The use of catalysts has significantly enhanced the yield and quality of in-situ pyrolysis ***,there is a lack of understanding regarding pyrolysis approaches that utilize several low-cost natural catalysts(LCC)and their placement within the ***,this study aims to examine the effects of various LCC on the insitu pyrolysis of spirulina platensis microalgae(SPM)and investigate the impact of different types of *** employed LCCsuch as zeolite,dolomite,kaolin,and activated carbon,with both layered and uniformlymixed LCCSPM *** experiment was conducted at a constant temperature of 500℃for 60 *** resulting pyrolytic liquids(bio-oil)and syngas were analyzed using a Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)analyzer to determine the distribution of hydrocarbon *** experimental results indicated that the presence of catalysts significantly influenced the mass yield productivity of liquid fuels and *** carbon and zeolite were preferred among the four catalysts for producing liquid fuels(22.4 and 18.6 wt%)when layered and uniformly mixed,*** with a layered mixture with SPM was more suitable for the production of light fractions(C_(5)–C_(12)),achieving approximately 95.7%peak area,while zeolite with a uniform mixture produced the highest light fraction at about 86.3%peak *** catalysts except kaolin significantly increased the aromatic compounds in the liquid *** the amount of oxygenated hydrocarbons in the bio-oil remained relatively high,the final hydrocarbon composition was highly comparable to conventional fuels such as gasoline-88,which has a C_(5)–C_(12)hydrocarbon distribution of approximately 88.1%peak *** the syngas products,all catalysts except activated carbon successfully converted nitromethane compounds into tetranitromethane hydrocarbons,with activated carbon predominantly yielding nitromethane compounds.

Objective:To characterise a collection of pili-carrying and none pili-carrying pneumococcal isolates of clinical origin for serotypes,antibiotic resistance and ***:In total,42 clinical isolates were collected between October 2017 and December *** isolates were analysed for antimicrobial susceptibility,serotype distribution,detection of pneumococcal virulence and pilus *** sequence typing was performed only for piliated isolates,followed by phylogenetic ***:The common isolation sites among the pneumococcal isolates were tracheal aspirate(28.6%),blood(26.2%),and sputum(23.8%).Fifty percent isolates were resistant to erythromycin,tetracycline(50.0%)and trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole(43.0%).The most frequent were serotypes 19F(28.6%),6A/B(23.8%)and 19A(14.3%).Piliated isolates were detected in a small proportion(33.3%);64.3%were ***320 was the prevalent sequence type among the piliated isolates and genetically related to the Pneumococcal Molecular Epidemiology Network clones Taiwan19F-14(CC271).In the phylogenetic analysis,some piliated isolates showed a close association having similar ST320,carrying serotype 19A and both pilus genes indicating their clonal ***:Pneumococcal lineages of piliated isolates have been globally disseminated and pili could have played a role in the spread of antibiotic resistant clones.

Utilizing artificial intelligence(AI)to protect smart coastal cities has become a novel vision for scientific and industrial *** of these AI technologies is using efficient and secure multi-environment Unmanned Vehicles(UVs)for anti-submarine *** study’s contribution is the early detection of a submarine assault employing hybrid environment UVs that are controlled using swarm optimization and secure the information in between UVs using a decentralized cybersecurity *** Dragonfly Algorithm is used for the orientation and clustering of the UVs in the optimization approach,and the Re-fragmentation strategy is used in the Network layer of the TCP/IP protocol as a cybersecurity *** research’s noteworthy findings demonstrate UVs’logistical capability to promptly detect the target and address the problem while securely keeping the drone’s geographical *** results suggest that detecting the submarine early increases the likelihood of averting a *** dragonfly strategy of sensing the position of the submersible and aggregating around it demonstrates the reliability of swarm intelligence in increasing access *** communication between Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)improves the level of secrecy necessary for the *** swarm navigation is based on a peer-to-peer system,which allows each UAV to access information from its ***,in turn,helps the UAVs to determine the best route to take and to avoid collisions with other *** dragonfly strategy also increases the speed of the mission by minimizing the time spent finding the target.
