this paper presents the calibration of a neutron dose rate meter and the evaluation of its calibration factors(CFs)in several neutron standard fields(i.e.,two standard fields with bare sources of252Cf and241Am-Be,and five simulated workplace fields with241Am-Be moderated sources).The calibration in standard fields with bare sources was conducted by following the recommendations of the ISO 8529 *** measured total neutron ambient dose equivalent rates,denoted as H*(10)tot,were analyzed to obtain direct components,denoted as H*(10)dir,using a reduced fitting *** CF was then calculated as the ratio between the conventional true value of the neutron ambient dose equivalent rate in a free field,denoted as H*(10)FF,and the value of H*(10)*** contrast,in the simulated workplace neutron fields,the calibration of the neutron dose rate meter was conducted by following the ISO 12789 *** CF was calculated as the ratio between the values of H*(10)totmeasured by a standard instrument(i.e.,Bonner sphere spectrometer)and the neutron dose rate *** CF values were obtained in the range of 0.88–*** standard uncertainties(k=1)of the CFs were determined to be in the range of approximately 6.6–13.1%.

对于在当今动态的商业环境中寻求提高供应链绩效的组织来说,选择第三方物流(3PL)提供商是一项至关重要的战略决策。分析了2002—2023年发表的116篇学术文章,鉴别并探讨了3PL选择决策中的三类方法:多标准决策(MCDM)、数学规划(MP)和人工智能集成(AI)。此外,基于这些论文所采用的高达1 552个标准,提出了一个普遍适用的三层分析框架,并就五个关键方面:业务实力和声誉、服务质量、成本和定价、技术能力、可持续性进行了阐述。强调了在3PL选择中除了传统标准之外,还需要对技术和可持续性进行更为全面的评估。

BACKGROUND Chylothorax is an uncommon condition in which chyle leaks into the pleural cavity,and biliary peritonitis is a rare complication of thoracic duct embolization in clinical *** SUMMARY We describe the case of a 50-year-old woman who presented with chylothorax and underwent thoracic duct embolization using a coil and a mixture of histoacryl glue and *** patient developed upper abdominal pain and fever after the *** was diagnosed with biliary peritonitis and treated with cholecystectomy at Hanoi Medical University *** Although thoracic duct embolization is considered a safe and minimally invasive procedure,it is not without *** thoracic duct embolization,severe or persistent abdominal pain should be explored utilizing imaging data and laboratory results to determine problems as soon as possible.

Importance:Nutritional status of infants,measured by birth weight and length,is an essential factor in neonatal *** in newborns may lead to a higher risk of mortality,neurological and cognitive impairment,and poor language ***:this study aims to assess the nutritional status of infants and related factors regarding maternal anthropometric characteristics and medical ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Vietnam from May 2021 to May 2022 on 340 infants and *** birth weight was defined following the Intergrowth-21 *** was evaluated using the Fenton growth chart when the length was below the 10%percentile line of the gestational *** regression models were applied to identify factors associated with the nutritional status of ***:We found that 12.4%and 14.1%of infants in our study fell into stunted and underweight categories,*** of mothers over 35 years old,having a height lower than 150 cm or experiencing anemia during pregnancy were more likely to be stunted or have low birth *** albumin deficiency during pregnancy was strongly associated with the infant being underweight(odds ratio[OR]=2.8,95%confidence interval[95%CI]1.1–7.3).Newborns were more likely to be stunted if their mothers had a history of preterm birth(OR=3.3,95%CI 1.1–10.2).Interpretation:Maternal nutritional status is closely related to infant malnutrition,particularly in preterm *** the understanding of mothers regarding prenatal care,reproductive healthcare,adequate nutritional diet,and multi-micronutrient supplements during pregnancy is therefore important.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of bee venom acupuncture in humeroscapularis(PHS)***:One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed with PHS were assigned into four groups:BV1(0.01 mg/kg),BV2(0.005 mg/kg),BV3(0.0025 mg/kg),and control group(vitamin B1 plus novocain 3%injection)with 15 d of *** outcomes of the study including visual analogue scale(VAS)score andβ-endorphin,inflammatory cytokines including interleukin-10(IL-10),IL-1βand tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and shoulder function score were assessed at baseline,after 10 and 15 d of ***:All four groups reported statistically significant improvement in VAS score,motion range,and shoulder function score(P<0.01),only the BV3 group showed significant increase of anti-inflammatory(IL-10)and decrease of pro-inflammatory(IL-1β,TNF-α)cytokines after treatment(P<0.05).The BV3 group presented a significant difference between all outcomes compared to the control and other ***:BV3 groups showed better recovery including reduced pain,improved motor function and normalized inflammatory cytokines than current therapy used in Vietnam and other groups.

Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Solanum procumbens on complete Freund’s adjuvantinduced arthritis rat ***:We isolated and identified five compounds in the ethanolsoluble Solanum procumbens extract(SP)with anti-inflammatory effects,including ursolic acid,β-sitosterol,hexadecanoic acid,cisvaccenic acid,and vanillic ***,we investigated the anti-inflammatory effects of SP on rheumatoid arthritis symptoms,including paw volumes,local temperatures,withdrawal latency,and mechanical withdrawal threshold at the hind paw and white blood cell(WBC)number from complete Freund’s adjuvant-induced arthritis rat ***:We have successfully established a complete Freund’s adjuvant-induced arthritis rat model at a low dose(1 mg/mL).SP extract significantly reduced paw volumes(P<0.05),prolonged withdrawal latencies(P<0.05),decreased local temperature,and increased the mechanical withdrawal threshold(P<0.05),but only SP extract at the dose of 300 mg/kg significantly decreased WBC ***:SP extract could be a potential medication candidate with anti-inflammatory effects for arthritis,but it requires further investigation into the mechanism of the SP and its effectiveness on other models as well as clinical trials.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness of cycling in combination with electroacupuncture in treatment of poststroke hemiplegia patients at National Hospital of Acupuncture,***:The study was designed as a single-centre,outcome-assessor-blinded parallel randomised controlled trial with 120 post-stroke hemiplegia patients randomly assigned into two groups:electroacupuncture plus cycling(CT group) and electroacupuncture(AT group).Patients were assessed before and after the treatment(using muscle grading,modified Rankin,Barthel,Orgorozo scores and electromyography).Statistical Man–Whitney U test,and Fisher’s exact tests were used to compare between CT and AT ***:The results reported statistically significant improvement in motor function in patients suffering from hemiplegia following ischemic stroke in both CT and AT *** in CT group experienced a greater improvement compared to those in AT group including better muscle contraction(increased frequency and amplitude of electromyography and increased muscle grading scale);increased recovery(Orgogozo scale),increased independency(Barthel scale) and decreased disability(Modified Rankin scale)(P < 0.01).CONCLUSIONS:Combination with cycling training significantly improves the recovery of post-stroke patients treated with electroacupuncture.

长期以来,越南被认为是一个东西方文化融合的国家,到现在也依然受到两种文化的强烈影响。谈到东方文化及其对越南文化的影响,人们就会想到伟大的中华文化。中华文化可被视为是东方文化中的典型,它通过传统习俗、生活习惯、道德和宗教规范等方式来展现。长期以来,中华文化不仅拥有多样性,而且还具有长久的历史文化底蕴。中华文化对东南亚产生了深远的影响,并在精神和物质方面都深刻地影响了越南文化。中华文化以儒教为主导,渗透越南已有一千多年,产生了巨大影响。在日常生活中,通过观察越南的大众媒体、文化产品,特别是越南语文教材引用的中国文学作品,我们可以发现中华文化在越南得到了广泛的传播。因此,研究中华文化在越南语文教材中的传承至关重要。在教育方面,中学语文教学在培养人才方面占有首要地位,因此,越南政府十分注重中学语文课程的建设。除了选择越南国内经典文学作品以外,中学教育课程策划者也为中学语文课本中增加了众多国外古今文学作品,将外国文化带入越南语文课程中。可见,中学语文教材选文的关注点除了可以放在越南本国文学上,也不应该忽视外国文学中文化元素学习的意义。基于此,从正式拥有第一部课本起至2018年,越南一直在对语文教材的课程进行改革,中华传统文化始终在越南中学语文课本中占有一席之地。在过去的几十年里,经过多次教育改革和中学教材改革,与中国传统文化有关的经典著作虽在一些特定的作品中有所改变,但一直被保留在语文教材中。这些作品帮助越南众多读者更加了解中国文学的价值,并学习中国传统文化的精粹。这也说明了中华传统文化在越南的教育中有着举足轻重的地位,对越南的学生有着十分重要的影响。基于此,本文将围绕中华优秀传统文化在越南语文教材中的传承进行研究,通过文献调查、理论分析以及实践探讨的研究方法,进行中华文化在越南中学语文教材的影响及传播研究,分析越南学生对中国文化以及相关作品的接受程度及感想,使越南中学学生能够更深入理解中华传统文化。同时,本论文的研究成果在中越两国跨文化方面具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Objective:To conduct a literature review of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the use of acupuncture for hot flashes to analyze the characteristics of each study,draw a conclusion on the advantages and disadvantages of previous studies and provide the suggestions for future studies on the same ***:We searched English and Chinese databases for the literature published from 2009 to 2019 restricted in the English and Chinese language,and we included RCT using acupuncture as the main observational intervention for hot flashes by the ***:Twenty studies met our eligibility *** the studies were of high quality and confirmed the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for hot flashes,although they used different controlled *** acupuncture treatment and theory of acupoints selection were relatively consistent among the studies,and they had close trial ***:These RCTs on acupuncture were nonuniform,which made the studies on this topic lack coherence,leading to unsatisfactory research ***,more professional research teams are needed to perform studies on a definite topic and draw a specific conclusion to previous studies before the next step is taken.
