自“智慧戒毒”概念提出以来,我国积极建设了许多戒毒服务型平台,为社会有寻求戒毒相关内容与线上服务人群提供了专业、便捷的途径,然而,当前这类平台普遍未深入用户视角设计平台功能。以技术接受模型为理论基础,构建戒毒服务型平台的使用意愿模型,再通过线上线下相结合的问卷调查方式,采用SPSS 21.0软件对311份有效问卷进行统计分析,将所得数据导入AMOS对模型进行测试,以了解用户对现有戒毒服务型平台的使用意愿及影响因素,从而推进我国戒毒康复平台的构建与发展。结果表明:感知有用性、感知易用性、交互体验和自我效能感对戒毒服务型平台使用意愿有正向显著影响。

目的探讨康力欣胶囊联合GP方案(顺铂和吉西他滨)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果。方法回顾性病例对照研究。回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年12月山西省肿瘤医院收治的82例晚期NSCLC患者的临床资料,按治疗方案分为GP方案治疗组(GP组,41例)和康力欣胶囊联合GP方案治疗组(联合组,41例)。比较两组患者近期临床疗效、治疗前及治疗3个疗程后血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平以及治疗期间不良反应,并采用电话、门诊等多种方式进行随访,观察患者生存情况。结果两组患者治疗前一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,GP组总有效率31.71%(13/41),联合组总有效率56.10%(23/41),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);联合组治疗后血清CA125[(55.81±3.76)U/ml比(18.21±2.57)U/ml]、CEA[(64.39±3.48)ng/ml比(28.40±2.54)ng/ml]水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),GP组治疗后血清CA125[(56.02±3.94)U/ml比(21.02±2.78)U/ml]、CEA[(64.53±3.52)ng/ml比(30.02±2.66)ng/ml]水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组治疗后血清CA125、CEA水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为39.02%(16/41),GP组为68.29%(28/41),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2年联合组失访5例,GP组失访8例;联合组36例患者共生存24例、死亡12例,总生存率为66.67%;GP组33例患者生存15例、死亡18例,总生存率为45.45%;两组患者总生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.95,P=0.0016)。结论康力欣胶囊联合GP方案治疗晚期NSCLC可提高治疗效果,降低肿瘤标志物水平,不良反应较轻,但其具体机制仍有待扩大病例、延长随访时间进一步验证。

Cross-Project Defect Prediction(CPDP)is a method that utilizes historical data from other source projects to train predictive models for defect prediction in the target ***,existing CPDP methods only consider linear correlations between features(indicators)of the source and target *** models are not capable of evaluating non-linear correlations between features when they exist,for example,when there are differences in data distributions between the source and target *** a result,the performance of such CPDP models is *** this paper,this paper proposes a novel CPDP method based on Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique(SMOTE)and Deep Canonical Correlation Analysis(DCCA),referred to as *** Correlation Analysis(CCA)is employed to address the issue of non-linear correlations between features of the source and target projects.S-DCCA extends CCA by incorporating the MlpNet model for feature extraction from the *** redundant features are then eliminated by maximizing the correlated feature subset using the CCA loss ***,cross-project defect prediction is achieved through the application of the SMOTE data sampling *** Under Curve(AUC)and F1 scores(F1)are used as evaluation *** paper conducted experiments on 27 projects from four public datasets to validate the proposed *** results demonstrate that,on average,our method outperforms all baseline approaches by at least 1.2%in AUC and 5.5%in F1 *** indicates that the proposed method exhibits favorable performance characteristics.

DC Traction Power Supply System Based on Modular Multilevel Converter Suitable for Energy Feeding and De-icing

A novel DC traction power supply system suitable for energy feeding and de-icing is proposed in this paper for an urban rail transit catenary on the basis of the full bridge submodule (FBSM) modular multilevel converter (MMC). The FBSM-MMC is a novel type of voltage source converter (VSC) and can directly control the output DC voltage and conduct bipolar currents, thus flexibly controlling the power flow of the urban rail transit catenary. The proposed topology can overcome the inherent disadvantages of the output voltage drop in the diode rectifier units, increase the power supply distance and reduce the number of traction substations. The flexible DC technology can coordinate multiple FBSM-MMCs in a wide area and jointly complete the bidirectional control of catenary power flow during the operation of the electric locomotive, so as to realize the local consumption and optimal utilization of the recovered braking energy of the train. In addition, the FBSM-MMCs can also adjust the output current when the locomotive is out of service to prevent the catenary from icing in winter. The working modes of the proposed topology are illustrated in detail and the control strategy is specially designed for normal locomotive operations and catenary de-icing. Simulation cases conducted by PSCAD/EMTDC validate the proposed topology and its control strategy.

