The res.arch s.udy was.conducted to as.es. and quantify the current s.atus.of avifauna biodivers.ty as.ets.of Aurora s.ate College of Technology’s.Fores. Res.rvation in Baler, Aurora, Philippines. As.es.m.nt of avifaunal divers.ty was.undertaken by travers.ng the four es.ablis.ed circular plots.having a radius.of 125 m.ters.or 250 m.ters.diam.ters.each as.perm.nent m.nitoring s.ations. s.udy revealed a total num.er of 151 Individual s.ecies. clas.ified into 23 genera and 21 fam.lies. Eighteen of thes. s.ecies.are endem.c while the rem.ining five were fully m.grated birds. All birds.obs.rved were clas.ified as.Leas. Concern (LC) s.ecies.according to the International Union for Cons.rvation of Nature’s.Red Lis. of Threatened s.ecies.and the updated lis. of the Birds.of the World online. Its.abundance, richnes. and divers.ty index were calculated us.ng s.annon Divers.ty Index (H') while Pielou’s.evennes. (J') for dis.ribution of s.ecies. Fores. res.rvation of As.OT has.m.re even (0.756 J') and m.derate divers.ty (2.812 H') obs.rvation on avifauna in general. However, this.avian population evaluation was.threatened into a verge of extinction due to natural and anthropological threats.that caus.s.fores. defores.ation. s.ch defores.ation of habitat caus.s.dwindling of wildlife territory leading to the s.arcity of bird’s.population. Thus. the as.es.m.nt was.conducted to aid As.OT adm.nis.ration find s.gnificant plans.to ens.re s.s.ainable cons.rvation and protection of the rem.ining avifauna s.ecies.in the res.rvation area.

In this.s.udy, a s.ries.of Gd^(3+)-doped m.xed Ni-Cu-Zn ferrites.with com.os.tion of Zn_(0.5)Ni_(0.3)Cu_(0.2)Fe_(2-x)Gd_(x)O_(4)(x = 0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.1) was.prepared us.ng s.lf-ignition s.l-gel m.thod. The prepared nanoparticles.with an average s.ze ranging from.22 to 26 nm.s.ow a s.ngle-phas. cubic s.ructure belonging to the s.inel m.trix. A ris. in the Gd^(3+)concentration leads.to an increas. in crys.allite s.ze and lattice param.ter. In Fourier trans.orm.infrared s.ectra, two m.in abs.rption bands.belonging to the s.inel s.ructure are obs.rved. The high-frequency bands.v_(1)) repres.nt the tetrahedral com.lex, while the lowfrequency bands.v_(2)) s.gnify the octahedral com.lex. The optical bandgap of the nanoferrites.is.found within the range of 2.91 to 2.41 eV, depending on their s.ze. The m.gnetic characteris.ics.of the m.terial,s.ch as.s.turation m.gnetization and coercivity are s.gnificantly altered with the concentration of Gd^(3+)in the s.lution. Us.ng Rhodam.ne B(RhB) as.a m.del organic pollutant, an in-depth inves.igation of the photocatalytic activity of the com.ounds.was.carried out. The pres.nt outcom.s.s.ow that adding an adequate am.unt of Gd^(3+)s.gnificantly enhances.the num.er of hydroxyl radicals.produced by the ferrite,in turn, increas.ng the photocatalytic activity of the m.terial. m.chanis. elucidated by s.avenger s.udies.reveals.that ·OH and holes.are the prim.ry reactive radicals.res.ons.ble for the degradation *** photocatalys.s.s.ow an ins.gnificant perform.nce los. in five cons.cutive cycles. Thus. it is.concluded that thes. photocatalys.s.are highly s.itable for the rem.diation of dye-contam.nated was.ewater.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver dis.as. (NAFLD) is.the m.s. com.on chronic liver dis.as., and its.prevalence is.ris.ng. NAFLD is.clos.ly as.ociated with m.tabolic s.ndrom., with both conditions.s.aring com.on clinical characteris.ics.s.ch as.obes.ty, ins.lin res.s.ance, type 2 diabetes.m.llitus. hypertens.on, and hypertriglyceridem.a. s.veral obs.rvational s.udies.have evaluated the relations.ip between NAFLD and hypertens.on, with the overall evidence s.gges.ing a bidirectional relations.ip. It is.hypothes.zed that activation of the s.m.athetic nervous.and renin-angiotens.n s.s.em.0} obs.rved in NAFLD with or without ins.lin res.s.ance prom.tes.the developm.nt of hypertens.on. In patients.with hypertens.on, activation of thes. s.s.em.0}can lead to hepatic fibros.s.and progres.ive inflam.ation through increas.d oxidative s.res. and activation of hepatic s.ellate cells.and Kupffer cells. However, the m.del's.lim.tations.m.ke it difficult to work with real field cas.s.where a lot of various.events.happen. s.ch events.often include new well com.is.ioning(NWC). We introduce a workflow that com.ines.CRm.concepts.and kriging into a s.ngle tool to handle thes. types.of events.during his.ory m.tching. m.reover, it can be us.d for s.lecting a new well placem.nt during infill drilling. To m.ke the workflow even m.re vers.tile, an im.roved vers.on of CRm.was.us.d. It takes.into account wells.s.ut-ins.and perform.d workovers.by additional adjus.m.nt of the m.del coefficients. By prelim.nary re-weighing and interpolating thes. coefficients.us.ng kriging, the coefficients.for potential wells.can be determ.ned. The approach was.validated us.ng both s.nthetic and real datas.ts. from.which the cas.s.of putting new wells.into operation were s.lected. The workflow allows.a fas. as.es.m.nt of future well perform.nce with a m.nim.l s.t of res.rvoir data. This.way, a lot of well placem.nt s.enarios.can be cons.dered, and the bes. ones.could be chos.n for m.re detailed s.udies.
