We studied formaldehyde emission from uncoated particleboard with 16-mm thickness using the large chamber and the desiccator method. A chamber of 28.4 m3 was installed to simulate a mobile home. The formaldehyde off-gassing properties of particleboard were evaluated using the chamber. The relationship between the concentration obtained by the chamber and the values by the desiccator test was discussed in this study under different conditions of conditioning day, air exchange, and loading ratio. These two methods were compared and discussed regarding the formaldehyde emission level. Three loading ratios, 0.429 m2/m3, 0.264 m2/m3, and 0.132 m2/m3, were chosen to represent different applications of particleboard products. There was strong correlation between emissions and air exchange rates at equal product-loading ratios in the large chamber, the related coefficient R 2 exceeded 0.90. There was also an indication of a generic correlation between the large chamber and the two-hour desiccator test with a single product designated loading ratio, air exchange rate, and climatic conditions.

Recently, there have been some attempts of Transformer in 3D point cloud classification. In order to reduce computations, most existing methods focus on local spatial attention,but ignore their content and fail to establish relationships between distant but relevant points. To overcome the limitation of local spatial attention, we propose a point content-based Transformer architecture, called PointConT for short. It exploits the locality of points in the feature space(content-based), which clusters the sampled points with similar features into the same class and computes the self-attention within each class, thus enabling an effective trade-off between capturing long-range dependencies and computational complexity. We further introduce an inception feature aggregator for point cloud classification, which uses parallel structures to aggregate high-frequency and low-frequency information in each branch separately. Extensive experiments show that our PointConT model achieves a remarkable performance on point cloud shape classification. Especially, our method exhibits 90.3% Top-1 accuracy on the hardest setting of ScanObjectN N. Source code of this paper is available at https://***/yahuiliu99/PointC onT.

Regular TiN is harmful to the toughness of steel,and its shape and size need to be *** the behavior of TiN precipitation on CeAlO_(3) surfaces is critical for controlling the morphology and formation process of CeAlO_(3)–TiN composite inclusions in the *** results showed that TiN had a square morphology on the CeAlO3 surface,and electron backscatter diffraction phase identification results revealed the orientation relationship between CeAlO_(3) and TiN as follows:(001)_(CeAlO_(3))//(110)_(TiN),(100)_(CeAlO_(3))/(001)_(TiN),and[010]_(CeAlO_(3))/[110]_(TiN).The CeAlO3 crystal structure was studied using the first-principles calculation method,and the adsorption and growth process of TiN on the CeAlO_(3) surface were investigated from the atomic *** calculation results indicate that there is no metallic bonding present in the CeAlO_(3) *** the low-index crystal planes of CeAlO_(3),the(110)planes terminated with O and CeAlO have the highest and lowest surface energies,respectively,with values of 0.373 and 0.051 eV/Å^(2).On the high surface energy plane of CeAlO_(3),the TiN atomic permutation structure is consistent with the arrangement of Ti and N atoms in TiN(100)or(110).For the low surface energy plane of CeAlO_(3),the Ti and N atoms are arranged in a ring-like structure.

Objective To investigate the effects of captopril on cardiac function and levels of energy-rich phosphates in pressure overload induced left ventricular hypertrophy rats. Methods One hundred and twenty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups： sham operation group （SH group, n=40）,coarctation of abdominal aorta group （CAA group, n=40） and captopril treatment lmg~ 100g1 ~ d-1） group （CAP group, n=40）. Left ventricular end-diastolic pressure （LVEDP）, left venh-icular mass index （LVMI）, levels of energy-rich phosphates and morphological changes of the myocardial mitochondria were compared at the 62 and 82 week after operation. Results At 62 week, in CAA group, LVMI and LVEDP were increased and _ dp/dtmax was decreased, while ATP and ADP were decreased and AMP was increased （P〈0.01）. These changes were much obvious at 8th week （P〈0.01）. Compared with those of CAA group, the parameters of heart function and energy-rich phosphates （ATP, ADP, AMP, TAN） in CAP group were improved significantly（P〈0.01） at the 6th and 8th week. In CAP group, the parameters of heart function and energy-rich phosphates （ADP, AMP, TAN） were much better at 8~ week than those at 6th week. The morphological change of mitochondria was less in CAP group than that in CAA group. Conclusion Captopril significantly improves myocardial energy metabolism in pressure overload rats and protects the function of myocardial mitochondria

OBJECTIVE:To explore the four Qi of Pfaffia glomerata(PG)and endow this foreign folk herb with the properties of Chinese medicine,make it Chinese medicinal and localized,and could be used as a Chinese ***:The normal group,six cold herb groups,six hot herb groups,six cool herb groups,PG prescription group(PGPG),and Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)prescription group(CPPG)were prepared with corresponding concentrations of water extracts,these herb extracts were administered by gavage to SpragueDawley rats,and the 12 h urine at night on the 29th day of the SD rats in each group were collected,Liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer system was used to analyze them,the best discriminant models for the medicinal properties of cold-hot and cold-cool were set up,so as to the medicinal properties of PGPG,CPPG and PG were *** on the Progenesis QI,Human Metabolome Database,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,MetaboAnalyst 5.0 database,we enriched metabolic pathway and classification mechanism of medicinal properties of cold-cool Chinese herbs and the molecular mechanism of PG ***:We established a best model of cold-hot herbal discrimination in the positive ion mode,then the probability that PGPG was predicted cold property was 88.9%.Furthermore,a model of cold-cool herbal discrimination was established,then the probability of PGPG containing the cool property was 77.8%.In addition,typical cold and cool herbs mainly affected nine biomarkers such as tyrosine-proline,(R)-3',7-Dihydroxy-2',4'-dimethoxyisoflavane in *** regulation trend of PGPG on markers was basically as same as the cool herbs and mainly involved in regulating the two pathways of cytochrome P450 and purine ***:The results showed PGPG had a cool medicinal property as same as CPPG,and the regulation trend of PGPG on markers was consistent with cool ***,the medicine properties PG and CP should be consistent,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine p

