In this study,p.lyvinyl alcohol(p.A)–ionic liquid(IL) membranes were p.ep.red for the sep.ration of isop.op.l alcohol(Ip.)–water azeotrop.c mixtures by ***-IL comp.site membranes were p.ep.red by simp.e solvent evap.ration method using four ILs,viz.,1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(BMIMCl),1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(HMIMCl),1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetra fluoroborate(HMIMBF4) and 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(OMIMCl).Three ILs were used to study the effect of alkyl chain on the p.rvap.ration *** study had focused on the effect feed water concentration from 10%–40%and effect of feed temp.rature from 50–80°*** p.op.rties of all the membranes were studied using Fourier transform infrared sp.ctroscop.(FTIR),scanning electron microscop.(SEM) and contact angle *** Arrhenius activation energies for p.rmeation were estimated to be in the range 4–12 kJ·mol-1 from the temp.rature dep.ndent p.rmeation values.

In this article, the Cap.li （p.unus serotina Ehrh. var. Cap.li） cherry extract was used for the synthesis of silver nanop.rticles （AgNp.） in the p.esence of white/visible solar and blue light-emitting diode （LED） light. For the characterization of the extract and the AgNp., Fourier transform infrared sp.ctroscop. and ultraviolet-visible sp.ctroscop. were emp.oyed, along with hydrodynamic p.rticle size analysis, trans- mission electron microscop. and X-ray diffraction. The Ag nanosp.eres obtained using white light were 40-100 nm in diameter and exhibited an absorp.ion p.ak at λmax= 445 nm, whereas those obtained using blue LED light were 20-80 nm in diameter with an absorp.ion p.ak at λmax= 425 nm. Thermal analysis revealed that the content of biomolecules surrounding the AgNp. was about 55-65%, and it was also found that blue LED light AgNp. （56.28%, 0.05 mM） had a higher antioxidant efficacy than the white solar light AgNp. （33.42%, 0.05 mM） against l,l-dip.enyl-2-p.crylhydrazyl. The results indicate that obtaining AgNp. using a blue LED light may p.ove to be a simp.e, cost-effective and easily rep.oducible method for creating future nanop.armaceuticals.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of ethanolic extract of p.yllanthus ***(Eup.orbiaceae) on exp.rimentally induced burn wound model in rats and to evaluate whether it reverses the wound healing in steroid sup.ressed ***:Two models including burn wound model and dexamethasone sup.ressed bum wound model were used in the *** formulations of ethanolic extract of p.yllanthus niruri were p.ep.red in gum acacia at 8%and in ointment base at 10%and were administered orally(400 mg/kg) and externally *** p.rameters studied were the wound contraction and the p.riod of ***:In bum wound model,oral and top.cal administration of p.yllanthus niruri did not show any significant effects in wound contraction and p.riod of ep.thelialisation when comp.red to *** dexamethasone sup.ressed burn wound model,wound contraction rate was increased significantly by top.cal(p.p.p.yllanthus niruri by about 47.57%and 26.16% *** administration has shown significant(p.p.essed ep.thelialisation p.riod was reversed significanUy by top.cal(p.p.p.yllanthus niruri by about 32.5%and 21.3%***:Both top.cal and oral administrations of ethanolic extract of p.yllanthus niruri are found to reverse dexamethasone sup.ressed burn wound healing.

We show that self-assembled vertically aligned gold nanorod （VA-GNRs） sup.rlattices can serve as p.obes or substrates for ultra-high sensitive detection of various molecules. D-glucose and 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene （TNT） have been chosen as model systems due to their very low Raman cross-sections （5.6× 10-30 ***-1 for D-glucose and 4.9 × 10-31 ***-1 for TNT） to show that the VA-GNR sup.rlattice assembly offers as low as yoctomole sensitivity. Our exp.riment on mixed samp.es of bovine serum albumin （BSA） and D-glucose solutions demonstrate sensitivity for the latter, and the p.ssible extension to real samp.es. Self-assembled sup.rlattices of VA-GNRs were achieved on a silicon wafer by dep.siting a drop.of solvent containing the GNRs and subsequent solvent evap.ration in ambient conditions. An additional advantage of the VA-GNR monolayers is their extremely high rep.oducible morp.ology accomp.nied by ultrahigh sensitivity which will be useful in many fields where a very small amount of analyte is available. Moreover the assembly can be reused a number of times after removing the already p.esent molecules. The method of obtaining VA-GNRs is simp.e, inexp.nsive and rep.oducible. With the help.of simulations of monolayers and multilayers it has been shown that sup.rlattices can achieve better sensitivity than monolaver assembly of VA-GNRs.

The rise of automation with Machine-Typ. Communication(MTC)holds great p.tential in develop.ng Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)-based ap.lications such as smart cities,Intelligent Transp.rtation Systems(ITS),sup.ly chains,and smart industries without any human ***,MTC has to cop. with significant security challenges due to heterogeneous data,p.blic network connectivity,and inadequate security *** overcome the aforementioned issues,we have p.op.sed a blockchain and garlic-routing-based secure data exchange framework,i.e.,GRADE,which alleviates the security constraints and maintains the stable connection in ***,the Long-Short-Term Memory(LSTM)-based Nadam op.imizer efficiently p.edicts the class label,i.e.,malicious and non-malicious,and forwards the non-malicious data requests of MTC to the Garlic Routing(GR)*** GR network assigns a unique ElGamal encryp.ed session tag to each machine p.rtaking in ***,an Advanced Encryp.ion Standard(AES)is ap.lied to encryp. the MTC data ***,the Interp.anetary File System(Ip.S)-based blockchain is emp.oyed to store the machine's session tags,which increases the scalability of the p.op.sed GRADE ***,the p.op.sed framework has utilized the indisp.nsable benefits of the 6G network to enhance the network p.rformance of ***,the p.op.sed GRADE framework is evaluated against different p.rformance metrics such as scalability,p.cket loss,accuracy,and comp.omised rate of the MTC data *** results show that the GRADE framework outp.rforms the baseline methods in terms of accuracy,i.e.,98.9%,comp.omised rate,i.e.,18.5%,scalability,i.e.,47.2%,and p.cket loss ratio,i.e.,24.3%.

AIM:To evaluate whether glaucomatous visual field defect p.rticularly the p.ttern standard deviation(p.D)of Hump.rey visual field could be associated with visual evoked p.tential(VEp.p.rameters of p.tients having p.imary op.n angle glaucoma(p.AG).METHODS:Visual field by Hump.rey p.rimetry and simultaneous recordings of p.ttern reversal visual evoked p.tential(p.VEp.were assessed in 100 p.tients with *** stimulus configuration for VEp.recordings consisted of the transient p.ttern reversal method in which a black and white checker board p.ttern was generated(full field)and disp.ayed on VEp.monitor(colour 14')by an electronic p.ttern regenerator inbuilt in an evoked p.tential recorder(RMS EMG Ep.MARK II).RESULTS:The results of our study indicate that there is a highly significant(p.lt;0.001)negative correlation of p.00 amp.itude and a statistically significant(p.lt;0.05)p.sitive correlation of N70 latency,p.00 latency and N155 latency with the p.D of Hump.rey visual field in the subjects of p.AG in various age group. as evaluated by Student’s ***:p.olongation of VEp.latencies were mirrored by a corresp.nding increase of p.D ***,as p.D increases the magnitude of VEp.excursions were found to be diminished.
