The controllable construction of light-emitting organometallic supramolecular materials integrating stimulus responses and biological applications is still a major challenge today.In this work,emissive organometallic assemblies based on AgI/AuI and mesoionic carbene-decorated tetraphenylethene(MIC-TPE)ligands have been synthesized and characterized.Photophysical studies showed that these organometallic assemblies[M_(4)(2)_(2)](OTf)_(4) not only fluoresce in various dilute solutions,resulting from the rigidification of MIC-TPE ligands upon complexation,but also show tunable fluorescence wavelengths and intensity behaviors in mixed solvent systems and at varying temperatures while in solution,and mechanical pressure stimulus-responsive fluorescent features in the solid state.Furthermore,the organometallic cages[M_(4)(2)_(2)](OTf)_(4)(M=Ag and Au)were successfully employed for cell imaging and showed the potential of anticancer activity,making them promising candidates for cancer theranostics.This work provides a simple and efficient method to prepare highly emissive and stimulus-responsive organometallic materials and paves the way for related biological applications such as cancer cell imaging and targeted therapy.

花粉虽微小似尘埃,其形态特征的肉眼辨识度低,但花粉作为植物遗传信息携带和传播的重要结构,蕴含着被子植物生物多样性成因的关键密码,可为探索“达尔文恼人之谜”提供一个微形态学的视角。花粉形态具有遗传性和高度多样性,一直被用于植物分类、演化、生态、生物地理等方面的研究。然而,已有工作主要聚焦于花粉形状、大小、萌发孔、外壁纹饰和小孢子发生发育等性状,忽略了在整个被子植物范围内对花粉颜色开展系统性研究。本文阐述了花粉颜色形成的化学和遗传物质基础、花粉颜色多样性的生物驱动因子(传粉者偏好、视觉隐匿、二态性选择等)和非生物驱动因子(紫外线、温度、湿度、经纬度等),并介绍了花粉颜色在蜂学、植物组培、食品、园艺学等领域的应用现状,以及目前花粉颜色常见的测量方法。同时,基于近百年已报道的花粉颜色数据,利用Fitch简约法重建了被子植物47科71属花粉颜色的演化式样。最后,结合近年来材料科学、光谱学、人工智能、进化生态学、多组学的发展,对未来开展花粉颜色物理结构基础、人工智能测量、系统性演化分析、颜色形成分子机制等方面的研究提出了思考和建议。

In this work,a near-infrared emissive dipyridyl ligand was synthesized and used to prepare three platinum(II)metallacycles with different shapes via metal-coordination-driven self-assembly with different platinum(II)precursors.These metallacycles were further used for both cell imaging and cancer therapy,offering a new type of theranostic agents towards cancer treatment.

目的改进注射用头孢西丁钠有关物质的测定方法。方法采用苯基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(Inertsil Ph-3色谱柱4.6 mm×250 mm,3μm);以甲酸铵缓冲液(取甲酸铵1.0 g,加水1000 mL使溶解,用甲酸调节pH值至2.7)为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,按线性梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为254 nm。结果头孢西丁峰与各杂质峰分离良好,头孢西丁在0.0446~13.3692μg/mL范围内线性良好,检出限为0.89 ng,精密度与重复性均符合规定。结论本方法灵敏度高,分离效果好,可现实对头孢西丁钠已知杂质和聚合物杂质进行同时检测。

目的建立土霉素片溶出度测定方法,考察不同企业产品体外溶出行为的差异;利用光学显微、电镜分析技术追溯引发溶出行为差异的根本原因。方法采用桨法-HPLC法测定溶出度,采用光学显微及电镜分析技术对片芯中土霉素与辅料形态与溶出行为进行分析。结果土霉素在18.5~92.6μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.7%(n=9),方法准确可靠。偏光显微镜法和扫描电镜法的分析结果显示制剂中原、辅料的晶体形态与存在状态与药物的溶出行为存在一定的相关性。结论对于多晶型药物,利用光学显微及电镜分析与溶出度相结合的方法可更有效、全面地评价其口服固体制剂的质量。

