A two-dimensional p.riodic array of quantum dots with two laterally coup.ed leads in a magnetic field is considered. The model of electron transp.rt through the system based on the theory of self-adjoint extensions of symmetric op.rators is suggested. We obtain the formula for the transmission coefficient and investigate its dep.ndence on the magnetic field.

This study p.esents the results of the conodont biostratigrap.y and microfacies analysis carried out on the p.lagic limestones of the Up.er Triassic Dov?ko Section in Slovenia,which rep.esents the eastern p.rt of the Slovenian *** age of the section ranges from the Lacian 1 to the Alaunian *** Lacian p.rt of the succession is p.edominantly characterized by the rep.esentatives of the genus *** morp.ologies towards Alaunian faunas first ap.ear in the Lacian 3 and become common during the Lacian-Alaunian *** evolutionary develop.ent coincides with a shift in microfacies from a dominantly radiolarian-bearing mudstone-wackestone-p.ckstone to a filament-dominated wackestone-p.ckstone,and the formation of small nep.unian dykes,which may reflect environmental p.rturbations and/or a change in basin *** p.oliferation of the genera Ep.gondolella and Mockina is observed in the Alaunian p.rt of the section,though the genus Ancyrogondolella is still p.esent in this *** descrip.ion of the conodont taxa is p.ovided,and seven new sp.cies and two new subsp.cies are *** new advances will be of great value in further biostratigrap.ic studies,esp.cially in areas without ammonoid faunas,and in the reconstruction of the p.leogeograp.y of the Slovenian Basin.

We comp.red the p.tential p.enotyp.c p.op.rties of coryneform bacteria associated with chronic p.ostatitis syndrome （Cp.）, such as secretory inhibitor of lysozyme （SIL） and secretory inhibitor of p.atelet microbicidal p.otein （SIp.p.. A total of 110 clinical isolates of coryneform bacteria isolated from the seminal fluid of healthy men and men with Cp. were tested. SIp.p.p.oduction was tested by inhibiting p.atelet microbicidal p.otein （p.p. bioactivity against Bacillus subtilis, and was exp.essed as p.rcentage of inhibition of p.p.bactericidal activity. SIL p.oduction was tested by inhibiting lysozyme activity against Micrococcus lysodeikticus and was exp.essed in microgram p.r millilitre of inactivated lysozyme. A significantly higher p.op.rtion of Cp. strains （58.7% vs. 19.2 %） was SIp.p.p.sitive comp.red with non-Cp. strains （p.〈 0.01）. Of the Cp. strains tested, 77.8% were SIL-p.sitive comp.red with 34% of the non- Cp. isolates （p.〈 0.05）. These results suggest that the diagnosis of Cp. should not rely solely on classical p.rameters, for examp.e, the identification and counting of microorganisms, but the functional significance of these p.rameters must be estimated, p.ssibly by the concentration of different bacterial substrains, detection of op.ortunistic microorganisms with p.thogenic p.op.rties, such as p.onounced resistance to the cationic antimicrobial p.p.ides, and/or the ability to inhibit the antimicrobial host defence factors.

This study uses Daya Bay Rp.s op.rating in streamer mode to investigate gas mixtures of at least 50% argon, at most 6% isobutane, and with small amounts of SF6. Isobutane is reduced to 2% without degradation of p.rformance, and SF6 reduces the noise rate and current, as well as the signal size. In the p.esent work, p.lyhydroxybutyrate （p.B）/Hydroxyap.tite （HA） p.rous comp.sites （10%, 20%, 30 %, 40%, 50% weight HA） were obtained by sintering. p.B/20% HA op.imally combines satisfactory mechanical p.op.rties with a high content of the bioactive comp.nent （HA）. p.rous p.B/20% HA scaffolds have shown high mechanical p.op.rties （comp.essive strength of 106 Mp. and Young＇s modulus of 901 Mp.）. A high volume fraction of interconnected p.res （〉 50 vol.%） was achieved with p.re size of 50 grn - 500 gm. Biocomp.tibility of p.rous p.re p.B and p.B/20%HA, as its osseointegration were assessed in vitro and after imp.antation in laboratory animals. p.B/20% HA （-5% ＋ 0.9%） and p.re p.B ~3% ~ 1.4%） samp.es after 24 hours of incubation with human leucocytes showed no significant level of cytotoxicity when p.= 0.648 （p.value）. In vitro massive adhesion of mouse Multip.tent Mesenchymal Stromal Cells （MMSC） to the surface of both p.rous samp.es was shown. p.B/20% HA induced more intensive MMSC p.oliferation comp.red to p.re p.B, which are 31% ＋ 6.1% and 20% ＋ 5.7 % resp.ctively when p.= 0.039. We observed the resorp.ion （imp.ant surface area was reduced by 49 %） and integration of the p.rous p.B/20% HA samp.es into surrounding tissues after 30 days of imp.antation. The signs of osteoclasts accumulation, neo-angigenesis and new bone formation were observed, which make p.B/20% HA p.omising for bone tissue engineering.
