During the pathogensis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),activated RA fibroblast-like synoviocytes(RA-FLSs)combines similar proliferative features as tumor and inflammatory features as osteoarthritis,which eventually leads to joint ***,it is imperative to research and develop new compounds,which can effectively inhibit abnormal activation of RA-FLSs and retard RA ***(Neo)is a major active component of flavonoid compounds with anti-inflammation and anti-oxidant *** this study,the anti-inflammation,anti-migration,anti-invasion,anti-oxidant and apoptosis-induced effects of Neo on RAFLSs were explored to investigate the underlying *** results suggested that Neo decreased the levels of interleukin IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,MMP-3,MMP-9 and MMP-13 in ***,Neo blocked the activation of the MAPK signaling ***,treatment with Neo induced the apoptosis of FLSs,and inhibited the migration of *** was also found that Neo reduced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)induced by TNF-α.Taken together,our results highlighted that Neo may act as a potential and promising therapeutic drug for the management of RA.

Ever since the magnetohydrodynamic （MHD） method for extrapolation of the solar coronal magnetic field was first developed to study the dynamic evolution of twisted magnetic flux tubes, it has proven to be efficient in the reconstruction of the solar coronal magnetic field. A recent example is the so-called data-driven simu- lation method （DDSM）, which has been demonstrated to be valid by an application to model analytic solutions such as a force-free equilibrium given by Low and Lou. We use DDSM for the observed magnetograms to reconstruct the magnetic field above an active region. To avoid an unnecessary sensitivity to boundary conditions, we use a classical total variation diminishing Lax-Friedrichs formulation to iteratively compute the full MHD equations. In order to incorporate a magnetogram consistently and sta- bly, the bottom boundary conditions are derived from the characteristic method. In our simulation, we change the tangential fields continually from an initial potential field to the vector magnetogram. In the relaxation, the initial potential field is changed to a nonlinear magnetic field until the MHD equilibrium state is reached. Such a stable equilibrium is expected to be able to represent the solar atmosphere at a specified time. By inputting the magnetograms before and after the X3.4 flare that occurred on 2006 December 13, we find a topological change after comparing the magnetic field before and after the flare. Some discussions are given regarding the change of magnetic con- figuration and current distribution. Furthermore, we compare the reconstructed field line configuration with the coronal loop observations by XRT onboard Hinode. The comparison shows a relatively good correlation.

Background Total mesorectal excision （TME） has increased the rate of sphincter-preservation （SP） for more patients with low-lying rectal cancer. here, we analyze the change of sphincter preserving rates in lower rectal cancer and their related factors. MethOds We reviewed retrospectively the medical records of 316 patients with lower rectal cancers, 1 to 5 cm from the anorectal line, who had surgical resections from August 1994 to November 2005. The 12-year span was divided into 2 periods： period Ⅰ（August 1994-December 1998） and period Ⅱ （January 1999-November 2005）, based on the date （January 1999） when standard total mesorectal excision （TME） was introduced. The patients were divided into two groups based on the operation： abdominoperineal resection （APR） or SP surgery. SP rates, leakage and other clinicopathological characteristics were compared between the two time periods and between the two different groups. Results The SP rate increased significantly over the 12 years, from 44.9% in period Ⅰ to 76.2% in period Ⅱ （P=0.000）. The factors significantly influencing SP included the distance of the tumor from the anorectal line, gender, time period, circumference of intramural spread and histological differentiation （P 〈0.05）. Significant differences were detected between the two time periods in gender, blood transfusion volume and Dukes＇ stage （P 〈0.05）. The leakage rate was 2.7% in period I and 1.3% in period II （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Over the 12-year period of the study the SP rate in rectal cancers 1-5 cm from the anorectal line has increased significantly while the blood transfusion volume has decreased due to the introduction of TME. However, TME had no effect on operating time and leakage rates.

目的探讨加长股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗SeinsheimerⅤ型股骨转子下骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年8月我院收治的采用闭合复位或有限切开钢丝捆绑联合加长PFNA治疗的21例SeinsheimerⅤ型股骨转子下骨折患者的临床资料。术后记录并评估患者骨折愈合情况、治疗效果、术后并发症情况及术后末次随访髋关节功能Harris评分。结果所有患者均随访6~12个月,骨折均愈合良好,无内固定物断裂、切割病例,无血管损伤病例,1例患者出现异位骨化。末次随访时髋关节功能:优15例、良4例、可2例,优良率90.48%。结论加长PFNA可以有效治疗SeinsheimerⅤ型股骨转子下骨折,闭合复位不理想时行微创钢丝环扎,具有创伤小、骨折愈合快、术后并发症少、髋关节功能恢复好等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Covalent adaptive networks (CANs) are capable of undergoing segment rearrangement after being heated, which endows the materials with excellent self-healing and reprocessing performance, providing an efficient solution to the environment pollution caused by the plastic wastes. The main challenge remains in developing CANs with both excellent reprocessing performance and creep-resistance property. In this study, a series of CANs containing dynamic covalent benzopyrazole-urea bonds were developed based on the addition reaction between benzopyrazole and isocyanate groups. DFT calculation confirmed that relatively low dissociation energy is obtained through undergoing a five-member ring transition state, confirming excellent dynamic property of the benzopyrazole-urea bonds. As verified by the FTIR results, this nice dynamic property can be well maintained after incorporating the benzopyrazole-urea bonds into polymer networks. Excellent self-healing and reprocessing performance is observed by the 3-ABP/PDMS elastomers owing to the dynamic benzopyrazole-urea bonds. Phase separation induced by the aggregation of the hard segments locked the benzopyrazole-urea bonds, which also makes the elastomers display excellent creep-resistance performance. This hard phase locking strategy provides an efficient approach to design CANs materials with both excellent reprocessing and creep-resistance performance.

The ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR)is crucial in direct alcohol fuel cells and chemical ***,the electro-oxidation of ethanol molecules to produce acetaldehyde and carbon monoxide can poison the active sites of nanocatalysts,resulting in reduced performance and posing challenges in achieving high activity and selectivity for ethanol *** this study,we employed a dynamic seed-mediated method to precisely modify highly dispersed Ru sites onto well-defined Pd *** oxyphilic Ru sites serve as"OH valves",regulating water dissociation,while the surrounding Pd atomic arrangements control electronic states for the oxidation dehydrogenation of carbonaceous ***,Ru0.040@Pd nanocubes(Ru:Pd=0.04 at.%),featuring(100)facets in Ru-Pd4 configurations,demonstrate an outstanding mass activity of 6.53 A·mgPd^(-1) in EOR under alkaline conditions,which is 6.05 times higher than that of the commercial Pd/C catalyst(1.08 A·mgPd-1).Through in-situ experiments and theoretical investigations,we elucidate that the hydrophilic Ru atoms significantly promote the dynamic evolution of H_(2)O dissociation into OHads species,while the electron redistribution from Ru to adjacent Pd concurrently adjusts the selective oxidation of C_(2) *** host-guest interaction accelerates the subsequent oxidation of carbonaceous intermediates(CH_(3)CO_(ads))to acetate,while preventing the formation of toxic*CHx and*CO species,which constitutes the rate-determining step.