目的建立测定土霉素原料及片剂中有关物质含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil GOLD Sino Chrom C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相A为醋酸铵溶液[0.25 mol/L醋酸铵-0.05 mol/L乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液-三乙胺(100∶10∶1,V/V/V),用醋酸调pH至7.5]-乙腈(88∶12,V/V),流动相B为乙腈进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10μL。结果土霉素的质量浓度在0.5~20μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998,n=6);检测限为1.4 ng,定量限为5.0 ng;精密度和稳定性试验结果的RSD均小于2.0%;专属性试验与强力破坏试验中,土霉素与强制破坏的降解产物及与其他8种已知杂质对照品均可实现有效分离。土霉素片中2-乙酰-2-去酰胺土霉素检出量为1.62%~2.73%,其他杂质总含量为1.20%~1.84%。结论该方法操作简便、专属性好、灵敏度高,可用于土霉素原料及片剂中有关物质的测定。拟订土霉素片中有关物质2-乙酰-2-去酰胺土霉素的限度为不得过对照溶液主峰面积的3.5%,其他各杂质峰面积之和不得过对照溶液主峰面积的2.0%。

Bioorthogonal reactions involving transition metals have diversified applications in imaging,drug development,chemical catalysis and other fields.Transition metals used to catalyze the bioorthogonal reaction mainly include ruthenium,palladium,copper,and gold.However,the great potential for translational applications of bioorthogonal reaction needs to be further expanded and their reaction efficiency should be improved.Therefore,it is an urgent need for the development of this field to find more suitable catalysts to efficiently catalyze existing biological orthogonal reactions and expand the types of biological orthogonal reactions.Thus,this review not only summarizes those transition metal complexes-based catalysts participating in bioorthogonal reaction and some bioorthogonal reactions involving transition metals inside the cells,but also sheds light into the discovery of new transition metal complexes and their future development in applications.

Double-sided microlens arrays(DSMLAs)include combinations of two single-sided MLAs to overcome positioning errors and greatly improve light transmissivity compared to other types of lenses.Precision glass molding(PGM)is used to fabricate DSMLAs,but controlling alignment errors during this process is challenging.In this paper,a mold assembly was manufactured with a novel combination of materials to improve the alignment accuracy of mold cores during PGM by using the nonlinear thermal expansion characteristics of the various materials to improve the DSMLA alignment accuracy.By establishing a mathematical model of the DSMLA alignment error and a thermal expansion model of the mold-sleeve pair,the relationship between the maximum alignment error of the DSMLA and the mold-sleeve gap was determined.This research provides a method to optimize the mold-sleeve gap and minimize the alignment error of the DSMLA.The measured DSMLA alignment error was 10.56μm,which is similar to the predicted maximum alignment error.Optical measurements showed that the uniformity of the homogenized beam spot was 97.81%,and the effective homogeneous area accounted for 91.66%of the total area.This proposed method provides a novel strategy to improve the performance of DSMLAs.

Regulation effect of the grille spacing of a funnel-type grating water–sediment separation structure on the debris flow performance

The size of pores or the grille spacing of water–sediment separation structures directly affects their regulation effect on the debris flow performance.A suitable pore size or grille spacing can effectively improve the water–sediment separation ability of the structure.The new funnel-type grating water–sediment separation structure(FGWSS)combines vertical and horizontal structures and provides a satisfactory water–sediment separation effect.However,the regulation effect of the grille spacing of the structure on the debris flow performance has not been studied.The regulation effect of the structure grille spacing on the debris flow performance is studied through a flume test,and the optimal structure grille spacing is obtained.An empirical equation of the relationship between the relative grille spacing of the structure and the sediment separation rate is established.Finally,the influence of the water–sediment separation structure on the regulation effect of debris flows is examined from two aspects:external factors(properties of debris flows)and internal factors(structural factors).The experimental results show that the gradation characteristics of solid particles in debris flows constitute a key factor affecting the regulation effect of the structure on the debris flow performance.The optimum grille spacing of the FGWSS matches the particle size corresponding to the material distribution curves d85~d90 of the debris flow.The total separation rate of debris flow particles is related to the grille spacing of the structure and the content of coarse and fine particles in the debris flow.

Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are important biomarkers in the development and progression of lung cancer because they can reach other organs through the blood circulation and form distant metastases,exacerbating lung cancer progression.The presence of CTCs is also the main reason for the failure of nanomedicine-based lung cancer treatments.Therefore,magnetic MoSe_(2) nanosheets loaded with programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1),named PD-L1-MFP NS,were employed here to precisely capture lung cancer CTCs in the blood circulation through the tumor-targeting effect of PD-L1 killing CTCs with highly effective photothermal therapy(PTT).In addition,by increasing the expression of cytomegalovirus UL16-binding protein(ULBP)ligands on tumor cells,the PD-L1-MFP NS further activated natural killer(NK)cells and triggered NK cell-induced cancer immunotherapy,thereby enhancing the overall tumor-killing effect.In summary,this material designed to capture CTCs provides a substantial advancement for personalized PTT-triggered immunotherapy and has great clinical translational potential.
