Associative Tasks Computing Offloading Scheme in Internet of Medical Things with Deep Reinforcement Learning

The Internet of Medical Things(Io MT) is regarded as a critical technology for intelligent healthcare in the foreseeable 6G era. Nevertheless, due to the limited computing power capability of edge devices and task-related coupling relationships, Io MT faces unprecedented challenges. Considering the associative connections among tasks, this paper proposes a computing offloading policy for multiple-user devices(UDs) considering device-to-device(D2D) communication and a multi-access edge computing(MEC)technique under the scenario of Io MT. Specifically,to minimize the total delay and energy consumption concerning the requirement of Io MT, we first analyze and model the detailed local execution, MEC execution, D2D execution, and associated tasks offloading exchange model. Consequently, the associated tasks’ offloading scheme of multi-UDs is formulated as a mixed-integer nonconvex optimization problem. Considering the advantages of deep reinforcement learning(DRL) in processing tasks related to coupling relationships, a Double DQN based associative tasks computing offloading(DDATO) algorithm is then proposed to obtain the optimal solution, which can make the best offloading decision under the condition that tasks of UDs are associative. Furthermore, to reduce the complexity of the DDATO algorithm, the cacheaided procedure is intentionally introduced before the data training process. This avoids redundant offloading and computing procedures concerning tasks that previously have already been cached by other UDs. In addition, we use a dynamic ε-greedy strategy in the action selection section of the algorithm, thus preventing the algorithm from falling into a locally optimal solution. The CO_(2)catalytic hydrogenation represents a promising approach for gas-phase CO_(2)utilization in a direct *** to its excellent hydrogenation ability,nickel has been widely studied and has shown good activities in CO_(2)hydrogenation reactions,in addition to its high availability and low ***,Ni-based catalysts are prone to sintering under elevated temperatures,leading to unstable catalytic *** the present study,various characterization techniques were employed to study the structural evolution of Ni/SiO_(2)during CO_(2)*** anti-sintering phenomenon is observed for both 9%Ni/SiO_(2)and 1%Ni/SiO_(2)during CO_(2)hydrogenation at 400℃.Results revealed that Ni species were re-dispersed into smaller-sized nanoparticles and formed Ni^(0)active *** interestingly,this anti-sintering phenomenon leads to distinct outcomes for two catalysts,with a gradual increase in both reactivity and CH_(4)selectivity for 9%Ni/SiO_(2)presumably due to the formation of abundant surface Ni°from redispersion,while an apparent decreasing trend of CH_(4)selectivity for 1%Ni/SiO_(2)sample,presumably due to the formation of ultra-small nanoparticles that diffuse and partially filled the mesoporous pores of the silica support over ***,the redispersion phenomenon was found relevant to the H_(2)gas in the reaction environment and enhanced as the H_(2)concentration *** finding is believed to provide in-depth insights into the structural evolution of Ni-based catalysts and product selectivity control in CO_(2)hydrogenation reactions.

Magnesium and aluminum alloys are widely used in various industries because of their excellent properties,and their reliable connection may increase application of *** compounds(IMCs)affect the joint performance of Mg/*** this study,AZ31 Mg alloy with/without a nickel(Ni)coating layer and 6061 Al alloy were joined by ultrasonic-assisted soldering with Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu(SAC)*** effects of the Ni coating layer on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg/Al joints were systematically *** Ni coating layer had a significant effect on formation of the Mg_(2)Sn IMC and the mechanical properties of Mg/Al *** blocky Mg_(2)Sn IMC formed in the Mg/SAC/Al joints without a Ni coating *** content of the Mg_(2)Sn IMC increased with increasing soldering temperature,but the joint strength *** joint without a Ni coating layer fractured at the blocky Mg_(2)Sn IMC in the solder,and the maximum shear strength was 32.2 *** pre-plating Ni on the Mg substrate,formation of the blocky Mg_(2)Sn IMC was inhibited in the soldering temperature range 240–280℃and the joint strength ***,when the soldering temperature increased to 310℃,the blocky Mg_(2)Sn IMC precipitated again in the *** electron microscopy showed that some nano-sized Mg_(2)Sn IMC and the(Cu,Ni)_(6)Sn_(5)phase formed in the Mg(Ni)/SAC/Al joint soldered at 280℃,indicating that the Ni coating layer could no longer prevent diffusion of Mg into the solder when the soldering temperature was higher than 280℃.The maximum shear strength of the Mg(Ni)/SAC/Al joint was 58.2 MPa for a soldering temperature of 280℃,which was 80.7%higher than that of the Mg/SAC/Al joint,and the joint was broken at the Mg(Ni)/SAC ***-plating Ni is a feasible way to inhibit formation of IMCs when joining dissimilar metals.

