,原醛症患者糖脂代谢指标与24h尿醛固酮及血基础醛固酮水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05);脂代谢异常与患者原醛症病程呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论与原发性高血压患者相比,原醛症患者糖脂代谢异常程度较轻。在原醛症亚型中,BAH患者糖脂代谢异常较为明显,其严重程度与患者病程有关。

目的研究人肾上腺微血管内皮细胞的表型和功能特性。方法用亚细胞克隆法分离和纯化人肾上腺微血管内皮细胞;流式细胞术检测内皮细胞标志血管性血友病因子(vWF)和CD31的表达、低密度脂蛋白的摄取和细胞的表型;扫描电子显微镜检查细胞表面的微绒毛和窗孔样结构;RT-PCR和免疫细胞化学法检测细胞内源性血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的表达,并比较各种不同器官微血管内皮细胞对肾上腺糖皮质激素诱导细胞毒的敏感性。结果人肾上腺微血管内皮细胞表达经典内皮细胞标志vWF和CD31,并摄取低密度脂蛋白;同时表达α-1抗胰蛋白酶、肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)p55和细胞间黏附分子-1。扫描电子显微镜显示细胞表面存在大量微绒毛和窗孔样结构。RT-PCR显示人肾上腺微血管内皮细胞高表达VEGF mRNA,免疫细胞化学法显示其细胞内高表达VEGF。对肾上腺皮质激素诱导的细胞毒性反应中,人脑微血管内皮细胞最敏感,人肺和肝窦内皮细胞次之,而人肾上腺微血管内皮细胞表现高度抵抗。结论人肾上腺微血管内皮细胞是特殊分化的,具有不同于其他器官组织内皮细胞的表型和功能特性。

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

随着植保作业面积和作业次数的增加,无人飞机坠机、炸机的情况时有发生,因此,提高植保无人飞机的安全性能、减少坠机带来的损失,是农业植保无人飞机进一步快速发展的关键技术之一。气撑式张弦结构综合了充气气囊和张弦梁结构的优势,将其作为植保无人机起落架,对无人机意外坠机和降落时起重要缓冲作用。气囊作为气撑式张弦结构的关键部件,其结构形状影响整机风阻特性。采用Ansys仿真与风洞试验相结合的方式,对流线型较好的4种气囊进行风阻特性分析,以优选出抗风性能好的气囊形状。仿真分析结果表明:气流流过时,纺锤型气囊总体速度变化均匀,风向始终与结构贴合,且压力变化平稳。风洞试验结果表明:相同风速下,纺锤型气囊角度偏移量和质心偏移量最小,分别为3.91°和25.8mm,说明纺锤型气囊风阻特性最好,与Ansys仿真分析结论吻合。优选出气撑式张弦结构中气囊的最优形状,为气撑式张弦结构在植保无人机上的应用提供了依据。

总结探讨益气活血法治疗血管损伤的基础研究进展,分别从中西医角度阐述血管损伤的可能病机。从保护内皮损伤、抑制平滑肌增殖、抗氧化应激、抗炎症反应、促血管新生、改善脂质代谢等作用途径归纳该类药物治疗血管损伤的实验进展,发现益气活血单味中药常选用黄芪、红景天、人参、三七、川芎等,益气活血中药单体常选用红花黄色素、人参皂苷、白藜芦醇、川芎嗪等,益气活血中药复方常选用补阳还五汤、麝香保心丸、丹红注射液等。并就近5年来应用益气活血法治疗血管损伤病变的作用机制进行了总结与述评,对未来研究进行了展望,以期为临床使用益气活血中药治疗血管损伤提供参考依据。
