Composite powder material of the Y3Fe5O12–nSiC system was synthesized by a reverse coprecipitation method to study its heat generation property in an AC magnetic field. For Y3Fe5O12 (n = 0), the maximum heat generation ability of 0.45 W·g−1 in an AC magnetic field (370 kHz, 1.77 kA·m−1) was obtained for the sample calcined at 1100 °C. The SiC addition helped to suppress the particle growth for Y3Fe5O12 at the calcination temperature. The heat generation ability was improved by the addition of the SiC powder, and the maximum value of 0.93 W·g−1 was obtained for the n = 0.3 sample calcined at 1250 °C. The heat generation ability and the hysteresis loss value were proportional to the cube of the magnetic field (H 3). The heat generation ability (W·g−1) of the Y3Fe5O12–0.3SiC sample calcined at 1250 °C could be expressed by the equation 4.5×10−4 · f · H 3 using the frequency f (kHz) and the magnetic field H (kA·m−1).

Mg_(1-X)Cu_XFe_2O_4 type spinel ferrite was prepared by solid reaction method in order to discuss the heat generation ability in AC magnetic *** cubic type ferrite structure was obtained for X=0-0.6 samples calcined at 1200℃,and the mixture phase of cubic and tetragonal structures were obtained for X=0.7,0.8 samples from XRD result. The highest lattice parameter and highest hysteresis loss value were also shown at X=0.6 sample,the crystal distortion was increased with increase the Cu^(2+)substitution in cubic type ferrite *** sized nano Mg_(0.4)Cu_(0.6)Fe_2O_4 powder was prepared by physical milling method using beads *** highest heat generation in the AC magnetic field was obtained for the 6 h milled samples using 0.1mm *** Cu^(2+)substitution for MgFe_2O_4 ferrite and the beads milling were very effective for the improvement of their heat generation ability in AC magnetic field.

For application as a novel ablation therapy of human cancer,the heating property of a needle-shaped Mg-ferrite prepared by a sintering technique was studied in a high-frequency induction field at 370 *** inserted into cylindrical clay,the increase in temperature(Δ7)was 31.2℃ for the specimen with a 1.5 mm diameter,while the 1.0mm diameter specimen exhibited a ΔT value of 15.7℃ after the induction time of *** ΔT exhibited a high value of 57.9℃ during the simultaneous insertion of 3 1.5mm diameter *** the computer simulation images, the relatively lower magnetic flux density and concurrent neghgibly low current density were observed from the surface to the internal regions,being different from the behavior of a ferromagnetic Ni-rod with the same size.

1-inkdot alternating pushdown automaton is a slightly modified alternating pushdown automaton with the additional power of marking at most 1 tape-cell on the input （with an inkdot） once. This paper investigates the closure property of sublogarithmic space-bounded 1-inkdot alternating pushdown automata with only existential （universal） states, and shows, for example, that for any function L（n） such that L（n） ≥ log logn and L（n） = o（log n）, the class of sets accepted by weakly （strongly） L（n） space-bounded 1-inkdot two-way alternating pushdown automata with only existential （universal） states is not closed under concatenation with regular sets, length-preserving homomorphism, and Kleene closure.

Laparoscopic appendectomy for acute appendicitis: How to discourage surgeons using inadequate therapy

Acute appendicitis(AA) develops in a progressive and irreversible manner, even if the clinical course of AA can be temporarily modified by intentional medications. Reliable and real-time diagnosis of AA can be made based on findings of the white blood cell count and enhanced computed tomography. Emergent laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) is considered as the first therapeutic choice for AA. Interval/delayed appendectomy at 6-12 wk after disease onset is considered as unsafe with a high recurrent rate during the waiting time. However, this technique may have some advantages for avoiding unnecessary extended resection in patients with an appendiceal mass. Nonoperative management of AA may be tolerated only in children. Postoperative complications increase according to the patient's factors, and temporal avoidance of emergent general anesthesia may be beneficial for high-risk patients. The surgeon's skill and cooperation of the hospital are important for successful LA. Delaying appendectomy for less than 24 h from diagnosis is safe. Additionally, a semi-elective manner(i.e., LA within 24 h after onset of symptoms) may be paradoxically acceptable, according to the factors of the patient, physician, and institution. Prompt LA is mandatory for AA. Fortunately, the Japanese government uses a universal health insurance system, which covers LA.

在超稀浓度条件下w[Pb(OAc) 2 ]或w[Pb(OAc) 4] <0 .2 % ,我们使用EXAFS方法对溶解在离子液体中的铅化合物的局域结构进行了研究 .从结果中可以看出 ,Pb(OAc) 4的铅中心在 ( 0 .2 0 0± 0 .0 0 3)nm处有 8个氧近邻 ,而Pb(OAc) 2 的铅中心在 ( 0 .2 2 5± 0 .0 0 3)nm处有 6个氧近邻 .但是溶解在离子液体中的铅化合物均具有较低的配位数 (一般小于 4) ,这显示出离子液体具有较低的配位性能 .另一方面 ,铅中心与最近邻氧的原子间距有较大的变化 .例如 :溶解于 [bmim]PF6 的Pb4+的Pb—O间距为 ( 0 .186± 0 .0 0 5 )nm ,配位数仅为 2 .4,从Fourier变换谱上可清楚地看出有第二配位壳层的贡献 ;溶解于[bmim]PF6 的Pb2 + 的Pb—O间距也明显地小于纯样品中Pb—O的间距 .相比之下 ,溶解于 [bmim ]BF4的铅离子显示出的Pb—O间距与纯样品几乎没有差别 ,对于Pb2 + 为 0 .2 2 3nm ,而对于Pb4+ 为 0 .2 10nm .
