肺结核住院患者营养风险若未及时纠正,易出现营养相关性疾病,如营养不良、药物性肝损伤、免疫功能低下、肺部感染等,从而增加抗结核治疗失败的风险。营养管理是治疗肺结核非常重要的辅助方法之一,但仍存在护理人员营养知识缺乏、营养评估标准不明确和管理流程不健全等相关问题,因此,规范结核病营养护理具有重要意义。基于此,中国防痨协会护理专业分会、同济大学附属上海市肺科医院联合组织专家,针对住院成人肺结核患者的营养管理护理问题,以临床实践为基础,运用文献分析法,结合结核病领域专家的工作经验,共同拟定《肺结核患者营养管理护理实践专家共识》,旨在为临床护理工作者实施营养管理提供指导依据,规范我国住院成人肺结核患者营养管理护理实践。

Endothelial cells （TEC3 cells） derived from mouse embryonic stem （ES） cells were used as seed cells to construct blood vessels. Tissue engineered blood vessels were made by seeding 8 × 106 smooth muscle cells （SMCs） obtained from rabbit arteries onto a sheet of nonwoven polyglycolic acid （PGA） fibers, which was used as a biodegradable polymer scaffold. After being cultured in DMEM medium for 7 days in vitro, SMCs grew well on the PGA fibers, and the cell-PGA sheet was then wrapped around a silicon tube, and implanted subcutaneously into nude mice. After 6～8 weeks, the silicon tube was replaced with another silicon tube in smaller diameter, and then the TEC3 cells （endothelial cells differentiated from mouse ES cells） were injected inside the engineered vessel tube as the test group. In the control group only culture medium was injected. 多剂量包装中药配方颗粒利用设备进行调剂，在上海各医疗机构使用广泛，但药品的调剂质量受多方面因素影响较大，管理要求亟待完善提高。为此，上海市药学会医院药学专业委员会临床中药学组等单位组织专家，根据有关政策法规要求，参考相关标准规范和近5年的文献报道，结合上海市实际情况，围绕与多剂量包装中药配方颗粒调剂相关的人员要求、温湿度控制、设备要求、清洁污染、效期管理、发药交待等管理问题，以“陈述”形式形成上海地区多剂量包装中药配方颗粒调剂管理专家共识，以期进一步规范中药配方颗粒的临床调剂工作，加强应用的安全性、合理性和可控性。

In order to direct embryonic stem (ES) cells to differentiate into chondrocytes, a chondrogenic envi-ronment provided by mature chondrocytes was investigated. Flk-1 positive cells sorted from pre-differentiated mouse ES cells were mixed with adult porcine articular chondrocytes, seeded on biodegradable scaffolds, and then implanted subcutaneously into nude mice. the cell-scaffold com-plexes formed cartilage tissues after 4 weeks, which was demonstrated by histology and anti-type II collagen antibody staining. Positive staining of mouse Major Histocompatibility Complex class I molecules confirmed that part of the chondrocytes were derived from mouse ES cells. the current study established a new approach for directing ES cell differentiation.

this study aims at the theoretical and practical evidence for prevention of restenosis in *** smooth muscle cell(VSMC)model was established using adherent cell culture *** proliferation of VSMC was investigated by the cell counting method and 3H-TDR implementation *** results are as follows.(1) For ^125I-seeds,the inhibition rate was 29.3% at 74B1(Pthe inhibition rate was 14.7% at 4.44MBq(P92MBq(Pthere was no significant difference between the blank tests and non-radioactive tests.(2) 48 hours exposure from ^125I-seeds at 148Bq or ^103Pd-implanted stents at 7.4MBq did not result in VSMC's morphological alteration,but that from ^125I-seeds at 370Bq caused morphological changes,Both ^125I-seeds and ^103Pd0-implanted stents inhibit the VSMC DNA synthesis in *** inhibition effects are significantly related to their exposure duration and doses.

Cancer invasion and metastasis, involving a variety of pathological processes andcytophysiological changes,contribute to the high mortality of lung *** type 1 insulin-like growthfactor receptor (IGF-1R),associated with cancer progression and invasion,is a potential anti-invasion andanti-metastasis target in lung *** inhibit the invasive properties of lung cancer cells,we successfullydown-regulated IGF-1R gene expression in A549 human lung cancer cells by small interfering RNA (siRNA)technology,and evaluated its effects on invasion-related gene expression,tumor cell in vitro invasion,andmetastasis in xenograft nude mice.A549 cells transfected with a plasmid expressing hairpin siRNA forIGF-1R showed a significantly decreased IGF-1R expression at the mRNA level as well as the *** biological assays,transfected A549 cells showed a significant reduction of cell-matrix adhesion,migration and *** with these results,we found that down-regulation of IGR-1Rconcomitantly accompanied by a large reduction in invasion-related gene expressions,including MMP-2,MMP-9,u-PA,and IGF-1R specific downstream *** tail vein injections of plasmid expressinghairpin siRNA for IGF- 1R significantly inhibited the formation of lung metastases in nude *** resultsshowed the therapeutic potential of siRNA as a method for gene therapy in inhibiting lung cancer invasionand metastasis.

A rational analysis procedure for solitary lesions on whole bone scan-ning was offered. this study was undertaken to analyze retrospectively solitary le-sions which obtained final diagnose through the following aspects: (1) diagnosis ofbone metastasis, (2) the incidence of bone metastasis in different tumor, (3) the mostpossible lesion sites indicating bone metastasis, (4) morphological analysis of solitarylesions. the results are: (1) the incidence of solitary lesions in 2465 cases on wholebone scanning is 15.3%. (2) the rate of bone metastasis is 24.8% in 282 patientswith primary malignancy. the rate of bone metastasis is 6.3% in 64 patients withoutprimary malignancy, and the total diagnostic rate of bone metastasis is 21.4% in 346patients. (3) In patients with primary malignancy, the incidence of bone metastasis ofsolitary lesions is as follows respectively: bronchi cancer 36.1%(22/61); breast cancer23.8%(20/84); prostate gland 17.2%(5/29); other urinary system cancer 22.2%(4/18):G.I. system cancer 16.9%(10/59); others 29.0%(9/31). there is no significant differ-ence in different cancer. (4) In patients without primary malignancy, 93.7%(60/64) ofsolitary lesions are benign. (5) From anatomical point of view, we found the diagnos-tic rate of bone metastasis is as follow: 30% in spine; 34.2% in pelvis; 36.4% in skull;10.8% in other bones. there are significant differences in four groups. It is concludedthat: (1) the diagnostic rate of bone metastasis in solitary lesions is 21.4%. (2) themost possible solitary lesions indicating osseous tumor spread are at spine, pelvic andskull. (3) Special attention to "cold" and streak like lesions should be paid. (4) Aclinical analysis procedure for diagnosis of solitary lesions has been summarized outhere.
