The perianal disease affects up to one-third of individuals with Crohn's disease(CD),causing disabling symptoms and significant impairment in quality of life,particularly for those with perianal fistulising CD(PFCD).The collaborative effort between gastroenterologists and surgeons is essential for addressing PFCD to achieve fistula closure and promote luminal *** fistula healing rates with conventional therapies have prompted the emergence of new biological agents,endoscopic procedures and surgical techniques that show promising *** these,mesenchymal stem cells injection is a particularly hopeful *** addition to the burden of fistulas,individuals with perianal CD may face an increased risk of developing anal *** underscores the importance of surveillance programmes and timely interventions to prevent late diagnoses and poor ***,there is no established formal anal screening *** this review,we provide an overview of the current state of the art in managing PFCD,including novel medical,endoscopic and surgical *** discussion also focuses on the relevance of establishing an anal cancer screening programme in CD,intending to propose a risk-based surveillance *** validation of this surveillance programme would be a significant step forward in improving patient care and outcomes.

Assessment of rock mass quality significantly impacts the design and construction of underground and open-pit mines from the point of stability and *** study develops the novel Gromov-Hausdorff distance for rock quality(GHDQr)methodology for rock mass quality rating based on multi-criteria grey metric *** usually presents the quality of surrounding rock by classes(metric spaces)with specified properties and adequate interval-grey *** the distance between surrounding rock sample characteristics and existing classes represents the core of this *** Gromov-Hausdorff distance is an especially useful discriminant function,i.e.,a classifier to calculate these distances,and assess the quality of the surrounding *** efficiency of the developed methodology is analyzed using the Mean Absolute Percentage error(MAPe)*** existing methods,such as the Gaussian cloud method,Discriminant method,Mutation series method,Artificial neural network(ANN),Support vector machine(SVM),Grey wolf optimizer and Support vector classification method(GWO-SVC)and rock mass rating method(rMr)are used for comparison with the proposed GHDQr *** share of the highly accurate category of 85.71%clearly indicates compliance with actual values obtained by the compared *** results of comparisons showed that the model enables objective,efficient,and reliable assessment of rock mass quality.

Over the past century,ferroelectricity has offered exciting opportunities for fundamental research and device ***,most of the discovered excellent ferroelectrics are oxide materials with large band gaps,limiting their potential for optoelectronics *** using first-principles calculations we identify a new narrow-gap ferroelectric beyond oxides,i.e.,ferroelectric perovskite sulphide BaZrS_(3).Under large compressive strains,BaZrS_(3)can be stabilized into a unique supertetragonal phase with an extraordinary polarization of 67.16μC/cm^(2),which is even stronger than that of conventional oxide ***,the supertetragonal BaZrS_(3)exhibits a direct narrow band gap of 1.2 eV and excellent electronic *** on the chemical bonding analysis,we attribute the formation of supertetragonal phase to charge re-ordering in which theπbond overlap along the long〈Zr-S〉bond completely vanishes and the antibonding states of theσbond appear below the Fermi *** work provides a conceptual strategy for designing new ferroelectrics for electronic and photovoltaic applications.

Over the past century, ferroelectricity has offered exciting opportunities for fundamental research and device ***, most of the discovered excellent ferroelectrics are oxide materials with large band gaps, limiting their potential for optoelectronics applications. Here using first-principles calculations we identify a new narrow-gap ferroelectric beyond oxides,i.e., ferroelectric perovskite sulphide BaZrS3. Under large compressive strains, BaZrS3can be stabilized into a unique supertetragonal phase with an extraordinary polarization of 67.16 μC/cm2, which is even stronger than that of conventional oxide ferroelectrics. excitingly, the supertetragonal BaZrS3exhibits a direct narrow band gap of 1.2 eV and excellent electronic properties. Based on the chemical bonding analysis, we attribute the formation of supertetragonal phase to charge re-ordering in which the π bond overlap along the long ?Zr-S? bond completely vanishes and the antibonding states of the σ bond appear below the Fermi level. Our work provides a conceptual strategy for designing new ferroelectrics for electronic and photovoltaic applications.

The Antarctic Paleogene marine fossil record has been the key to reconstructing the evolution of the Weddellian Sea and final dismemberment of Southern *** this context,eocene marine vertebrates from Seymour(Marambio)Island have provided valuable *** present the first eocene record of marine reptiles from the southern Atlantic Coast of South *** corresponds to several postcranial turtle remains represented by a proximal end of the right humerus,three caudal and one thoracic vertebrae,a fragment of the left pubis,and ten ossicles of the dorsal carapace,coming from the Leticia Formation(late-mid eocene)at Cabo Tiburones,Tierra del Fuego,*** materials show severalfeatures such as the size and general morphology of the humerus and vertebrae,and the presence of relatively small,irregular,smooth,and unkeeled ossicles,which allow us to assign them to Dermochelyidae *** are a cosmopolitan group ofcryptodiran turtles,registered from the late Cretaceous up to the recent,with some physiological-biological peculiarities(e.g.,endothermy and an exclusive jellyfish-based diet)and characterized by the presence of an osseous carapace formed by *** new finding from the Leticia Formation is an addition to the scarce and extremely fragmentary record of eocene dermochelyids from the southern seas like those from the La Meseta and Submeseta formations(Antarctica)and the Waihao and Burnside formations(New Zealand).This new information allows us to discuss the presence of these turtles in such high latitudes in the past and its implication in the evolution of the Weddellian fauna.

经过海上丝路有大量汉文科学典籍传入日本并产生了重要的影响,天文历法知识是其中重要的一个方面。文中通过史料调查和实证考察,探索了魏晋南北朝时期,中国天文知识传日背景;研究隋唐时期,随着海上丝路的发展,日本留学生(僧)把中国天文知识传至日本的详情,尤其考察了唐历《宣明历》在日本使用八百多年之久的缘由;继而分析了宋元明时期,中国传统天文历法持续传日,并对其传统学术建构产生的深远影响。结论认为研究中日传统天文历法的关联性,不仅有助于认识海上丝路文明对日本传统科技的影响,对提升中华传统文化的国际传播力和影响力也有一定的借鉴意义。

Spatio-temporal variability and dynamics in sahelian agro-pastoral zones make each local situation a special case. These specificities must be considered to guide the dissemination of agricultural options with a view to sustainable development. The territorial scale of municipalities is not sufficient for this necessary contextualization;the scale of the “village terroir” seems to be a better option. This is the hypothesis we put forward in the framework of the Global Collaboration for resilient Food Systems program (CrFS), i.e. local context is spatially defined by village terroir. The study is based on data collected through participatory mapping and surveys in “village terroirs” in three regions of Niger (Maradi, Dosso and Tillabéri). Then the links between farm managers and their cultivated land, as well as the spatio-temporal dynamics of local context are analyzed. This study provides evidence of the existence and functional usefulness of the village terroir for farmers, their land management and their activities. It demonstrates the usefulness of contextualizing agricultural options at this scale. Their analysis elucidates the links between “terroirs village” and the specific functioning of the agrosocio-ecosystems acting on each of them, thus laying the systemic and geographical foundations for a model of the spatio- temporal dynamics of “village terroirs”. This initial work has opened up new perspectives in modeling and sustainable development.
