With distinct advantages such as high gravimetric and volumetric capacity(5855 mAh·cm-3and 820mAh·g-1), low redox potential(-0.762 V vs. standard hydrogen electrode（SHE）), high abundance, low toxicity and intrinsic safety of Zn metal anode, Zn-ion batteries have become a potential alternative to Li-ion ***, several challenges still need to be addressed prior to the practical applications of Zn-ion batteries, such as dendrite growth during Zn plating/stripping and interfacial side reactions on the Zn surface. Such issues can be addressed by introducing additives to regulate the components and structures of the electrolyte. In this review, we systematically discussed the core issues of metallic Zn anodes and comprehensively summarized a novel perspective of the regulation mechanism of inhibiting dendrite growth or interfacial side reactions in Zn anodes by introducing additives into aqueous ***, some discussions and prospects for aqueous Zn ion batteries（AZIBs） are presented for future research.

Rice production is crucial for food security in China, and its relationship with rural labor migration has been studied extensively. Labor migration in rural China has taken new forms in recent years. There has been a discernible trend wherein adult children have started migrating to cities while their elderly parents return to villages to re-engage in on-farm work. The phenomenon has notably shaped the intergenerational division of labor(IDL) within households. However, it remains to be seen how farmers adjust their rice production systems in response to the IDL. The age of 60 years for employment injury insurance is the eligibility threshold for off-farm employment and is used to obtain a source of exogenous variation in the IDL. Based on a representative household survey of 1,752 rice farmers in the Hubei Province of Central China, our fuzzy regression discontinuity analysis reveals that farmers in IDL households are more likely to adopt ratoon rice(RR) than single cropping rice(SR) or double cropping rice(DR). The effect of the IDL varies under different levels of operational scales and specialized agricultural service availability. Further analysis suggests that farmers' arrangements are associated with two potential mechanisms of downward intergenerational transfer. Monetary transfer for urban housing purchases increases RR in IDL households, and time transfer for intergenerational childcare significantly promotes SR in IDL households. This study enhances the understanding of the relationship between rural labor migration and rice production in China, providing a reference for adjusting rice production systems to ensure food security.

宝禄富强是2019年利用选育的优质母本FT1618F与选育的父本FT1602M配制而成的粉色番茄一代杂种。属无限生长类型,植株高旺盛,中熟,叶片绿,果实圆,4心室,单果重260 g左右,产量高,硬度高,果色艳粉,商品性好,抗番茄TY病毒,极耐番茄褪绿病毒,可溶性固形物含量4.68%。2021-2022年早春在山东寿光、淄博、聊城和菏泽等地大拱棚和日光温室区域试验中平均产量为9878.53 kg·hm^(-2),比对照喜来德高出10.40%;2021年秋季在山东寿光、山东聊城、内蒙古赤峰和宁夏吴忠等地日光温室生产试验中平均产量为10400.83 kg·hm^(-2),比对照喜来德高出10.18%。该品种适宜在华东、华北、西北、东北地区早春温室和大棚早春、秋延栽培。

EV71-type virus is one of the main pathogens causing the occurrence of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD),and VP1 protein,a factor that directly determines the antigenicity of the virus,has been *** tomato was selected as a bioreactor for the production of an edible EV71 vaccine designed for the VP1 capsid *** molecular biology techniques,the fusion gene EV71-VP1 was cut from vector PGEX-4T-2,a vector containing the p2300-EV71 gene with CaMV35S promoter and TL regulatory elements was constructed,and the hypocotyl and cotyledons of tomato were transformed using Agrobacterium(EHA105)-mediated method,screened,elongated and rooted,and finally 20 resistant tomato plants were *** transgenic positive seedlings were obtained by digestion and PCR assay,among which three plants were detected by RT-PCR to be capable of transcriptional translation at the RNA *** experimental results aimed to explore new material support for the preparation of transgenic plant oral vaccines against EV71 infection and provide a theoretical basis for accelerating the development of transgenic plant vaccines in the future.

Background The thirteen-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine(PCV13)is not included in the national immu-nization program and is administered voluntarily with informed consent in *** preparation for assessing the impact of pilot introduction in Hainan Province,we conducted a carriage study among children under 5 years of age from four locations in Hainan Province,*** From March to June 2022,nasopharyngeal(NP)swabs,collected from healthy children aged younger than 59 months who lived in the 4 different locations(Haikou,Wanning,Baisha and Qiongzhong)in Hainan Province,were tested for pneumococcus using conventional *** isolates were serotyped using the Quel-lung *** factors associated with pneumococcal colonization were assessed using univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression adjusting for age,daycare attendance and other *** Pneumococcus was isolated in 710(30.4%)of the 2333 children *** 737 pneumococci,29 serotypes were identifed;60.9%were PCV13 serotypes;the most common vaccine serotypes were 6B(20.4%),19F(13.0%),6A(11.9%)and 23F(6.1%);and the most common nonvaccine serotypes were 23A(12.9%),34(6.1%)and nontypeable(NT)pneumococci(5.6%).Children vaccinated with PCV13 had lower carriage(17.7%vs 32.5%;P=0.0001)and fewer PCV13 serotypes(41.9%vs 62.7%;P=0.0017)compared to unimmunized *** adjustment,NP carriage Was higher among children attending daycare(aoR=2.3,95%CI:1.7-3.2),living in rural areas(aoR=1.4,95%CI:1.1-1.8),living with siblings(aoR=1.3,95%CI:1.0-1.6)and whose mothers had completed senior high/technical sec-ondary school(aoR=1.5,95%CI:1.1-2.0).In contrast,completion of 3-4 doses of PCV13 were associated with a lower carriage rate(aoR=0.6,95%CI:0.4-0.9).Conclusions We established the baseline of pneumococcal carriage,serotype distribution and PCV13 immuni-zation rates among healthy children under 5 years of age in Hainan Province,prior to the introduction of PCV13 into th

K-means聚类是一种简捷高效、收敛速度快且易于实现的统计分析方法,但是传统的K-means聚类算法对初始聚类中心的选取敏感且易陷入局部最优,同时多数无监督特征选择算法容易忽视特征之间的联系。为此,提出了一种结合人工蜂群与K-means聚类的特征选择方法。首先,为了使同一簇中样本的相似度高而不同簇中样本的相似度低,基于簇内聚集度和簇间离散度构建了新的适应度函数,更好地反映各样本的特性,进而构建了蜜源被选择新的概率表达式;其次,设计了随着迭代次数的增加而数值逐渐减小的权重,提出了使蜂群搜索范围动态缩进的蜜源位置更新表达式;然后,为了弥补传统的欧氏距离在计算距离时仅考虑向量之间的累积差异而表现出的局限性,构造了同时考虑样本影响程度不同以及样本的相似性的加权欧氏距离表达式;最后,引入标准差和距离相关系数,定义了特征区分度与特征代表性,以二者之积度量特征重要性。实验结果表明,所提算法加快了人工蜂群算法的收敛速度并提高了K-means算法的聚类效果,同时也有效地提升了特征选择的分类效果。