In this paper,we concentrate on a reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)-aided mobile edge computing(MEC)system to improve the offload efficiency with moving user equipments(UEs).We aim to minimize the energy consumption of all UEs by jointly optimizing the discrete phase shift of RIS,UEs’transmitting power,computing resources allocation,and the UEs’task offloading strategies for local computing and *** formulated problem is a sequential decision making across multiple coherent time ***,the mobility of UEs brings uncertainties into the decision-making *** cope with this challenging problem,the deep reinforcement learning-based Soft Actor-Critic(SAC)algorithm is first proposed to effectively optimize the discrete phase of RIS and the UEs’task offloading ***,the transmitting power and computing resource allocation can be determined based on the *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can be trained more stably and perform approximately 14%lower than the deep deterministic policy gradient benchmark in terms of energy consumption.

Quantum uncertainty relations constrain the precision of measurements across multiple non-commuting quantum mechanical ***,we introduce the concept of optimal observable sets and define the tightest uncertainty constants to accurately describe these measurement *** any quantum state,we establish optimal sets of three observables for both product and summation forms of uncertainty relations,and analytically derive the corresponding tightest uncertainty *** demonstrate that the optimality of these sets remains consistent regardless of the uncertainty relation ***,the existence of the tightest constants excludes the validity of standard real quantum mechanics,underscoring the essential role of complex numbers in this ***,our findings resolve the conjecture posed in[***.118,180402(2017)],offering novel insights and potential applications in understanding preparation uncertainties.

Exploring wide voltage window materials is not only an available measure to enhance the energy density of hybrid supercapacitor(HSCs),but also avoids the dynamic mismatch caused by different energy storage mechanisms of two electrodes in assembled symmetrical ***,there are few reports about the wide potential window materials except Bi_(2)O_(3)and VO_(2).Therefore,the MnF_(2)synthesized by solvothermal reaction was served as the electrode for *** MnF_(2)exhibited electrochemical activity in alkaline solution in three-electrode system,especially with a wide potential window from-0.8 to+0.5 V in 2 mol·L^(-1)***,the assembled MnF_(2)//MnF_(2)symmetrical HSC had a potential window of 1.5 V,and it exhibited outstanding long-cycle ***,when MnF_(2)was taken as the negative and positive respectively,the potential windows of asymmetric devices CoMoO_(4)//MnF_(2)and MnF_(2)//Activated Carbon(AC)could reach 1.3 and 1.45 V,respectively,showing excellent cycle *** work shows that MnF_(2)material has great research value in HSC,and provides a new research direction for developing high-performance devices.

Effect of heat treatment on corrosion behaviors of Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.5Zr alloy

The microstructures and corrosion behaviors of as-cast,T4-treated,and T6-treated Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.5Zr alloys were systematically investigated by SEM,TEM,immersion test,and electrochemical corrosion *** results show that the microstructure of the as-cast alloy is composed ofα-Mg and Mg_(24)(Gd,Y)_(5)eutectic phase,and in T4-treated alloy,Mg_(24)(Gd,Y)_(5)phase dissolves into theα-Mg matrix,leading to an increase in the(Y,Gd)H_(2)*** T6 treatment,nanoscale Mg_(24)(Gd,Y)_(5)phase dispersedly precipitates from theα-Mg matrix,and exhibits a specific orientation relationship with theα-Mg:(332)Mg_((24)(Gd,Y)_(5))//(1011)_(α-Mg),[136]Mg_((24)(Gd,Y)_(5))//[1210]_(α-Mg).The corrosion resistance of the Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.5Zr alloys can be ranked in the following order:T6-treated alloy exhibits the highest corrosion resistance,followed by the T4-treated alloy,and finally,the as-cast *** corrosion products of the alloys are all composed of MgO,Mg(OH)_(2),Gd_(2)O_(3),Y_(2)O_(3),and MgCl_(2).The corrosion behavior of Mg-6Gd-3Y-0.5Zr alloy is closely related to the precipitated *** establishing the relationship between corrosion rate,hydrogen evolution rate,and corrosion potential,it is further demonstrated that during the micro galvanic corrosion process,the coarse Mg_(24)(Gd,Y)_(5)phase in the as-cast alloy undergoes extensive dissolution,and(Y,Gd)H_(2)phase promotes the dissolution of theα-Mg matrix in the T4-treated alloy,intensifying the hydrogen evolution *** T6-treated alloy,with dispersive precipitation of nanoscale Mg_(24)(Gd,Y)_(5)phase,exhibits better corrosion resistance performance.

This paper provides a comprehensive overview on coastal protection and hazard mitigation by *** stud-ies have made great strides to understand the mechanisms and influencing factors of mangroves’protection function,including wave energy dissipation,storm surge damping,tsunami mitigation,adjustment to sea level rise and wind speed reduction,which are sys-tematically summarized in this ***,the study analyzes the extensive physical models,based on indoor flume experi-ments and numerical models,that consider the interaction between mangroves and hydrodynamics,to help our understanding of mangrove-hydrodynamic ***,quantitative approaches for valuing coastal protection services provided by man-groves,including index-based and process-resolving approaches,are introduced in ***,we point out the limitations of previous studies,indicating that efforts are still required for obtaining more long-term field observations during extreme weather events,to create more real mangrove models for physical experiments,and to develop numerical models that consider the flexible properties of mangroves to better predict wave propagation in mangroves having complex morphology and structures.