Travel Behaviours of Sharing Bicycles in the Central Urban Area Based on Geographically weighted Regression: The Case of Guangzhou, China

Mobile information and communication technologies(MICTs) have fully penetrated everyday life in smart societies;this has greatly compressed time, space, and distance, and consequently, reshaped residents’ travel behaviour patterns. As a new mode of shared mobility, the sharing bicycle offers a variety of options for the daily travel of urban residents. Extant studies have mainly examined the travel characteristics and influencing factors of public bicycles with piles, while the travel patterns for sharing bicycles and their driving mechanisms have been largely ignored. Using one week’s travel data for Mobike, this study investigated the spatial and temporal distribution patterns of sharing bicycle travel behaviours in the central urban area of Guangzhou, China;furthermore, it identified the influences of built environment density factors on sharing bicycle travel behaviours based on the geographically weighted regression method. Obvious morning and evening peaks were observed in the sharing bicycle travel patterns for both weekdays and weekends. The old urban area, which had a high degree of mixed function, dense road networks, and cycling-friendly built environments, was the main travel area that attracted sharing bicycles on both weekdays and weekends. Furthermore, factors including the point of interest(POI) for the density of public transport stations, the functional mixing degree, and the density of residential POIs significantly affected residents’ travel behaviours. These findings could enrich discourse regarding shared mobility with a Chinese case characterised by rapidly developing MICTs and also provide references to local authorities for improving slow traffic environments.

Ride-sourcing services have become increasingly important in meeting people's mobility needs since their *** to traditional street-hailing taxi services,ride-sourcing services significantly reduce the matching frictions in the markets by matching drivers and passengers with relatively distant distances through an online *** by this new feature as well as the need for designing operating and regulating strategies,researchers have attempted to describe these innovative ride-sourcing markets through mathematical models,the core of which is the matching functions for characterizing matching *** studies have developed a variety of matching functions for ride-sourcing markets,including perfect matching function,Cobb-Douglas type matching function,queuing models,and some physical ***,less is known about the applicability and performance of these matching functions,that is,under what situations each of these matching functions well characterizes the real *** address this issue,this paper makes one of the first attempts to calibrate,validate,and compare the prevailing matching functions in the literature,and ascertain the conditions of their *** particular,we establish a simulator to simulate a total of 420 scenarios of the ridesourcing market under different combinations of supply and *** key performance metrics,including the matching rate in the market,passengers'average matching time,passengers'average pick-up time,and passengers'average total waiting time,are utilized to test and compare seven widely used matching functions under various market scenarios.

数字化转型是传统经济转向数字经济的变革,推动了数字技术与实体经济的进一步融合。受数字技术赋能,网络在线消费逐渐发展成为居民重要的消费渠道,它不仅改变了城市传统商业店铺的业态及其空间分布,也对城市商业店铺租金产生了影响。文章利用特征价格模型探究广州中心城区商业店铺租金的影响因素,特别聚焦于在线消费因素的影响。研究发现:广州中心城区商业店铺租金呈多中心的分布特征,不同商圈的店铺租金水平存在明显差异。在线消费对商业店铺租金的显著影响主要表现为其对顾客数量的影响。数字技术因素(如在线消费)与传统因素(如区位)对商业店铺租金的影响并非简单的替代关系,两者交织糅合成为塑造城市商业空间多中心结构的动力。

Conversion of labile Pb species into chloropyromorphite(CPY)using phosphorus-bearing amendments was considered to be an ideal strategy in soil passivation ***,the fate and transport of CPY in the soil are poorly *** study aims to fill the knowledge gap by evaluating the fate and transport of CPY under environmentally relevant conditions of humic acid(HA),pH,electrolyte concentration,and species through the saturated sandy *** showed that bare CPY colloids are basically immobile in sandy porous media while the co-existence of HA made the transport of CPY improved by30%-93.5%.Facilitated transport of CPY was attributed to the increased stability of CPY and the repulsive interaction between CPY particles and sands due to HA *** mobility of CPY was also increased with increasing pH from 5.0 to *** the pH was 9 with a10 mmol/L NaCl background solution,the stronger energy barrier between CPY and sand led to enhanced transport *** divalent Ca^(2+)had a more dramatic effect than monovalent Na^(+)on the aggregation and sedimentation of CPY colloids due to its effectivescreening of the surface charge of CPY and bridging interaction with CPY ***-LandauVerwey-Overbeek theory and attachment efficiency calculation indicated that high energy barriers were responsible for the high mobility of CPY colloids,while the retention of CPY in sands was mainly caused by secondary energy minimum and physically *** findings of this work can help to evaluate the fate of soil passivation remediation products in natural water and soil.
