Copper is a microelement with important physiological functions in the ***,the excess copper ion(Cu^(2.))may cause severe health problems,such as hair cell apoptosis and the resultant hearing ***,the assay of Cu^(2.)is *** integrate ionic imprinting technology(IIT)and structurally colored hydrogel beads to prepare chitosan-based ionically imprinted hydrogel beads(IIHBs)as a low-cost and high-specificity platform for Cu^(2.)*** IIHBs have a macroporous microstructure,uniform size,vivid structural color,and magnetic *** incubated in solution,IIHBs recognize Cu^(2.)and exhibit a reflective peak change,thereby achieving label-free *** addition,benefiting from the IIT,the IIHBs display good specificity and selectivity and have an imprinting factor of 1..1. at 1.0μmol·L^(-1..These features indicated that the developed IIHBs are promising candidates for Cu^(2.)detection,particularly for the prevention of hearing loss.

Digital mine is the only way for the development of mining industry in china. Due to lack of appropriate standards and norms, and different awareness in the field of digital mine among academia and industry insiders, the meaning for digital mine is still unclear. Starting from the nature of mining and removing of views of specialized fields, this paper constructs formal ontology for digital mine and proposes the four levels for it. The ontology clarifies the concept world for digital mine, defines the meaning of concepts and relations clearly, provides a reference for the standard construction for digital mine and provides a unified semantic framework for the integration of heterogeneous mine data. Meanwhile, it can provide formal reasoning knowledge for expert system of digital mine and improve the intelligence and automation while the machine automatically interpreting and processing mine spatial data.

The fallout radionuclide cesium-1.7(1.7 Cs) has been widely employed as a tracer for assessment of soil loss from thick uniform soils;however,few studies have been conducted on thin stony soils on slopes underlain by carbonate rocks which are widely distributed in karst *** derived from 1.7 Cs measurement of soil samples collected along a carbonate rock slope with thin stony soil where neither soil erosion nor deposition occurred was used to investigate the characteristics of 1.7 Cs redistribution in a karst area of Southwest *** results indicated that the 1.7 Cs inventories of the surface soil on the slope studied were much lower than that of the local 1.7 Cs reference inventory and the 1.7 Cs activities were much higher than those on slopes with thick uniform *** spatial distribution of 1.7 Cs inventories was characterized by considerable *** high 1.7 Cs depletion in the stony soil of the slope studied was mainly because a considerable proportion of the fallout input of 1.7 Cs could be lost with runoff and the dissolution of carbonate particles in the soil promoted the loss of 1.7 *** demonstrated that the rates of soil loss could not be estimated from the degree of depletion of the 1.7 Cs inventory relative to the local reference inventory for the thin stony soil of the rocky slope underlain by carbonate rocks in the study area in the way that has been widely used in areas with thick uniform soils.

Background:Regulatory proteins involved in human cellular division and proliferation,cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6(CDK4/6)are overexpressed in numerous cancers,including triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).TNBC is a common pathological subtype of breast cancer that is prone to recurrence and metastasis,and has a single treatment *** one of the CDK4/6 inhibitors,abemaciclib can effectively inhibit the growth of breast *** this study,we synthesized LA-D-B1.a derivative of Abemaciclib,and investigated its anti-tumor effects in breast ***:Cellular viability was assessed using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2.yl)-2.5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT)*** cloning and migration abilities were determined by colony formation assay and wound healing *** invasion abilities and adhesion were determined by cell invasion assay and cell adhesion *** impact of compound LA-D-B1.on cell proliferation and the cell cycle was analyzed through Western blotting,which quantified the levels of proteins associated with the cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)4/6-cyclin D-Rb-E2. *** in vivo anti-tumor activity of compound LA-D-B1.was investigated using a chick chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)***:The study demonstrated that LA-D-B1.effectively suppressed breast cancer cell proliferation,induced apoptosis,and caused cell cycle ***,LA-D-B1.reduced the expression of key proteins in the CDK4/6-cyclin D-Rb-E2. pathway,including CDK4,CDK6 and *** results also indicated significant antitumor activity of LA-D-B1.in a transplanted tumor ***:In this study,LA-D-B1.demonstrated a potent anti-tumor effect by effectively suppressing cell proliferation and inhibiting cell cycle progression in breast *** findings highlight the potential of LA-D-B1.as a valuable compound for enhancing therapeutic outcomes and controlling the progression of breast cancer.

Recent clinical studies have shown that mutation of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 1.(PTEN)gene in cancer cells may be associated with immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME)and poor response to immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)***,efficiently restoring PTEN gene expression in cancer cells is critical to improving the responding rate to ICB ***,we screened an adeno-associated virus(AAV)capsid for efficient PTEN gene delivery into B1.F1. tumor *** demonstrated that intratumorally injected AAV6-PTEN successfully restored the tumor cell PTEN gene expression and effectively inhibited tumor progression by inducing tumor cell immunogenic cell death(ICD)and increasing immune cell ***,we developed an anti-PD-1.loaded phospholipid-based phase separation gel(PPSG),which formed an in situ depot and sustainably release anti-PD-1.drugs within 42.days in *** order to effectively inhibit the recurrence of melanoma,we further applied a triple therapy based on AAV6-PTEN,PPSG^(@anti-PD-1.and CpG,and showed that this triple therapy strategy enhanced the synergistic antitumor immune effect and also induced robust immune memory,which completely rejected tumor *** anticipate that this triple therapy could be used as a new tumor combination therapy with stronger immune activation capacity and tumor inhibition efficacy.

Bear bile has been a valuable and effective medicinal material in traditional chinese medicine(TCM)for over 1. ***,the current practice of obtaining it through bear farming is under scrutiny for its adverse impact on bear ***,we present a new approach for creating artificial bear bile(ABB)as a high-quality and sustainable alternative to natural bear *** study addresses the scientific challenges of creating bear bile alternatives through interdisciplinary collaborations across various fields,including resources,chemistry,biology,medicine,pharmacology,and TCM.A comprehensive efficacy assessment system that bridges the gap between TCM and modern medical terminology has been established,allowing for the systematic screening of therapeutic *** the utilization of chemical synthesis and enzyme engineering technologies,our research has achieved the environmentally friendly,large-scale production of bear bile therapeutic compounds,as well as the optimization and recomposition of ABB *** resulting ABB not only closely resembles natural bear bile in its composition but also offers advantages such as consistent product quality,availability of raw materials,and independence from threatened or wild *** preclinical efficacy evaluations have demonstrated the equivalence of the therapeutic effects from ABB and those from commercially available drained bear bile(DBB).Furthermore,preclinical toxicological assessment and phase I clinical trials show that the safety of ABB is on par with that of the currently used *** innovative strategy can serve as a new research paradigm for developing alternatives for other endangered TCMs,thereby strengthening the integrity and sustainability of TCM.
