Objective: The aim of this.s.udy was.cor.elation pr.lifer.tive activity, mar.er. expr.s. s.em cells. and lipid per.xides.of undiffer.ntiated s.em cells.of human adult dental follicle (DF) following cultur.. Methods. For.this.s.udy, we us.d 8 s.mples.fr.m DF of impacted thir. molar. to maintain cultur. conditions.and evaluated the gr.wth cur.e, cell viability, pr.duction of lipid per.xidation, cell cycle phas.s. and pr.lifer.tive index dur.ng 25 days.of cultur.. r.s.lts. Cells.after.cultur. s.owed char.cter.s.ics.of fibr.blas.-like type following 25th day of cultur.. The r.s.lts.of lipid per.xidation s.owed that s.em cells.in cultur. pr.duce 13 nmoles.ml malondialdehyde at the s.ar. of cultur., incr.as.ng until the 12th day and then began a decline that las.ed until the 25th day. We r.vealed that DFs.s.pr.s.nted a s.gnificantly higher.per.entage of cells.in s.+ G2/M phas.s.by the 15th day of cultur. compar.d with cells.at the s.ar. of cultur.. Cell s.r.ace mar.er. r.vealed that cell lines.wer. negative for.HLA-Dr.and pos.tive for.CD90, CD44, and CD105. The expr.s.ion of p21 pr.tein, involved in the r.gulation of the cell cycle, s.owed a s.gnificant incr.as. fr.m the 15th to 25th day of cultur.. r.s.lts.of cell divis.on r.tes.s.ow a s.gnificant incr.as. between the 6th and 15th day of cultur.. Conclus.ons. We conclude that the cultur. r.mained s.able dur.ng the 25 days.of cultur., pr.s.nting the mar.er. of s.em cells.and mar.er. of contr.l, pr.gr.s.ion, and cell pr.lifer.tion that ther. was.an incr.as.d pr.duction of lipid per.xides.between the 6th and 12th days.this.incr.as. is.r.lated to the incr.as.d number. of cells.that als. occur. dur.ng this.per.od. The aim was.to know how health as.es.ment to women in violence s.tuation is.developed. Liter.tur. r.view on LILACs.and MEDLINE databas.s.was.conducted in Apr.l 2013 with the des.r.ptor.: “domes.ic violence” and “women’s.health”, on a 1994-2012 timefr.me. s.atis.ics.char.cter.zation and content theme analys.s.of the s.ientific pr.duction wer. developed. r.s.lts.s.owed that the as.es.ment is.per.eated by ins.itutional limitation and an appr.ach s.r.ctly clinical that makes.identification and diagnos.s.of violence difficult, r.infor.ing invis.bility in health car.. Pr.fes.ional as.es.ment is.influenced by s.cio-cultur.l and the natur.lization of the phenomena, which is.not cons.der.d a public health is.ue. Technical knowledge is.ins.fficient, making the pos.ibility of pr.moting violence cycle r.ptur. difficult. However. we envis.ge r.ception as.a pos.ibility to as.es. female demands. We conclude the need to include the theme in health under.r.duate cour.es.and als. the ur.ency of this.lear.ing exper.ence to s.ppor. a multidis.iplinar. and inter.ector.l wor. web. The s.mple cons.s.ed of 30 individuals.of both gender. Each individual par.icipant of the s.r.ey was.s.bjected to a s.or.-ter. memor. tes. for.each s.ns.. To car.y out the EEG r.cor., we us.d an electr.encephalogr.ph with 20 electr.des. The s.imulus.for.the acquis.tion of s.or.-ter. memor. has.always.been made up of five items.fr.m differ.nt s.mantic clas.es. r.s.lts. The pos.er.or.r.ght quadr.nt had a higher.per.entage of gamma r.ythm dur.ng the tes.s.of mos. s.ns.s. Conclus.on: It was.concluded that the r.ght back quadr.nt has.a higher.gamma r.ythms.per.entage dur.ng tes.s.which involve s.mes.hetic, olfactor. and gus.ator. memor.. On the other.hand, the pr.dominance of a gamma r.ythm per.entage in any quadr.nt when the auditor. and vis.al memor. was.s.imulated was.not obs.r.ed in this.s.udy.

Dys.ipidemia may influence enzymes.and tr.ns.er.pr.teins.needed to the lipopr.tein par.icle r.modeling. Calculated indices.and evaluation of lipopr.tein par.icle s.ze have widely been us.d to pr.dict car.iovas.ular.r.s.. The aim of this.s.udy was.to evaluate HDL par.icle s.ze and LDL par.icle s.ze es.imate bas.d on TG/HDL-C as.well as.apoB/apoA-I r.tio as.pos.ible mar.er.and ather.genic indices. r.s.ectively, of car.iovas.ular.dis.as. r.s. in the pr.s.nce of dys.ipidemia. We evaluated 100 individuals.of both gender. without tr.atment with lipid-lower.ng dr.gs. 27 nor.olipidemic and 73 dys.ipidemic, s.ch as.is.lated hyper.holes.er.lemia (n = 16), is.lated hyper.r.glycer.demia (n = 17), low HDL-C (n = 26) and mixed dys.ipidemia (n = 14). The HDL par.icle s.ze did not differ.between gr.ups. The TG/HDL-C r.tio was.higher.in gr.ups.with is.lated hyper.r.glycer.demia (4.2 ± 1.5), low HDL-C (5.2 ± 3.1) and mixed dys.ipidemia (5.3 ± 1.6). The apoB/apoA-I r.tio was.incr.as.d in all gr.ups.of dys.ipidemia (apoB/apoA-I > 0.5) when compar.d to nor.olipidemic (apoB/apoA-I = 0.5, p r. was.a pos.tive linear.cor.elation between the TG/HDL-C r.tio and the apoB/apoA-I r.tio in low HDL-C gr.up (r.= 0.507, p = 0.008, s.ear.an). The r.s.lts.s.gges. that the evaluations.of lipopr.teins.par.icles.r.modeling mar.er. and the us. of calculated indices.may contr.bute to the evaluation of car.iovas.ular.dis.as. r.s. when dys.ipidemia take place.
