Copper nanoparticles(CuNPs)have emerged as a promising alternative due to their unique antimicrobial *** synthesis of CuNPs using Asparagus racemosus,commonly known as Shatavari,offers a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to producing ***,the resulting CuNPs have been found to possess excellent antibacterial,and antioxidant properties,which further expands their potential applications in medicine and environmental *** this article,we discussed the in vitro characterization of the *** vitro studies revealed that CuNPs have the potential for biomedical applications and as a base nanomaterial for the construction of drug delivery and targeting vehicles.

Nowadays,doctors and nutritionists recommend individuals incorporate selenium-rich foods such as nuts,cereals,and mushrooms into their regular diet to maintain fitness and overall *** nanoparticles(SeNPs)exhibit strong chemopreventive *** anticipations for SeNPs with enhanced and tunable bioactive activities have led to a keen interest in *** this study,the aqueous extract of Clerodendron phlomidis plant leaves was utilized for the synthesis of *** traditional Indian medicine,this plant extract is recognized as a significant anti-diabetic *** flavonoids tetrahydroxylflavone,7-hydroxyflavanone,and 6,4’-dimethyl-7-acetoxy-scutellarein present in this plant leaf extract demonstrate excellent anticancer *** secondary metabolites exhibit the ability to reduce sodium selenite into *** a concentration of 13μg/mL,the synthesized SeNPs effectively inhibited the proliferation of the HepG2 cell *** results suggest that the SeNPs possess promising anti-cancer potential against liver cancer and can be considered as a therapeutic agent for liver cancer ***,the cell cycle arrest induced by SeNPs was further confirmed by the fluorescence-activated cell sorting(FACS)method,indicating that SeNPs could efficiently differentiate cancer cells from normal ***,it showed a significant improvement in diethylnitrosamine(DEN)-induced Swiss Wistar rat *** scientific investigation highlights the high anti-cancer potential of SeNPs,positioning them as a promising therapeutic agent for liver cancer treatment.

Incorporating aluminum metal-organic frameworks(Al-MOFs)as energetic additives for solid fuels presents a promising avenue for enhancing combustion *** study explores the potential benefits of Al-MOF(MIL-53(Al))energetic additive on the combustion performance of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)*** HTPB-MOF fuel samples were manufactured using the vacuum-casting technique,followed by a comprehensive evaluation of their ignition and combustion properties using an opposed flow burner(OFB)setup utilizing gaseous oxygen as an *** gauge the effectiveness of Al-MOFs as fuel additives,their impact is compared with that of nano-aluminum(nAl),another traditional additive in HTPB *** results indicate that the addition of 15%(mass fraction)nAl into HTPB resulted in the shortest ignition delay time(136 ms),demonstrating improved ignition performance compared to pure HTPB(273 ms).The incorporation of Al-MOF in HTPB also reduced ignition delay times to 227 ms and 189 ms,***,under high oxidizer mass flux conditions(79—81 kg/(m^(2)s)),HTPB fuel with 15%nAl exhibited a substantial 83.2%increase in regression rate compared to the baseline HTPB fuel,highlighting the positive influence of nAl on combustion *** contrast,HTPB-MOF with a 15%Al-MOF additive showed a 32.7%increase in regression rate compared to pure *** results suggest that HTPB-nAl outperforms HTPB-MOF in terms of regression rates,indicating a more vigorous and rapid burning behavior.

Silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)have been used as a potential nanomaterial-based drug delivery vehicle for liver cancer treatment,as it induces cell death and produces cytotoxicity against cancerous cells at a low *** biosynthesis of green metallic nanoparticles uses secondary metabolites in plant extracts instead of toxic chemicals for a reduction-oxidation(redox)*** biosynthesis of AgNPs with the aqueous extract of Clerodendron phlomoides was performed in this *** phytochemical analysis of *** extract using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)confirmed the presence of redox *** peak at 489 nm in UV-visible spectra confirmed the formation of bioactive AgNPs reduced from silver nitrate solution,whereas the Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectra indicated the bioactive molecules of plant extracts that are responsible for the *** electron microscope(SEM)micrograph revealed the formation of spherical and ovoid structures of AgNPs,whereas transmission electron microscope(TEM)micrograph confirmed the size of AgNPs,which varies from 25 nm to 100 nm.X-ray diffraction(XRD)spectra showed the crystalline nature of AgNPs,and the size of crystallite was 4 nm,while dynamic light scattering(DLS)analysis confirmed the average particle size of AgNPs to be around 125 *** vivo studies showed that bioactive AgNPs have a significant anticancer potential against liver cancer,whereas biochemical studies of rats’liver tissue samples confirmed that bioactive AgNPs produced a potential hepatoprotective effect against diethylnitrosamine-induced liver cancer.

We analyze the energy aspects of single and coupled Hindmarsh–Rose(HR) neuron models with a quadratic flux controlled memristor. The energy function for HR neuron with memristor has been derived and the dynamics have been analyzed in the presence of various external stimuli. We found that the bursting mode of the system changes with external forcing. The negative feedback in Hamilton energy function effectively stabilizes the chaotic trajectories and controls the phase space. The Lyapunov exponents have been plotted to verify the stabilization of trajectories. The energy aspects during the synchronous dynamics of electrically coupled neurons have been analyzed. As the coupling strength increases, the average energy fluctuates and stabilizes at the point of synchronization. When the neurons are coupled via chemical synapse,the average energy variations show three important regimes: a fluctuating regime corresponding to the desynchronized, a stable region indicating synchronized and a linearly increasing regime corresponding to the amplitude death states have been observed. The synchronization transitions are verified by plotting the transverse Lyapunov exponents. The proposed method has a large number of applications in controlling coupled chaotic systems and in analyzing the energy change during various metabolic processes.

In the last fewyears,3D printing has emerged as a promising alternative for the fabrication ofmicrofluidic devices,overcoming some of the limitations associated with conventional ***(SLA),extrusion-based technology,and inkjet 3D printing are three of the widely used 3D printing technologies owing to their accessibility and *** devices can be 3D printed by employing a manufacturing approach from four fundamental manufacturing approaches classified as(1)direct printing approach,(2)mold-based approach,(3)modular approach,and(4)hybrid *** evaluate the feasibility of 3D printing technologies for fabricating microfluidic devices,a review focused on 3D printing fundamental manufacturing approaches has been *** a broad spectrum of additive manufacturing materials,3D printed microfluidic devices have been implemented in various fields,including biological,chemical,and material ***,some crucial challenges are associated with the same,including low resolution,low optical transparency,cytotoxicity,high surface roughness,autofluorescence,non-compatibility with conventional sterilization methods,and low gas *** recent research progress in materials related to additive manufacturing has aided in overcoming some of these ***,we outline possible implications of 3D printed microfluidics on the various fields of healthcare such as in vitro disease modeling and organ modeling,novel drug development,personalized treatment for cancer,and cancer drug screening by discussing the current state and future outlook of 3D printed‘organs-on-chips,’and 3D printed‘tumor-on-chips.’We conclude the review by highlighting future research directions in this field.

The most signiﬁcant invention made in recent years to serve various applications is *** a faultless software system requires the soft-ware system design to be *** make the software design more efﬁcient,it is essential to assess the reusability of the components *** paper proposes a software reusability prediction model named Flexible Random Fit(FRF)based on aging resilience for a Service Net(SN)software *** reusability predic-tion model is developed based on a multilevel optimization technique based on software characteristics such as cohesion,coupling,and *** are obtained from the SN software system,which is then subjected to min-max nor-malization to avoid any saturation during the learning *** feature extrac-tion process is made more feasible by enriching the data quality via outlier *** reusability of the classes is estimated based on a tool called Soft *** reusability can be predicted more effectively based on the pro-posed FRF-ANN(Flexible Random Fit-Artiﬁcial Neural Network)*** evaluation shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms all the other techniques,thus ensuring the optimization of software reusability based on aging *** model is then tested using constraint-based testing techni-ques to make sure that it is perfect at optimizing and making predictions.