Advancements in microwave photonics have yielded novel approaches for generating high-purity microwave *** these,optoelectronic oscillators(OEOs)and coupled optoelectronic oscillators(COEOs)have demonstrated the capability to generate frequency-independent microwaves with exceptionally low phase ***,the tunability of the oscillators is rather limited due to the necessity for narrowband electronic bandpass filters,presenting challenges in achieving both wide and rapid tuning ***,we present a COEO featuring ultralow phase noise,flexible tuning capability,and high *** is achieved through a quiet point(QP)-operated harmonic mode-locked fiber laser,which effectively mitigates optical amplifier noise and supermode competition,thus significantly diminishing the necessity for ultra-narrow electronic *** to the liberated tuning ability,we present an oscillator that can be tuned from 2 GHz to 18 GHz,with phase noise as low as-140 d Bc/Hz at 10 k Hz under the QP *** then illustrate the practical application of the proposed oscillator in generating frequency-hopping signals with consistent spurious modes less than-85 d Bc,absolute phase noise below-135 d Bc/Hz at 10 k Hz,hopping resolution of 1.25 MHz,and fractional frequency stability below 6.1×10^(-12)at 1 s averaging time when locked to a *** presented COEO structure emerges as a compelling solution for agile and low-noise microwave sources in advanced wireless communication and radar systems.

Objective:To develop a multimodal deep-learning model for classifying Chinese medicine constitution,i.e.,the balanced and unbalanced constitutions,based on inspection of tongue and face images,pulse waves from palpation,and health information from a total of 540 ***:This study data consisted of tongue and face images,pulse waves obtained by palpation,and health information,including personal information,life habits,medical history,and current symptoms,from 540 subjects(202 males and 338 females).Convolutional neural networks,recurrent neural networks,and fully connected neural networks were used to extract deep features from the *** fusion and decision fusion models were constructed for the multimodal ***:The optimal models for tongue and face images,pulse waves and health information were ResNet18,Gate Recurrent Unit,and entity embedding,*** fusion was superior to decision *** multimodal analysis revealed that multimodal data compensated for the loss of information from a single mode,resulting in improved classification ***:Multimodal data fusion can supplement single model information and improve classification *** research underscores the effectiveness of multimodal deep learning technology to identify body constitution for modernizing and improving the intelligent application of Chinese medicine.

The long-term safety and effectiveness of once-daily tadalafil is crucial,but limited data are available in Chinese patients witherectile dysfunction(ED).In this post-marketing,multicenter,randomized,open-label trial with 2-year follow-up,635 ED caseswere randomized to receive daily oral tadalafil 2.5 mg or 5 mg for 3 months,of whom 580 continued once-daily tadalafil 5 mg for21 ***-emergent adverse events in the 12-month and 24-month period were similar,with the most common beingviral upper respiratory tract infection,upper respiratory tract infection,and *** improvement from baseline inthe International Index of Erectile Function-Erectile Function(IIEF-EF)score was detected at month 12(least squares mean[LSM]change:7.9,95%confidence interval[CI]:7.5–8.4,P<0.001)and was maintained to month 24(LSM change:8.6,95%CI:8.1–9.0,P<0.001).The proportions of patients regaining normal erectile function(IIEF-EF score≥26)were 43.7%and 48.0%at months 12 and 24,*** Assessment Questionnaire results showed improved erection function in 97.5%ofpatients and improved ability to engage in sexual activity in 95.9%of patients at month 12;these values were 96.1%and 95.0%at month 24,*** quality of sexual life score based on the Sexual Life Quality Questionnaire(SLQQ)was increased by52.2%at month 12 and by 55.3%at month 24(both P<0.001).The treatment satisfaction score determined by SLQQ(mean±standard deviation)was 62.4±21.0 at month 12 versus 65.9±20.2 at month ***-year daily application of tadalafil 5mg in Chinese men with ED showed a favorable safety profile and durable improvement in sexual performance and satisfaction.

This study investigates the end-burning hybrid rocket motors with polyethylene fuel by the numerical simulation and *** on computational fluid dynamics,a numerical model is *** model is validated by two firing tests in this hybrid rocket motor,which uses oxygen and polyethylene as *** results show that the numerical and experimental data are in good agreement,and the error of the chamber pressure is less than 2.63%.Based on the simulation mode,the blowoff limit of the end-burning hybrid rocket motors is *** the nozzle throat diameter and the inner diameter of grain are large,it is more difficult for the hybrid rocket motor to achieve end-burning mode,i.e.,the flame spreading is prevented in the narrow *** main reason is that when the nozzle throat and the grain port are large,chamber pressure and oxidizer flow velocity are ***,the friction velocity considering the pressure and flow velocity is *** critical friction velocity is about 4.054–4.890 m/s in the hybrid rocket *** the friction velocity exceeds the critical friction velocity,the combustion mode in hybrid rocket motors changes from the flame spreading mode to the end-burning ***,the regression rate formula is obtained by fitting,which shows that the regression rate has a good correlation with combustion chamber *** critical friction velocity and regression rate formula can provide an important reference for end-burning hybrid rocket motors.
