Background SARS-CoV-2 continues to mutate over time,and reports on children infected with Omicron BA.5 are *** aimed to analyze the specific symptoms of Omicron-infected children and to improve patient *** We selected 315 consecutively hospitalized children with Omicron BA.5 and 16,744 non-Omicron-infected febrile children visiting the fever clinic at our hospital between December 8 and 30,*** convulsions and body temperatures were compared between the two *** analyzed potential associations between convulsions and vaccination,and additionally evaluated the brain damage among severe Omicron-infected *** Convulsion rates(97.5%vs.4.3%,Plieve symptoms.

Understanding the zoonotic origin and evolution history of SARS-CoV-2 will provide critical insights for alerting and preventing future outbreaks.A significant gap remains for the possible role of pangolins as a reservoir of SARS-CoV-2 related coronaviruses(SC2r-CoVs).Here,we screened SC2r-CoVs in 172 samples from 163 pangolin individuals of four species,and detected positive signals in muscles of four Manis javanica and,for the first time,one *** analysis of pangolin mitochondrial DNA traced their origins from Southeast *** in-solution hybridization capture sequencing,we assembled a partial pangolin SC2r-CoV(pangolin-CoV)genome sequence of 22895 bp(MP20)from the *** *** analyses revealed MP20 was very closely related to pangolin-CoVs that were identified in *** seized by Guangxi Customs.A genetic contribution of bat coronavirus to pangolin-CoVs via recombination was *** analysis revealed that the genetic diversity of pangolin-CoVs is substantially higher than previously *** the potential infectivity of pangolin-CoVs,the high genetic diversity of pangolin-CoVs alerts the ecological risk of zoonotic evolution and transmission of pathogenic SC2r-CoVs.

The Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)is a mission proposed for the 25 th solar maximum by the Chinese solar *** scientific objectives are to study the relationships between the solar magnetic field,solar flares and coronal mass ejections(CMEs).Three payloads are deployed:the Full-disk vector Magneto Graph(FMG),the Lyman-αSolar Telescope(LST)and the Hard X-ray Imager(HXI).ASO-S will perform the first simultaneous observations of the photospheric vector magnetic field,non-thermal imaging of solar flares,and the initiation and early propagation of CMEs on a single ***-S is scheduled to be launched into a 720 km Sun-synchronous orbit in *** paper presents an overview of the mission till the end of Phase-B and the beginning of Phase-C.

AIM:To investigate the treatment pattern and safety of tafluprost for glaucoma and ocular hypertension(OH)in clinical practice in ***:This post-marketing observational study included patients who received tafluprost to lower intraocular pressure(IOP)within 30d between September 2017 and March 2020 in 20 hospitals in *** drug reactions(ADRs)during tafluprost treatment and within 30d after the treatment were ***:A total of 2544 patients were included in this study,of them 58.5%(1488/2544)had primary open angle glaucoma(POAG),21.9%(556/2544)had OH and 19.7%(500/2544)used tafluprost for other *** 359 ADRs occurred in 10.1%(258/2544)patients,and no serious adverse event *** most common ADR was conjunctival hyperemia(128 ADRs in 124 patients,4.9%).Totally 1670 participants(65.6%)combined tafluprost with carbonic anhydrase inhibitors(CAIs;37.1%,620/1670),sympathomimetics(33.5%,559/1670),β-blockers(33.2%,555/1670),other prostaglandin analogs(PGAs;15.6%,260/1670)and other eye drops(15.1%,253/1670).The highest incidence of conjunctival hyperemia was noted in patients who received tafluprost in combination with other PGAs(23 ADRs in 23 patients,8.8%,23/260)and the lowest was in combination with CAIs(16 ADRs in 16 patients,2.6%,16/620).Tafluprost was applied in primary angle-closure glaucoma(41.6%,208/500),after glaucoma surgery(17.8%,89/500)and after non-glaucoma surgery(15.8%,79/500).CONCLUSION:Tafluprost is safe for POAG and OH,and tolerable when combined with other eye drops and under various clinical circumstances.

[ Objective] To study the effect of feed intake characteristic on growth performance in Luyu - Duroc and Yorkshire. [ Method] 89 Luyu - Yorkshire and 82 Luyu -Duroc were chosed and fed in the automatic determination system for swine production, 24h real-time monitoring feed in- take traits and growth performance, [ Result] It showed that： as feed intake increased, average daily gain （ADG） and weight of 4 months were en- hanced, days on test, feed conversion ratio （FCR） and age-corrected of weight at 100 kg were reduced, feed intake positively regulated growth performance of Luyu -Doroc and Yorkshire. Feed intake significantly impacted ADG and days on test （P 〈0.01 ）, notably affected age-corrected of weight at 100 kg of Luyu - Duroc and FCR of Luyu - Yorkshire （ P〈 0.05）, variation tendency of feed frequency was consistent with feed intake and feed time, and the correlation was significant. [ Conclusion] The correlation between feed intake traits and growth performance was mainly caused by feed intake, ADG and FCR, however, predictability of feed intake was stronger than ADG and FCR, so in the actual selection feed intake was increased in pig breeding, thus at the same time to enhance ADG and to reduce FCR.

Solar-blind ultraviolet photodetectors with metal-semiconductor-metal structure were fabricated based onβ-(Al_(0.25)Ga_(0.75))_(2)O_(3)/β-Ga_(2)O_(3) film grown by metal-organic chemical vapor *** was known that various surface states increase dark current and a large number of defects can hinder the transport of carriers,resulting in low switching ratio and low responsivity of the *** this work,β-(Al_(0.25)Ga_(0.75))_(2)O_(3) films are used as surface passivation *** to its wide band gap,we obtain excellent light transmission and high lattice matching withβ-Ga_(2)O_(3).We explore the change and mechanism of the detection performance of theβ-Ga_(2)O_(3) detector afterβ-(Al_(0.25)Ga_(0.75))_(2)O_(3) surface *** is found that under the illumination with 254 nm light at bias 5 V,theβ-(Al_(0.25)Ga_(0.75))_(2)O_(3)/β-Ga_(2)O_(3)photodetectors show dark current of just 18 pA and high current on/off ratio of 2.16×10^(5).The dark current is sharply reduced about 50 times after passivation of theβ-Ga_(2)O_(3) surface,and current on/off ratio increases by approximately 2 *** is obvious thatβ-Ga_(2)O_(3) detectors withβ-(Al_(0.25)Ga_(0.75))_(2)O_(3) surface passivation can offer superior detector performance.

Widespread soil acidification due to atmospheric acid deposition and agricultural fertilization may greatly accelerate soil carbonate dissolution and ***,to date,few studies have addressed these ***,we use meta-analysis and nationwide-survey datasets to investigate changes in soil inorganic carbon(SIC) stocks in *** observe an overall decrease in SIC stocks in topsoil(0-30 cm)(11.33 g C m-2yr-1) from the 1980 s to the 2010 *** SIC stocks have decreased by～8.99±2.24%(1.37±0.37 Pg C).The average SIC losses across China(0.046 Pg C yr-1) and in cropland(0.016 Pg C yr-1) account for～17.6%-24.0% of the terrestrial C sink and 57.1% of the soil organic carbon sink in cropland,*** deposition and climate change have profound influences on SIC *** estimate that～19.12%-19.47% of SIC stocks will be further lost by *** consumption of SIC may offset a large portion of global efforts aimed at ecosystem carbon sequestration,which emphasizes the importance of achieving a better understanding of the indirect coupling mechanisms of nitrogen and carbon cycling and of effective countermeasures to minimize SIC loss.
